Mr. Collen Mcbride did excellent job! Our faucets were blocked with sand after the storm. Although we paid another person for blowing out the sand, the work was not done properly. So the faucets were clogged and leaking.Collen identified the problems and fixed them very quickly. He also provided advice and recommendations to our water heater.We feel so lucky that we found a good company, and had such an excellent technician resolved our problem. From the beginning everyone at Radiant was top notch. Communication across all teams was quick and efficient. Working with Justin on finding the right system for me on a budget and needs level was great. All options were thoroughly explained and I was never pushed to a system.The install team, Nazareth and Terrell, were also great. They showed up the day of the install and got to it. They were respectful of the space and used the “air lock” system without pause to keep my feline kids safe. When they were done they walked me through all the work they had done and took time answering any questions I had.You’ll be lucky to work with any of these folks.

We had them come in to detect issues with some water leaks. They found them and were able to service us quickly, however they did have to come back after missing one area which left us three additional days without being able to shower. Their prices are really fair.

They attempted to swindle my contractor out of $300 for a $4 part. Dishonest and very unprofessional. I would never use them again.

Had a water leak from an unknown location. They found the leak in my yard and repaired it. All work done in one day. They did leave my yard a mess, but they got the job done. The initial costs are not what you will end up paying. Costs keep adding up fast.

We had a great experience with Brad. He completed 4-5 small projects in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the faucets he replaced in the bathroom wasn't working properly a few days later and he came back the same day I called to replace the part and did not charge us for parts or labor. He was timely, quick, and polite. We try to support small local business as much as we can and will definitely call Brad again.
