So impressed with his skill and professionalism and love his calm demeanor and logical thinking through the problem of locating and repairing the leak in an outside wall! He and his brother, who was his apprentice, make a great team and we are so grateful for their service and their expertise! Really happy and grateful to have water again! Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

Charles and Matthew came and fixed a leaking sink for me at the last minute right before we left on vacation. They were super helpful and fast and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. Charles even gave me some tips to save money on my gas and electricity bill while I'm out of town. Very pleased with the service.

I hired O & M Plumbing to perform a Hydrostatic Test and it failed. Since the test failed I hired O&M Plumbing to located and give me a estimate for repairs. Antonio and his teammate were respectful, professional and very knowledgeable of their job. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns I had in locating the leak. After the leak was located, Antonio gave me a quote for repairs to include the extent of the work. Antonio came back the next week to start the job. Ben has a very good team of guys working for him. They keep their work area cleaned up the entire time. I would definitely hire this company again.

I had a bad experience with Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain. We had a shower that needed a new shower cartridge. Their representative (Allan) came over took it out ( which entailed taking the handle off, unscrewing two screws to get the cover plate off, unscrewed the cover to the cartridge, removed cartridge, ten minute job). Of coarse he didn't have the right cartridge, so he charged me $185 plus $250 deposit for that day. He returned the next day with the wrong cartridge. Came back the next day with the right cartridge installed it and it works. He charges us a total of $684.00 to do this job. That's way to much. They will not do anymore work on this property.

A big shout-out to Asa for his great work at my guest house today! He was right on time and quickly diagnosed a leak issue that has plagued us for at least a week. I purchased a home several years ago that was built in the 1960's. Unfortunately, the home still had its original sewer and drain cast iron lines. After clearing several clogs and performing spot repairs it was clear that the cast iron pipes were past their life expectancy. After getting several bids, I hired Starr Sewer and Drain to replace the entire system (120 feet of tunneling). It's been over six month since the repair and the system has been performing as it should. Thank you Starr Sewer and Drain for your professionalism and for providing me with peace of mind - 5 StaRRs! (Just had to add the extra R haha).

Instead of profiting off of our situation, they told me there was a chance my waste line leak was on the city side and to try the city emergency plumbing number. Sure enough, it was on the city side and we got the cracked waste line by the sidewalk replaced at no cost by the city. We’d already had 2 different plumbers out to snake/scope that line and no one else mentioned it. Class act, will always use this company.

I contacted Austen Plumbing in the morning, and by the afternoon I had (long awaited) hot water coming from my kitchen sink. Sediment and other things were keeping the hot water from spilling out of the tap, and all was fixed in a timely manner. And things were explained quite thoroughly. I highly recommend Austen and his staff. Bravo.

After quite a bit of back and forth, their team eventually got me to the finish line. They replaced one of my units. But mostly, I appreciate Marco and Jose for coming back out after the fact to ensure the job was done properly at no charge after the installation and them standing by their work. This gave me a great impression of the overall experience even though it was stressful deciding what to do.

Knowledgeable, Reliable, Honest! These guys are the best! Over 10 years, I have had so many plumbers out to help with our water pressure. Even mentioning the pressure relief valve to others has not yielded results. Kurt was able to give me a cost over the phone and resolve the issue IN 1 VISIT - at the cost he quoted over the phone!!!
