Had a water leak with no obvious source. BenjaminBL came out and removed my toilet. We had to have other repair work done that was outside of the plumbing scope of work. BenjaminBL came back out today to put the toilet back in place. All good. This was our first time using BenjaminBL and when and if we have more plumbing issues, we will surely call again!

We brought Mr. Rooter in to clean up after a less experienced plumber made a mess of our master bath faucet and valve replacement.Mr. Rooter had an experienced licensed plumber on site the same day. Alvin was great, explaining everything that was wrong, and everything he was going to do to fix it up. We are already planning our next project with Mr. Rooter.

Had a great experience with Shawn. They replaced our pump on our sump pump and it is working great. Very affordable compared to Radiant and they shot us straight.

Fabian and his team came out quickly, explained the issue and costs associated were very transparent and clearly knew what they were doing.I felt super comfortably putting my house in their hands. tl;dr: great work, good prices, versatile - highly recommendedWe had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost.We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn’t even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve).A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate.All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.

Men were very polite, professional, and were done with the repairs in a reasonable time. However, I had a leak the next day coming from the toilet’s shutoff valve. They returned to fix the leak, but we decided not to have it fixed. The material cost was under $15.00 and labor was $170. I was disappointed because I know that wouldn’t even take one hour. I suspect we were being charged for two plumbers to be here. This job only takes one person, but I was being charged for two. $170 for labor is HIGH!!Update: my husband took care of the leak. It cost $16.26 and took 20 minutes.

Jeff was puntual, cordial and professional. He and David did a fantastic job replacing all the fixtures in my master bathroom. Very reasonable, too. I’ll always use and recommend Moore & Moore plumbing!
