After our fifteen-year-old water heater decided to call it quits during a weekend (cold showers are decidedly no fun), we contacted 1st Home and Commercial Services early the following Monday. Drew got back to us promptly, and was able to come to our home the same day in order to disconnect and drain the existing unit. A team of two technicians arrived the next day with a new, 50-gallon Rheem unit, and were able to remove the old heater and install the new one in about two hours. We were very impressed with how quickly they did the job, as the water heater is located in the attic above our 2nd floor, and the old heater was heavier than expected due to years of calcification (our bad). This was our third time using 1st Home and Commercial Services (a shout out to Daniel for being able to install a j-trap assembly in our guest bathroom last year on short notice!).
