Best Sump Pump Repair in Austin TX

I had a potential small gas leak in a hose to my HVAC. This had me worried but as I called around to find a plumbing company, most were unavailable to schedule for 4 days. When I explained my situation to these good folks, they immediately transferred me to talk with someone to help me evaluate the urgency. They got me in the next morning. The plumber thoroughly evaluated the system but did not find a leak. After all of this, they were not even going to charge me a service call fee. I decided to have them replace the old hoses just to be safe. They did so on the spot. I am so grateful to this whole team for caring enough to slow down in a busy time and really listen, then efficiently and professionally finish the job! From my initial call, to speaking with dispatch, and finally my experience with the plumber…this is a company that knows what customer service is about… and they understand basic human kindness. I highly recommend them.

Rooter-man had a tech out the next day and repaired the leak in my sink in under 30 minutes. Jason did a great job and cleaned up really well when he was finished. I have used Rooter-man for many years and they have always provided great service!

The receptionist is very professional and they were able to come for the service call promptly. The plumber was helpful, informative and responsive. He stayed all day at our place, into the night, to ensure that our problem was fixed. It was a big bill, but when there were later problems he quickly returned to rectify them and helped us out until it was fixed. Plumbing problems are no fun for anyone, but this plumber really helped us out in a friendly way. We are so grateful!

Wanted to share my experience with Mr. Rooter plumbing service and how they tried to rip me off.Few weeks ago the sewage pump in my back yard failed and the float alarm went off. Basically this meant our sewage tank is full and the pump is not pumping the waste to the main city sewage line.I called Mr. Rooter and they sent Alvin Santoy for the Job. He came and gave me an estimate of $635.04 to drain the tank, pull out the pump, see if its good or not and if its good fix it.He drained the sewage on my lawn (which he should have drained in the city line), which first bad thing he did. I asked him if the motor is good, he said no its dead and I need to place it. he provided me 2 quotes. One for the same size motor (1/2 HP) for $2241.76 and second for 2HP grinder pump for $4220.50.I asked him that if i get my own pump will he install it for me. He said yes, so I bought the pump and asked him for a quote to install it. He left the premise for another job and asked me to call him when I have the pump. The new qoute just to install the pump was $2245.74, which is $4 more than the original quote.Alvin was extremely rude during his visit and would not give me straight answers so I had enough, I called the owner (Brent) and ask him not to do the job, I will figure it out myself. BTW during this time we have limit our bathroom usage since the pump it not working, very difficult with 2 kids.I decided to roll up my sleeves and do it my self. I checked the old pump and there was a tampon was wrapped on the wire and was sucked it into the pump rotors. I pulled it out it was working fine. Hence Alvin never bothered to check if the pump had any issues. I cleaned it up, secured the wire, reinstalled the pump in the tank and it was up and running. It took me 3 hours to do everything and get it up and running.BTW this happened last year, we just moved in this house and the pump got clogged. I called home warranty folks, the sent someone, he cleaned up the pump and charged me $450 for the job. Home warranty didnt cover the service.My point in sharing my experience is these companies prey on consumers and based on their situation, they jack up the price.Last but not least Brent (the owner) did refund 50% of the charges, but did defend that the qoutes were accurate and was fair price.I would not recommend Mr. Rooters for any plumbing job and specially beware for Alvin Santoy if he is the technician assigned to the job.

Our normal plumber recommended Fast Plumbing. We thought we needed a new water heater. Jose was out and was extremely professional and honest. All that was needed was draining and taking out the gunk. We so appreciated his honesty and hope his honesty is a fundamental pillar of the company. Definitely our go to guy and company for larger repairs.

Mike fixed our shower issue super fast (< 10 m) and was very respectful about our space. Our property management company called them after their normal handipeople spent 5 hours making a slow draining shower fully clogged. Highly recommend

Had no hot water at night due to construction that the remodel company couldn't figure out but wanted to charge me $500 for a new pilot switch. Requested to Ben Franklin that someone come out the next day which they did and were able to arrive much earlier than scheduled. Dylan is very professional and pleasant to deal with. The issue was minor, and I was only charged the service charge. Very happy with tech and service and happy that I have contract with them.

AAA Auger Plumbing ServicesOn Wed the guy came out to give us a quote, he pulled 2 wires out (causining our Ionization system to leak) then told me it would be $300 to fix it. I said no thanks! This is what it looks like after my husband got home. (Won't let me post pic but trust me, it was pouring out and flooded the area).Thanks for breaking it asshat! You shouldn't have touched it before giving us a quote.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway ? Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Had them come out for an inspection of my AC to make sure it was running efficiently and to address a rust issue. Cameron, the technician, was very professional and personable. He addressed my concerns. I decided to buy a service for $99 a year that covers two inspections a year for peace of mind. And when they give you a time, that is the time they show up....plus you can track them all the way until they arrive.

The replacement of old unit and installation of new unit by Gustavo and Ramiro was professional, clean and courteous.The diagnosis and repair by Jarod was positive as well. He was patient with us even when the management did want to upsell their products. We managed to agree on a price for system/unit replacement.
