Rooter-man had a tech out the next day and repaired the leak in my sink in under 30 minutes. Jason did a great job and cleaned up really well when he was finished. I have used Rooter-man for many years and they have always provided great service!

My experience with Economy Plumbing and Brandon were superb. I will use them again. There were a few too many texts and emails from them, but I guess that's better than too few. Brandon took about 40 minutes to write an estimate, that seemed a bit excessive. However his work was great and he completed what I asked him to do; which is the bottom line.

Pierre was quick to respond and got me on the schedule immediately to get a utility sink installed in our garage. Geronimo and his team were very respectful and did a clean job. It may have been a small job but they treated me like I was getting my whole house done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

The response time was incredible. My water main was leaking. My wife and I had no water in the house. We tried to get someone out quickly but were have a lot of trouble. We called several places and got the run around. We were being told that we would get a call back and not hearing anything. We tried Mr. Rooter and they had Eli and Cedric out here in less than an hour. I stood outside and watched them work. They were quick, friendly and made sure the job was done right. Eli even made a comment about how badly he wanted to turn the water on but wanted to wait so that he was sure that the glue had properly set. While he was waiting we had a good conversation and they did an amazing job making me feel like they weren't just trying to rush the repair so they could leave. Everything has been working perfectly since. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone that needs fast quality work done. They'll be the first ones I call next time I need a plumber.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Thank you again for all the wonderful work!!!

Use caution, ensure the price quoted over the phone includes diagnostic! Don't make the $500 mistake that I did.I called Fast Plumbing after my water company detected a steady 10 gal/hr leak, most likely from a toilet not sealing. Melissa was very helpful and they were able to get the toilet fixed the next day. No issues with the quality or timeliness of the work. The problem is that over the phone we communicated that the repair would be $238. Melissa called me and I approved the charge once the plumber had diagnosed the problem- I even added a $20 tip because of how grateful I was with the quick response and repair. However, $798 was charged to my card. I called and Melissa explained that the additional charge was for the diagnostic and discovering where the leak was from. This price was not quoted over the phone.Home Depot and Lowes had both quoted me approximately $400 total to completely replace the old toilet, but i wanted to support a local company, plus I was under the (incorrect) impression that the end price to repair (not replace) the toilet would be under $300.Edit: we were not quoted for $125 service fee and $375 for the first hour of leak detection, per the owner response below. I already had a quote to completely replace the toilet for $400, why would I pay $500 to have a diagnostic? This makes no sense and looks to me like the company is trying to save face.Furthermore I also did not say anything about an $800 water bill, this is simply not true. No idea where that came from - maybe the company is getting us confused with another customer?

I give my recent plumbing experience five stars. My hot water heater went out in the morning and they had it replaced and repaired by the evening. The tech David was so professional and easy to work with. He was such a big help, knowledgeable and kind. Everything about this experience was awesome! Robert fixed our issue quickly and professionally. He explained precisely what happened and suggested we check out another component that might be causing us problems - and his hunch was correct.I correctly installed a gas dryer in our home, however, our clothes still weren't drying. We called another company (Hill Country Homework - might be Austin Homework by now) to inspect the issue. The tech (probably the owner? he couldn't seem to make up his mind about whether he's the owner) suggested a fix that made things worse. He left our home with an obvious scent of gas and told us to call 311 if the smell was noticeable the next morning. It was - and the fire department came to check it out.Robert was dispatched later to investigate the issue. He comported in exactly the way you'd expect from a Marine Vet. He also suggested we check if the dryer vent that runs from wash room to the roof was clogged. Sure enough, that was why our clothes weren't drying - it had nothing to do with my installation. I'd recommend Robert at Johnny Rooter to anyone.

Brad B. Plumping will be the only plumbing service I use from here on out! I was given incredibly prompt, professional, and thorough service. Due to experiences in the past, I hesitate to hire anyone I don't know personally, but Brad B. Plumbing is genuine and sincere - which I really appreciate! Thank you so much for being so helpful and kind!
