Jason was very thorough and determined to find the answers that we needed concerning a leak in our ceiling above our laundry. As well, he preformed a 5 point inspection and went well above and beyond what was expected. His business card has been stored for future reference.

We decided to go with Rooterman Plumbing of Austin after already having made an appointment with a different company. We did this because after calling and speaking to Misty she seemed well informed of all the different options that had to do with our clogged drain line from the house to the septic tank. We called and cancelled with the other company after Misty immediately reached back out to let us know that David, a master technician was in the area and able to come by right there and then. David went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. He was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He ran a camera down our lines and showed us all of our issues as well as gave us recommendations on how to correct them. He explained everything as he did it and was very knowledgeable! We will never look elsewhere when it comes to any of our plumbing or septic system problems in the future. Highly recommend this company.

Radiant is always responsive, professional, and effective. Today CR diagnosed and fixed some issues from a not-so-great plumbing job we had done by someone else previously; he was meticulous and very respectful of my home and time. I am so relieved to have the problem fixed and my space left clean and functional. He also advised me about what had gone wrong with the original job so I could try to address it with the other contractor.

Spoke with Gilbert, was explaining him about low water pressure. He was kind enough to ask questions to understand problem. He was transparent about issue and cost for any services. I ended up not needing to do anything as it was city's fault. I would hire him if needed in future for his honesty and expertise

Carlos is very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time. The toilet installation was quoted in writing and completed same day as our schedules allowed. He was willing to answer our questions regarding the process. I would recommend calling for a quote on your plumbing repairs.

They gave me a two hour arrival window but called exactly 15 minutes before the start of the window to ask if they could make their way over. Chris came out in March to replace two flush valve ballcocks in my toilets, replaced 2 old faucets w new ones in bathroom, and changed out the Roman tub faucet. He did an excellent job and gave me quite a bit of information when I asked him questions. He contacted me later to be sure everything was in good shape and even came back to tweak one faucet to be sure it was perfect.Very professional and knowledgeable

Jason managed to replace my shower cartridge for $400 that a previous plumber was gonna charge me $1400+ for. Saved me a lot of time hassle and money, came out and fixed the problem same day, 100% recommend them.

Redbud is the best! We had tried another company at first, and they did not fix the problem, but instead left us with a huge mess and big estimate to fix it. We gave Redbud a try and they returned our calls quickly, arrived at the house on time, identified the problem right away and efficiently fixed it with no mess or fuss.We will definitely use them from here on out! Alex was great to work with! We needed to run a gas line around our house and through our backyard to hook up a heater for our stock tank pool. He knocked everything out in one day and was extremely communicative during the entire process. Once the heater was delivered, he came back out to hook it up to the new gas line. We are so happy we chose to work with him on this project. The level of service was exceptional and I will definitely be calling him again if we need any other plumbing services in the future!
