Best System Maintenance in Austin TX

I presented S&D with a very complex plumbing challenge, about which I was frankly at my wit's end after failing to find a plumbing company up to the task. They sent out Grant, and we went over the site. He communicated clearly and respectfully, and explained the situation in such a way that the loose ends were tied up, and I could feel confident (AT LAST) that the work would be done with expertise and and extreme care. Indeed, on the day of the job, Grant and his assistant not only did exquisite work on the task at hand, but in the process found another potentially catastrophic issue of which I was not aware... and fixed that too - saving me from enormous trauma and expense in the future. I could not be more pleased with the results, and give S&D Plumbing my highest recommendation!

Eddie with Rooter-Man came out and expertly repaired the poor toilet repair job that had been performed by 1st Home and Commercial Services. Rooter-Man's customer service team and technicians are prompt and courteous. Highly recommend them for your residential plumbing needs.

I love Radiant. Jeff Hicks came out and took care of the annual maintenance of my tankless water heater. He also discovered that my garbage disposal was rusting through and about to start leaking. We had a new one installed. He was very friendly and very professional. He explained everything so that I could clearly understand what he was doing and what he found. I love the service.

I think Blue Dragon is about a 4.6 or so, so I've rounded up to 5. I had a shower faucet that leaked into the shower. I had tried to get the handle off myself for the repair, but it wasn't budging, so I decided to call a professional. Truthfully i changed my mind three times before picking Blue Dragon. In addition to the shower issue, we had two outside faucets (aka hose bibs) that would drip a bit in colder weather.... i wanted to get those serviced, suspecting an old washer or crown packing,. Last on my list were the valves to my two toilets. I hate multi-turn valves when there's a bowl emergency (about to over flow), and the crowns also leak a few drops in certain positions.With that list I used the Blue Dragon web page contact form on a Wednesday night to place my request. The next day I got an email from the owner (Gilbert Jimenez) detailing his fees and proposing an afternoon visit. I took it, and one of his crew, Matt, was calling promptly at 12:30 to say he was on his way.My wife was on site when he visited. I had to walk him through the wish list a bit again by phone, and he recommended it would be cheaper to replace the outside faucets rather than repair them, I agreed. My wife says he moved quickly from task to task. He had a bit of trouble getting the shower handle off to, but quickly came to a solution and took care of it.All the work was done with two hours of billing (including their standard 1/2 hour for travel).When I got home there were a few detail points that I though needed further attention. I put another request in on the website and promptly got a followup call from Gilbert. He took my 'notes' with no push back and Matt was able to drop by again the next day to address the details.I am very pleased with Blue Dragon's service. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends. I am particularly pleased with their suggestions that were different from my request, but saved me money. They were able to use a couple parts I had in my 'plumbing' box. They were very conscientious about being on the clock and moved swiftly from task to task. And, when I had a couple concerns about the work, they came back promptly to do the fix on their nickel.One suggestion for them is to find a web based contact system that sends the client, by email, the message they leave in the contact form. There was one point in the project when my wife asked didn't you tell them XYZ, and I thought I had, but I couldn't confirm it. Until then, before you hit 'submit' on their web page contact form, you might want to copy and paste your message locally so you have a record.

We had a pipe leaking below the outside faucet. Carlos came out, explained in detail what he thought the problem was & possible other issues. He also explained our cost in each situation & answered our questions completely. Carlos carefully removed our shrubs & repaired a leak about 11 inches below the surface. He did an excellent job & there is no doubt, we will use again. Carlos was excellent.

They attempted to swindle my contractor out of $300 for a $4 part. Dishonest and very unprofessional. I would never use them again.

Hello all, I recently encountered a leak that was somewhere in my home in which of course I contacted Fast Plumbing, as I have used this company for a remodeling of my kitchen sink. I am happy to relay that not only were they professional in their leak detection...they were thorough in replacing the once already leaking area in which another plumbing company had fixed years back!!! They went above and beyond by assuring me that they used the most current and updated plumbing fittings to resolve this slow ongoing leak. I received next day completion and feel very confident that this particular leak has been once and for all taken care of properly!!!! Thanks guys you were awesome.

Joe came out and was fantastic. Found the source of the leak right away, recommended some options, got to work and fixed it. He also looked at my water heater and overall water pressure and made recommendations for updating some of the plumbing. Overall 10/10 service and would recommend to anyone.

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!

I agreed with reviews saying Brad is rude . I called him to schedule work done he was not patient or friendly.,

Tried to overcharge me by hundreds of dollars for a simple call-out; failed to respond to texts/emails in a timely manner. After much wrangling by my realtor, I did eventually receive the correct invoice, but almost two months after the call-out I still have not received a report of the issues they say were found. My last three emails have all gone unanswered.

I have been a client of Westmoreland Plumbing for over 20 years. They have always done excellent work and their fees are in line. More importantly I can rely on Wes and his team to get the job done right.

Brilliant. One of the most difficult things is finding a reliable honest plumber/contractor. And it was a HUGE relief when ABC Oliver called saying he'd be there in 15 mins.. Arrived - looked at the cutoff valve [for fridge] that needed replacing - explained he had parts needed [better replacement (1/4 turn on/off) ]showed me the water cutoff to house. Even sawed off the old compression ring [ferrel?] to allow replacing the original nut and compression ring.
