Team Radiant really impressed us with their level of customer service when we recently sourced them for a new AC system. We had to act fast because we didn't want to be stuck with a broken, outdated system in the midst of this pandemic. Our quick decision did not disappoint, and their guys were ready and available the following morning. Install time was about 8 hours. There was a very small section of drywall that needed touch up/ repair due to an unforeseen install issue, but Radiant has their own guys that can handle this and do a professional job. They were very clean and conscious to keep their PPE on at all times while entering our home.Proper Customer Service was true across their team...Service Techs - Darin Gibas & Cameron Parker (both were very knowledgeable)Install Techs – Arturo & Rene (super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient)Drywall Repair Tech – Josh Fiechtner (we were super impressed with Josh because he took the time to make sure the touch up work was perfect. I had gone through three plumbers before one finally replaced my water heater (the one that replaced it was NOT A&T). When they replaced my water heater, they did something to cause my shower to stop working. After two weeks of no shower and many frustrating calls, I gave up on the plumber that installed the water heater.A&T was highly recommended by several of my neighbors at the condo complex I live in. I called them and told them about my problem. The gentleman on the phone immediately knew what the issue was (highlighting their experience and expertise!), and walked me through the fix on the phone in 30 seconds. He was very patient and didn't ask for any payment in return for the call.I've saved their number in my phone and will only use A&T Service Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

I had a sewer back up in my house . I had setup an appointment at 10:30 at night for 3-5 pm the next day. I had the water turned off to my house so I couldn’t use the toilets , shower or anything . They called me the next morning around 8 am saying they could be at my house in 15 minutes . They were very upfront on their prices before starting and worked quickly and efficiently. After clearing the blockage they ran a camera through the plumbing to be sure there were no breaks or anything . They gave me a great peace of mind .

We had a toilet clog that we were unable to resolve ourselves, so we called Roto-Rooter. They came out within an hour. They resolved the problem, were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and helpful. They later sent a person with a camera to determine if there were any issues with the Plumbing. We would not hesitate to call them again.

I love Fast Plumbing!! I have called them several times the past few years. Eric has cleaned out drains, repaired a toilet, leaky faucets in and outside, and installed a water heater in our attic!! Yesterday Jose came and efficiently installed a new garbage disposal! But first he removed a huge rat from under a dish washer my husband and I, (grandparents), could not remove!! This company was responsive and the technicians were very pleasant and polite hence the 2 stars. However, we were given a bid to replace a ‘pump’ on our a/c unit which was not heating for $696. I was charged a $69 dispatch fee and decided on getting a second opinion. I had Fox Service Co come out to see the unit (free 2nd opinion). The technician said it could be air in the line, he flushed it out and the unit works perfectly. No pump replacement and just $75 for labor.1st Co has technicians who don’t know what they’re doing or can’t be bothered. You decide.

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!

This plumber was a great find! They called us back quickly, arrived on time, and diligently solved our tricky clogging problem using a straightforward and well explained approach. I was impressed by their knowledge and grateful they were able to help us so quickly. Their rates are affordable too. I am sure we will use them again, they are excellent.

AMAZING AND A LIFE SAVER! I awoke to my neighbor letting me know I had a leak in my front yard. Water company came out to turn off the after and said they couldn’t help and to call a plumber. I found Mr. Santana on google maps and called him at 10 in a panic and he told me he would be able to be here by noon. At 11:58 I get a knock on the door! He estimates it will take him about 4 hours to find and fix the issue. He tells me the price and I nearly fainted, but I had no choice. He began the work while I stood there, more because I was curious to find out what the issue was not because I didn’t trust him, and at no time did he look aggravated cause I was his silent assistant. He found the issue about an hour in. Took him another hour to fix it. He adjusted his price to fit the job and left no mess when he left. 10/10. He is an amazing gentleman!

Isaac was so wonderful and thorough in helping us detect water leak. We got a notification from the city that 10,000 gallons of water was used. He responded and came right away. Thank you again for your thoroughness and professionalism especially so late at night!
