I didn't like their service and didn't feel comfortable with their level of honesty and integrity. They charged me 410 dollars for re-installing a toilet and they told me it will leak until I replace brass toilet flange by pulling and resetting which would cost around 4000 dollars. I will not rehire them.

They came in to look into a blocked toilet, took out the plastic piece from it with a hand cranked tool, told me the total cost is $250 for it, and left a plastic container of some chemicals. Later after they left, looking through the invoice I found that they have charged over $50 for the chemical. I called them and ask them to take that away since I didn't want to purchase it, I am still waiting for them to come and pick it up. Deception in their sales tactics. High price for service. No more.After I wrote it, Bill Daniel from Roto Rooter addressed my grievance and refunded the money within hours! Such a great company. Bill I have the liquid ready for pick up if your truck comes around this area! Thank you! Thank you! !Thank you!!!

Outstanding repair work by Steven. My house had a leaking underslab hot water line going to the master bathroom shower. Steven did a thorough job of inspecting the layout of my homes plumbing. He inspected valves and measured pressure at various locations. he performed leak detection to determine the position of the underslab leak. he found the leak to be a long way under the slab. A bypass hot water line was created to make the repair. Steven was very professional in his manner. He answered all my questions regarding how he would proceed with the repair. Many thanks to Fastplumbing and to Steven for a job well done.

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. I have had the pleasure of having Johnny Rooter do work for me multiple times. I can report that they are honest, do great work, and are reasonably priced. I recommend them due to my excellent experiences with these fine folks.

After seeing their postings on Nextdoor and finding positive reviews on Yelp, I was eager to use a neighborhood business and gave them a call to schedule a visit for a leaking toilet. Super accommodating to schedule and great communication for appt confirmation and before service appt. Travis and his colleague were amazing, on time and very courteous. Found the problem in a matter of seconds and completed the job in short time. Great service and VERY affordable and accommodating. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend.

Used Abacus before, installed a new air handler about six months ago. Called them back when I lost my heat. My technician Dillon (I call him “my” tech, ‘cause I’m gonna request him again in the future) got right to the problem, talking me through it all the way. Turned out to simply be some tripped circuit breakers. No charge… but I immediately signed up for a service contract. (Only 99 bucks for complete A/C tuneup, twice a year.) Also, arranged for a tech, same company , to come out to check my circuit board. Again, at no cost, but I’m seriously considering getting on their electrical service plan as well.Abacus = great staff + best equipment + reasonable pricing.

She was my first contact with this business and she represented this company extremely well. She provided information in a clear, accurate and concise manner. We had a combo boiler that went out a couple of months ago. Numerous parts were replaced to no avail. I had a sit down talk with Clayton & we agreed to try one more part, which lasted about 5 days. Clayton calls you back when promised. He makes sure you're ok by checking to see. My husband has been ill & we're seniors, I greatly appreciated Clayton did. We ended up with a new system & as promised it was here in 24 hours & installed in one day. The installer, Billy arrived at 9:00am & worked terribly alone pulling out the old unit. He was informative, patient, and worked none stop. In the afternoon 2 other installers came & assisted Billy. All were nice guys, working til 6 at night. Clayton did he could to help us knowing our circumstances. They are definitely NICE GUYS.

Had to call to have our compressor checked as it wouldn't spin up. The system had been installed by the Strand's who now own Stan's and we have regularly have them come out for service. Walker showed up when scheduled and was very patient with his talkative client. He quickly diagnosed the issue (the capacitor) and found a second issue (switch) - both of which he quickly corrected and got us up and running. We have always liked them and will continue to call when the A/C acts up.

Ausome servce and super team! Installed my attic exhaust fan with care and speed. Also cleaned up after kept the work area clean and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend them for your next job!

This plumber not only installed our old cast iron water pipes, but also replaced them with new PVC ones. They were fast and efficient and didn't cause a mess in our kitchen!
