These guys went above and beyond to help us! They were able to locate our leak issues quickly and they spoke with us regarding a repair plan. They believed they were going to be able to repair everything in the same day. The guys arrived around noon on a Friday and worked until 10pm that night to complete the project. For one, we were beyond grateful to get these repairs completed, but secondly, I was astounded at their persistence and skill. I will be a loyal customer from here on out and would recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent care and honest discussion of problems

Billy was prompt, professional, and knew exactly what was going on with our laundry drain issue (i.e. standpipe overflowing).He cleared the line and brought in Marcel (also polite and experienced) to run a camera through the standpipe and outside line access, which explained the cause of the intermittent overflow issues and a heads up on another potential issue in the future.There are larger corrective projects that I will likely engage in over the next year and Radiant will be my go-to service.

Gilbert is the man! Called him at 8:30 AM the morning our drain clogged and he was here at 1:30 PM. Cleared our drain in no time. Two times cheaper than the last guy we had come out for the same problem! Thank you Gilbert for the fast and excellent service!

Great professional and courteous service.

It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

Dishonest. Charged me $50 just to come out to give me a estimate to auger my drain for the kitchen sink.Their estimate was 2x as much as the company I had come out afterwards.Be aware they charge $300 a hour with a minimum of 1 hours work.

You get what you pay for. Like a lot of plumbers, they don’t ever meet their appointments and in a short time have provided awful customer experiences / gone completely dark.

We had a water leak in the front yard, and Fast Plumbing came out a few hours after I called. It was raining and very cold outside, but Mycol and his assistant fixed the problem quickly and everything was working even better than before. Very excellent service.

In the midst of worst winter freeze probably ever 1st Home was taking calls when it was virtually impossible to get through to anyone. I got through immediately to their office and they took the details of my frozen/burst pipe and got me on the list customers needing service. They kept me up to date on the progress being made to my request. On the very day that my water was restored and repairs could be made they showed and determined the location of my leaking pipe. It was a very difficult repair but their service professional stuck with it and got the leak repaired. Given the circumstances of winter experience we were dealing with, their timelines and professionalism far exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this fine firm. Jim Durkin

I forgot the plumbers name but he was professional, courteous and got right to work. He was careful to cover his shoes, tell me what he was doing and was friendly. I would recommend him to anyone and Benjamin Franklin plumbing.
