I highly recommend Economy Plumbing Services. Mike diagnosed the problem and gave us practical solutions that did not cost an arm and a leg. He took a real no non-sense approach and did not try to sell us on procedures that we didn't need.Communication was also good. I had no problems getting ahold of someone in the office to set up an appointment, and I always got a heads up text when the technician was on the way.

I had been without hot water for three days. Pierre drove to inspect it within 2 hours of my call, and he was able to get it turned back on! The water heater needs to be replaced, but he was able to get me back up and running!

Alex Castillo was prompt, informative, friendly, and he removed an obsolete heat recovery unit that had sprung a leak in the freezing temperatures. He clearly explained what he was doing, and volunteered this bit of extra work that he performed promptly.

Today the technician was supposed to be here between 8 and 10 am. I cancelled the appointment because the technician arrived at 10:15 or 10:20 to start a major job and I had an appointment later after lunch. The excuse the office gave me was that the technician forgot his tools at home and had to go back to get them. This was the second time this has happen with the same technician. The first time I had an appointment with same technician came to do the job he said his tools were in the truck and the truck was in the shop so he had to come back to do the work. The second appointment with same technician went well and the work was done well. But forgetting tools or not having tools with you 2 out of 3 times does not make for good customer service.

Fabian and his team are the BEST! They’ve helped me with many issues I’ve had in my weird, old house, each time finding an affordable fix, when I was dreading a huge bill. Oh, and as a single female homeowner, I always feel safe with them in my house. They even helped me push my car once when it had died in my driveway!! ?would recommend every time!

We reached out to Jeff to install a new hot water heater. The process was simple, we sent him a few photos of the job site, he sent a quote. On the day he was supposed to arrive he DID arrive and completed his work without interruption. The new hot water heater looks great !

Use caution, ensure the price quoted over the phone includes diagnostic! Don't make the $500 mistake that I did.I called Fast Plumbing after my water company detected a steady 10 gal/hr leak, most likely from a toilet not sealing. Melissa was very helpful and they were able to get the toilet fixed the next day. No issues with the quality or timeliness of the work.The problem is that over the phone we communicated that the repair would be $238. Melissa called me and I approved the charge once the plumber had diagnosed the problem- I even added a $20 tip because of how grateful I was with the quick response and repair. However, $798 was charged to my card. I called and Melissa explained that the additional charge was for the diagnostic and discovering where the leak was from. This price was not quoted over the phone.Home Depot and Lowes had both quoted me approximately $400 total to completely replace the old toilet, but i wanted to support a local company, plus I was under the (incorrect) impression that the end price to repair (not replace) the toilet would be under $300.Edit: we were not quoted for $125 service fee and $375 for the first hour of leak detection, per the owner response below. I already had a quote to completely replace the toilet for $400, why would I pay $500 to have a diagnostic? This makes no sense and looks to me like the company is trying to save face.Furthermore I also did not say anything about an $800 water bill, this is simply not true. No idea where that came from - maybe the company is getting us confused with another customer?

I had houseguests. Our guest bedroom toilet started leaking. Plumb masters came out ON SUNDAY and fixed it! So thankful! The guy was really nice too!

Larry Baker and Mike Tovar were AMAZING. They came after hours same day and stayed until everything was fixed. They were absolutely professional and focused on helping us. We were in a tough situation with a leak and thank goodness for them!!! I couldn’t say enough amazing things about them.

Had no hot water at night due to construction that the remodel company couldn't figure out but wanted to charge me $500 for a new pilot switch. Requested to Ben Franklin that someone come out the next day which they did and were able to arrive much earlier than scheduled. Dylan is very professional and pleasant to deal with. The issue was minor, and I was only charged the service charge. Very happy with tech and service and happy that I have contract with them.

Calling these guys was the worst experience I've had with any company. I'm not sure how my problem is worse than before I called them. Not happy with their service at all. My drains are still clogged and still unable to use my washing machine. At least before I called them I was getting hot water into the machine now I'm getting no water cold or hot... and to top it off I get charged $305 for nothing and the plumber suggesting I get a handyman to fix the problem(Wow)...I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!David,You missed the whole point of what I was saying I have no problem with being charged but not $304 and yes I was told this may or may not work true enough but what i have a problem with is when my situation is worse than before your guy came out! And for me to have to pay again for service that may or may not work i will NOT do! So with that being said I will not recommend anyone that I know to seek your services, I will tell them to beware. Free plumbing evaluation is BS when the guy started evaluating that's when the charges started.

Can't say enough good things about this guy.I've used Brad three times at a commercial building I'm in charge of. Two times it was a breeze, Brad got the job done no problem. On one occasion the problem was a little more complex, it involved the sewer line going to the street. Brad came, did what he could in the hope it would be a cheap fix. Sadly it wasn't. The problem came back so I called Brad and he connected me with the people who could fix our issue. Very helpful.You honestly can't ask for more from a plumber. He's honest, he's prompt, and he is very straightforward. My biggest worry is that once people learn how reliable he is, he'll get booked up. Good guys can be hard to find.
