Kyle and Travis came out to replace an older water heater that had leaked and flooded a portion of our home. I believe it was Cindy who I spoke with to set up the appointment. Everyone was professional, helpful and made the entire process easy. Expectations were established quickly, a solution developed and clear explanations of time to complete the repair and costs. After the repair was completed Kyle and Travis showed me what had been done, reviewed damage to old parts and reviewed new parts. They made sure the water system was operating properly and everything brought up to code. We have used S&D for over 20 years and they have never disappointed us.

What a gem of a small business! Both Emily, who scheduled us within two days, and Benjamin, the plumber/owner, were so personable and professional. Benjamin was a wealth of knowledge and quickly diagnosed and remedied our issue. So psyched to have found a new, local, dependable plumber!

Yesterday, Preston & JR came to my house to install a tankless hot water heater, and remove my two old 40 gal. tanks from the attic. They make an excellent service team. They showed up quickly, and removed both of my 40 gallon hot water tanks from the attic, one of which was already leaking. After removing the tanks, and making the necessary retrofit preparations for the new tankless model, Navien NPE-240A2 water heater @ 11.2 GPM and EF rating of .99. Everything went great all day long. It was a big job. When they were finished, my attic was very clean. I couldn't ask for a nicer team to do my install. They do good work. So, after they left, I walked around inside my house (3 full baths) turning on all the hot water faucets to witness the magic. I noticed that I had a little less pressure than before in the kitchen and master bath, and NO hot water anywhere. I would say fairly' warm water is all that was produced from the new tankless unit. I thought, well, I'll wait until tomorrow morning and try it out. Absolutely nothing but COLD! So, I called Radiant at 8:00 am this morning to report my new tankless water heater would not produce any hot water. They apologized, and said they would get someone out here ASAP to check it out. It's Friday, almost 11:00 am on October 21st, and no one has called me yet and I have no hot water. Yesterday I had partial hot water to use from one of my tanks which was working. Therefore, not to put to fine a point on it, I was better off yesterday, than I am today with a new tankless hot water unit installed. I'll report back on this as things progress, and let you know how this all ends. This will be very important information for future customers. I'm sure they'll make it right. Radiant is one of the highest rated companies out there according to 9001 5 star reviews (they can't all be wrong). I just received a text from Stacey at Radiant, advising me there will be a technician here at 2:00 pm this afternoon to check it out. My guess, it's set at 120 degrees (factory recommendation), which is too low. I think it should be set at 140? More to come...The technician made it here on time. Very polite and friendly. His name is CR. What a cool guy, and very knowledgeable. Actually, prior to his arrival, I was fiddling with the hot water temp and raised the temperature to 140 degrees, and BOOM! Hot water everywhere. CR went up in the attic to make a few adjustments, and noticed there may not be enough fresh air circulation in the attic for this type of advanced unit. Now, I truly have instant hot water, Radiant is coming back out to install or modify my existing roof vent to make sure the air quality and circulation is at its best for this particular unit. That is awesome. Thank you Radiant. Those 5 star ratings are there for a reason. This tankless unit was installed professionally by Preston and JR. It just needed a little fine tuning afterwards. Very happy now about the quick response from Radiant's and team! Very impressed. Very satisfied with tankless purchase....ALERT: Earlier this morning, I heard a loud drip coming from our Master Bath. Upon further research, I found I have a water leak under my Master Bath sink (I turned off the valves). It was the new recirculation device Juan installed. I just called Radiant to schedule another technician to come out today and fix the problem. This is the second recall back for service. I call this working out the bugs, I guess? I was told, I would receive a text at 3:00 pm this afternoon to have a technician come fix it. We'll see. So far, Radiant has been very responsive to our needs. More to come on this new issue...To put an end to this review, I am very satisfied with Radiant and my new tankless water heater. On the 2nd and final call back, Ryan showed up at 4:30 and fixed the leak in about 15 minutes. For now, everything is working great as it should be. Hot water everywhere! I would highly recommend Radiant for your next HVAC/Plumbing Project. Service is excellent, and I would definitely use again.

Unfortunately this is not a company I would recommend or trust. They did arrive on time but we received no calls that they were at our business. They left before we arrived and determined “nothing was wrong”. Within minutes of arrival our plumbing backed up into the bathroom. WARNING they refused to come back out to assess the situation and deemed it not an emergency! Highly recommend shopping around before using this company.

Good morning Fast Plumbing Team,I wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service and professional staff.I was able to secure a service call time and date for Thursday January 8, 2022 based on the Olshan Foundation Companies estimated time of service which was January 6th, 7th and 8th. As the dates started to change, I was in contact with the Fast Plumbing customer service team Melissa and Diana. On Thursday January 8th, the Olshan Crew pierced one of my water lines. I freaked out and reached out to Fast Plumbing and they suggested I wait as additional holes needed to be dug. By the end of the day, the Olshan Crew pierced not one but 6 water lines in my garage.After speaking with the Olshan Project Supervisor, they would return on Friday to continue digging and add the supports. I called Fast Plumbing to have someone come out on Saturday to repair the water lines but Saturday was already booked. However, they did offer to come out if they had a cancelation. Unfortunately, there was no cancelations, Diana was nice enough to stay in contact with me on Saturday as she provided updates. At the end of the day, Diana and I was able to come up with a game plan as I had to work on Sunday. I went to work on Sunday morning and Diana text me to let me know the Service Technicians were on their way. I left my job and met the Service Technicians Steven and Cody.Steven and Cody were very professional and took care of the repairs. I was surprised when Steven asked if I had any other plumbing concerns. I did not expect him to ask as I only considered the initial problems. I provided my additional concerns and Steven and Cody took care of them in a timely fashion. They were very attentive to my plumbing problems as they continued their qualify work repairs.After the repairs were complete and I was satisfied with their work, I was presented with the invoice.After what I experienced with the Olshan Foundation Crew, Steven and Cody’s interaction was a breath of fresh air.I wanted to thank the Fast Plumbing Team for their professional calm communication skills and their outstanding work ethics. I was in desperate need for a new alcove bathtub for a remodel I was doing. After wasting days checking the big box stores and looking at overpriced junk, I thought there had to be a better way. I contacted Chris over Redbud Plumbing for some advice. I realized that this was more fixture related issue than actual plumbing issue but my thinking was that with the experience these guys have, surely they would be able to point me in the right direction on a quality product. Chris took the time and came up with a few options in my price point. He provided a detailed overview of each option which made my decision so much easier. Ac went out when temps were in 90 ' s. Acct Mgr Cary Weaver and tech LaCounte Murray got a temporary replacement then technicians Tony and Raffa installed new unit on Sunday, Fathers Day. They all did a great job and I am happy with my new a/c. Office staff were very helpful and responsive.

Our plumbing was leaking after the storm. We called this emergency plumber and he came right away! He fixed our pipe and did a great job at a very reasonable price.
