S&D did a good job replacing my pressure reducing valve. The previous valve failed and my water pressure was greatly reduced when two faucets ran at the same time. S&D’s pricing seems reasonable for the work that was needed. Customer service over the phone and in person was very good. I would definitely use this company again.

Take a minute and read this before hiring Mr Rooter of Austin. They are hands down the most professional plumbing company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many.I had extensive work that needed to be done from multiple root intrusion in my drained lines under my slab, repairing supply lines, gas line rerouting, toilet removal and install that required a professional to handle this massive job.From the first day they were very clear and gave me multiple options that saved me thousands of dollars to repair all the damages. They were on time every single time and the main plumber on the job, Michael, was extremely professional, patient, and explained everything he was doing before he started.The workmanship was the highest I have seen in years as they made sure everything was done correctly and constantly checked and rechecked their work.Once the job was done, they also had the inspector and engineer out the same day (which is a miracle) and wrapped up the job two weeks sooner than they had anticipated.The time they saved me along with the headaches and anxiety that goes with major plumbing work was worth every penny.Big thanks to Brett, Michael and the rest of the crew.

I was very happy with the work that was done. Lawana in the office in Austin was really nice and went out of her way to help me with insurance questions. The technician was on time and very efficient.

Very friendly and fast but both leaks they fixed had to be refixed. This took more time, more huge water bill, and more inconvenience of having no water at the house. Very high price after initial lower quote. We ended up having to trench the yard ourselves to physically find the problem. Plumbers aren't diggers! We learned all this the hard way and are grateful they refixed their work but have a hard time trusting it now.

Called a plumber, not going to say the name but its initials were Radiant, they wanted $331 to do a very simple snake job on a kitchen sink, I said NO! Enter Joseph from AAA Auger to save the day, what a nice guy. I've used AAA Auger in the past and was always a happy customer, I have no idea why I called those other guys but that's a lesson learned. Save yourself the hassle and just call AAA Auger.

I was in desperate need for a new alcove bathtub for a remodel I was doing. After wasting days checking the big box stores and looking at overpriced junk, I thought there had to be a better way. I contacted Chris over Redbud Plumbing for some advice. I realized that this was more fixture related issue than actual plumbing issue but my thinking was that with the experience these guys have, surely they would be able to point me in the right direction on a quality product. Chris took the time and came up with a few options in my price point. He provided a detailed overview of each option which made my decision so much easier. He ordered it for me from one of their suppliers and I had my tub installed a few days later. Thank you for the outstanding customer service Chris and Redbud plumbing. You guys are fantastic!

Prompt, knowledgeable. He was informative about all options of what the issue could be instead of jumping straight to a new water heater. Not entirely sure what is wrong with our water heater but it's working now. If the water gets cold again, we will call him back out and he'll put our payment towards a new water heater. Super nice guy! Would endorse him a million times over!

I called this plumber to come out and help me with my drainage issue. The plumber came out and fixed my issue quickly, but in the process he found my pipe had burst in half. He was gracious enough to call around to get a few quotes while he was on site, so I didn't have to wait for a different company.
