Hello all, I recently encountered a leak that was somewhere in my home in which of course I contacted Fast Plumbing, as I have used this company for a remodeling of my kitchen sink. I am happy to relay that not only were they professional in their leak detection...they were thorough in replacing the once already leaking area in which another plumbing company had fixed years back!!! They went above and beyond by assuring me that they used the most current and updated plumbing fittings to resolve this slow ongoing leak. I received next day completion and feel very confident that this particular leak has been once and for all taken care of properly!!!! Thanks guys you were awesome.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. My appt was for Sat but they had to cancel due to several emergencies and limited staff. They called to reschedule and was very apologetic. They offered me a appt for Monday that fit with my schedule which was after hours. They also offered a nice discount for my inconvenience. The tech called and was right on time as scheduled today. He came in trouble shot my problem in less than 30 min and didn't charge me!. Great service all the way around.

Our water heater started leaking gas. Jonas came out the same day and determined that it needed to be replaced. He returned the next day with Roy and installed a new water heater. They arrived when they said they were going to, did a very thorough installation with complete testing, and conducted themselves with a high degree of professionalism. It is great to find a team that still knows how to provide great service and has pride in their work. Highly recommend.
