Over the years Ben has come to our home to help me with specific problems. One essential for a plumber is how to use a shovel, and he can dig ditches with finesse, and speed and lots of laughter! (Digging ghost potatoes). He is also innovative in dealing with unforseen problems as they arise, using what is at hand to eliminate (sometimes dangerous) situations. (Blowing up yellow jackets) His zest for life is always apparent, (PBT sandwiches), and I look forward to having him come soon, to install a hand held shower for me. Gma Becky

Contractor who has dealt with this company on multiple occasions. Very honest and upfront about pricing and services. They won’t come out if they feel they can’t get started on the same day unlike other companies who will come out just for the trip charge. They offer after hours services as well.

Everyone was very professional and friendly, from the scheduling team to the plumber. I had an emergency and they sent Chris out within 2 hours, even through SXSW traffic! Chris was so helpful and exceeded our expectations. He did everything he could to help us get the repair done right away. We will definitely use Roto Rooter in the future!

I just used Fast Plumbing for a cracked water lines in front yard and I could have not had better service. Unexpected issues like this & especially before Christmas is stressful to say the least. After called multiple plumbing companies, Fast Plumbing was the only one able to address it same day. The young man, Mycol, that came out could not have been nicer. He was quite knowledgeable and he explained and showed me everything so I completely understood cause and how it needed to be fixed. He was very patient with all my questions and had a very calming disposition. He definitely helped ease my anxiety. Once it was repaired he showed me everything he had done. He filled holes back up & left front nice. Mycol also went over all invoice details before payment. Price was not as high as I was expecting either so that’s was a nice bonus. 1st time hiring company do work, needed some clarification on work they performed , called multiple times 1st they were in a meeting and could not help me all day, than I called next day and supervisor was out on field nobody ever got back to me. Likes to invoice right away but cannot even response to a concern on work that they were paid for. Won't do business again.
