Best Shower Drain in Austin TX

Called several companies and was told they could not come out for days. I had a leak in my main water pipe with water pouring out steadily. I could not wait days! These guys came out the same day I called and the gentleman who fixed it was very kind and knowledgeable. It was expensive but I was so thankful for the immediate response and repair I can live with it. Highly recommend them!

Curtis evaluated the situation and quickly identified the issue, explained how he was doing to resolve it and made changes to the setup to prevent issues in the future. Besides the great service Curtis was very friendly.

I have used A&T plumbing for many tasks over the past years. Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. Highly recommended.

I would use them again! I did initially feel like it was more expensive than it should have been. Howey, I'm not a drain expert hence why I called them. So stick shock aside they explained the prices clearly and according to a quick Google search the price was under/right on the edge of the national average.The technician was kind, polite, and professional. He explained to me how I can prevent the issue in the future. While I wouldn't have been able to fix my issue he told me a couple things to try next time before calling. I appreciate his honesty in trying to help me spend less money. I'll definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue I can't fix!

Mark, the technician, was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He clearly and patiently explained what caused the problem and everything he was doing to fix it. He also thoroughly cleaned up the area where he was working when he was done. The sink has been draining perfectly.It was a pleasure working with Mark and Roto-Rooter.

I am a fan! We have complex water heater issues at our home related to the original construction. There was no easy solution. Jeff spent much time problem solving instead of just ripping open walls which would have been much more costly. He came up with a solution that works perfectly. Ted and Jeff fixed other items in our home as well. I'm so thankful to find people that are top notch in their craft, kind, professional, easy to work with and very fairly priced. Fast Plumbing did a great job! They came out on the day I called and were very professional. The repair was also less than the initial quote! I will use them in the future if I have any other issues.

Mr david moore is my hero called this morning with clogged drain and he immediately sent a team to my house to fix problem i was under a lot of stress and felt alone and hopeless thanks to him he gave a sense o f relief and assurance that my life will be okay i have mental health issues ( depression, and suicidal thoughts) his team were very professional and knowledge able and have great comuniction skills i honestly believe that he saved me from losing my mind thank you so much his team also treated me like i was important to them always a plus again thank you moore and more plumbing.

Can't say enough good things about this guy.I've used Brad three times at a commercial building I'm in charge of. Two times it was a breeze, Brad got the job done no problem. On one occasion the problem was a little more complex, it involved the sewer line going to the street. Brad came, did what he could in the hope it would be a cheap fix. Sadly it wasn't. The problem came back so I called Brad and he connected me with the people who could fix our issue. Very helpful.You honestly can't ask for more from a plumber. He's honest, he's prompt, and he is very straightforward. My biggest worry is that once people learn how reliable he is, he'll get booked up. Good guys can be hard to find.
