Our service man Kyle did a great job. Very professional and explained everything upfront. The job on our shower was impeccable. We are very satisfied with their work and they are our plumbers of choice.

We had 5 contractors come to diagnose our issue prior to Benjaminbl coming out. All the other contractors either had no idea how to diagnose/repair our tankless water heater. Benjaminbl came out and diagnoseed our issue in the first service visit and offered multiple options on repair and or replace. One week later when the parts arrived the crew came out and had our problem fixed in less than two hours. They are very professional and would recommend or work with them again.

Outstanding performance by Javier, he checked each and every aspect of system thoroughly and kept us informed, truly impressed and this kind of service gives trust on sensitive system like air conditioning.

Gilbert was great at communicating and very clear about his rates prior to coming out. He showed up on time with all the tools and parts needed for the repair and went over and above what was asked. He not only fixed the symptom of the problem but actually identified the root cause and proactively fixed that as well. I have dealt with a lot of service providers over the years and there are very few that I would put in the same category as blue dragon Plumbing.

Dylan showed up at the scheduled time, wearing a mask and ready to address my concerns. After assessing what I thought was a problem, Dylan assured me everything was good! He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need and didn't even charge me a service call! It's difficult in this day and age to find a business who is honest, compassionate and cares about you as a customer. This is exactly what Dylan portrayed. I will definitely recommend Daniel's Plumbing to all my friends and family! Outstanding repair work by Steven. My house had a leaking underslab hot water line going to the master bathroom shower. Steven did a thorough job of inspecting the layout of my homes plumbing. He inspected valves and measured pressure at various locations. he performed leak detection to determine the position of the underslab leak. he found the leak to be a long way under the slab. A bypass hot water line was created to make the repair. Steven was very professional in his manner. He answered all my questions regarding how he would proceed with the repair. Many thanks to Fastplumbing and to Steven for a job well done.

They over communicate on appointment...email and text, to make sure you know when it is going to happen and with whom. They called before coming over as well.2. Thorough, patient, and responsive to questions.3. Replaced water heater with minimal disruption to my life and time and walked me though all the work he did.My first major plumbing issue as a homeowner, and happy with the work Austin Plumbery did!

I tried to contact them twice, left my information and no one's gotten back to me. If they're not out of business then they've got a really poor idea of customer service.

These technicians are obviously salesman. He tried to convince us that we needed a whole new system costing between $15,000 and $25,000 depending on parts. Tried to prey on us while it was 100 degrees outside. We had another company come out for a second opinion and told us that was BS and repaired it for $1,500. DO NOT use these guys are at least get a second opinion.
