These guys are awesome! I've used them for previous plumbing issues and when my toilet became possessed and refused to fill the tank, S&D came to the rescue (REALLY fast, flexible scheduling) and were able to diagnose and fix the issue in such a short time, with no mess, no hassle. I recommend and will continue to use S&D for all my plumbing related stuff!

Had a water leak with no obvious source. BenjaminBL came out and removed my toilet. We had to have other repair work done that was outside of the plumbing scope of work. BenjaminBL came back out today to put the toilet back in place. All good. This was our first time using BenjaminBL and when and if we have more plumbing issues, we will surely call again!

Joseph McClughan was our technician today. He arrived on time, was VERY friendly and helpful. When it turned out to be something on the city’s side, he handled contacting the city utility service for us and arranging for them to come out to our property to assist. He also stayed to make sure that the city was able to fix the issue and that everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Very easy to get an apptmt and he came earlier than our apptmt time. He did not have everything to do the job and went to the store to get items he needed and finished the job. An hour or so later, it stopped working again. We called back to the office and said he will come back after his other jon. He fixed the other problem on the toilet and gave us a price break due to having to return. I would use them again.

I had an emergency drain clog that was tied to the condensation drain from our AC. RotoRooter was able to schedule our service within a few hours. Our technician, Oscar, was thorough, professional and answered all of my questions. He also made some recommendations to help alleviate similar problems in the future. After presenting a quote for the repair, he was able to complete the job quickly and left everything clean and neat. We will definitely call them again!

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!

Had no hot water at night due to construction that the remodel company couldn't figure out but wanted to charge me $500 for a new pilot switch. Requested to Ben Franklin that someone come out the next day which they did and were able to arrive much earlier than scheduled. Dylan is very professional and pleasant to deal with. The issue was minor, and I was only charged the service charge. Very happy with tech and service and happy that I have contract with them.

Refuses to let you buy your own parts even if they are the exact ones he would use. Which to me sounds like a scam. Getting over on people must be how he makes a living

A plumber that comes on time, saves money and over delivers?!?! WoahI first learned about this company through my home warranty company, which pretty much gave them free reign to charge whatever they wanted, but the gentleman came in, tightened a couple shower handles and solve the problem in less than 30 minutes.That’s why I look them up when I needed to pay for something on my own. They quoted me fair prices for a couple of items, ended up resolving one of them without having to charge me, and over delivered on the replacement of some upstairs shower handles. I’m super impressed with the company and also Travis specifically. Thanks guys!
