Good morning Fast Plumbing Team,I wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service and professional staff.I was able to secure a service call time and date for Thursday January 8, 2022 based on the Olshan Foundation Companies estimated time of service which was January 6th, 7th and 8th. As the dates started to change, I was in contact with the Fast Plumbing customer service team Melissa and Diana. On Thursday January 8th, the Olshan Crew pierced one of my water lines. I freaked out and reached out to Fast Plumbing and they suggested I wait as additional holes needed to be dug. By the end of the day, the Olshan Crew pierced not one but 6 water lines in my garage.After speaking with the Olshan Project Supervisor, they would return on Friday to continue digging and add the supports. I called Fast Plumbing to have someone come out on Saturday to repair the water lines but Saturday was already booked. However, they did offer to come out if they had a cancelation. Unfortunately, there was no cancelations, Diana was nice enough to stay in contact with me on Saturday as she provided updates. At the end of the day, Diana and I was able to come up with a game plan as I had to work on Sunday. I went to work on Sunday morning and Diana text me to let me know the Service Technicians were on their way. I left my job and met the Service Technicians Steven and Cody.Steven and Cody were very professional and took care of the repairs. I was surprised when Steven asked if I had any other plumbing concerns. I did not expect him to ask as I only considered the initial problems. I provided my additional concerns and Steven and Cody took care of them in a timely fashion. They were very attentive to my plumbing problems as they continued their qualify work repairs.After the repairs were complete and I was satisfied with their work, I was presented with the invoice.After what I experienced with the Olshan Foundation Crew, Steven and Cody’s interaction was a breath of fresh air.I wanted to thank the Fast Plumbing Team for their professional calm communication skills and their outstanding work ethics. Had a pipe leak outside which caused me to not have any water in the house. Andy came that day and fixed it. He gave me great advice, was very nice, and did a great job with the repair. Their prices are very expensive, $100 service fee which doesn't apply to the work, but they do quality work.

Paul was excellent and helped with my laundry stoppage. Very friendly and gave great advice for upkeep of other plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

Travis came out to look at a clogged pipe that’s caused some leaking in our garage. He fixed it during the first visit but we had to call again about a month later because of the same thing. Austin Plumbery was very quick to respond and came out within 24hrs of calling both times. Although we couldn’t get it all the way fixed, Travis was upfront on why and didn’t charge me for it. He gave great advice on possible solutions, including a call to the city for a draining system to be installed. I’ve never had a more reliable and trusted plumbing service. I found my go-to plumbers in Austin!

Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway ? Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I found myself calling for A/C emergency service. Abacus actually answered the phone. Joe came out and diagnosed bad compressor. No charge for the visit. I was promised a compressor repair estimate. Next day I was told no compressor could be found for my unit. I called myself with S/N and model number in hand and immediately found four in stock. In the meantime I received my Abacus emailed estimates for complete unit replacement. One came in about $10 grand and the other 15. Since my unit was still cooling at night I decided to get a second opinion. The morning of that appointment Joe called. I asked for the initial promised estimate for compressor repair. My response on call back from Joe, was that his manager refuses that repair because of liability issues. Looks like I am stuck with replacing the whole unit, right? Wrong. My service for second opinion finally arrives. Clogged drain line. $178 to blow the line. Beware of Abacus A/C service. They are selling units, not repairs.

Cristobal Palacios performed his inspection and cleaning of my air conditioning system carefully and explained well what he did and answered my questions well. He was both polite and efficient. I would recommend him highly! Robert Doyle (“Bobby”) carefully inspected the gas water heater for leaks and carefully answered other potential plumbing issues with thoughts on when and what alternatives might be best. He was prompt, courteous, and professional!

My AC is running so much cooler and more efficiently ! I’m very pleased with my service today. The technicians were very professional and took the time to explain the necessary repairs and future maintenance.

I called this emergency plumber in the middle of the night when my toilet started overflowing. They were very professional, understanding and did a great job of fixing my leak at no extra cost. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber in an emergency!
