I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the estimate I requested. They inspected all the area under my house as I need a new sewer line and possibly some supply line work. The cost seemed reasonable when they reviewed the estimate with me. They are associated with a third-party company that will finance the cost of repairs with a variety of payment options, if needed. Overall I will most likely use this company to take care of my plumbing needs. I most certainly will review their work when it is completed here on Google!

Jeff Hicks was an absolute all-star helping me out in a pinch. Had a broken pipe that was leaking into the kitchen and garage. They answered my call that morning, sent out Jeff, and he had everything fixed by the afternoon. He also was very honest and did everything he could to help me without breaking the bank. ** ALERT $450 per labor hour!! **This company charged me $900 to replace a gas valve on my hot water heater. No parts were purchased through them as my water heater is under warranty so I got parts overnight from the manufacture. After the bill was paid (which the cost was not conveyed up front prior to repairs) I put a freeze on the funds to ensure I’m not getting scammed. The manager Instantly dropped the price to $500 total. Industry standard is $140-$160 an hour in this area, they’re three times that. Don’t waste your time with these company. If anyone would like to see my invoice, I’d gladly share it. This is getting reported to the BBB unless they kick some cheddar back my way. This repair should have only cost me $300-$350 MAX!!

Mr. Rooter's plumbers are practically heroic with their plumbing skills! I thought my home in Austin would be transformed into a swamp before I called them. Now, it's distinctly un-swampy, and I couldn't be happier.

WE CALLED MID MORNING ON SATURDAY WITH WATER STANDING IN THE KITCHEN. A PERSON ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE. ASA WOODLAND CAME OUT AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM. WE WERE SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY AM. ASA ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED UNTIL 9PM TO LOCATE AND REPAIR THE LEAKS WITHIN THE WALLS. HE WAS ABLE TO GET US WATER FOR MOST OF THE HOME WITHOUT LEAKS. HE RETURNED TODAY AS SCHEDULED AND WORKED EIGHT HOURS TO FINISH UP. THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN THE BID AND SEEMS TO BE GOOD. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT US UPDATED ON HIS PROGRESS AND ESTIMATED COMPLETION. THE COST SEEM IN LINE WITH OTHER PLUMBING WE HAVE HAD DONE. ASA IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS HE IS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANS UP WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE.

We have used fast plumbing a few times, most recently to replace our broken disposal. Our technician was nice, on time, and worked quickly and professionally. Their prices are fair and they respond quickly (we called at night and they came the next day)

I had a copper pipe literally spraying water inside of a wall. It made a huge puddle! I cut away the dry wall and mitigated the mess with a constant supply of dry towels.Cody and Brian got the job, they called ahead, were on time and respectful of my home. After they inspected, they showed me the price up front and explained the work to me.They worked fast and completely fixed the leaking pipe in my wall. I could tell they worked well together and were experienced.The work is also backed for 18 months. The price was not cheap but I'm glad to support a good business with good workers who back up quality work.
