We called H&S for backflow testing. Michael came out and was great in helping find the backflow pipe (it was hidden/buried). He gave a heads up as he was on his way and was here when expected.With all the juggling we do with schedules, meetings, kids, etc people showing up on time earns 3-4 stars right there. The extra star is for professionalism and Michael's attitude of just looking to do right by his customer (me, in this case). I'd call them again.
