I worked with Rooter-Man to fix a broken pipe at my parents' house. Karl came out for initial inspection and helped us understand the issue and the repair process. Colleen did the repair work and we can't thank him enough for doing such a great job. He took his time to make sure the work was done right and answered any questions I had.

Zak was excellent to work with. Having no pluming or water heater experience myself, he was able to walk me through the plumbing and water heater unit issues we were having. Submitted an online contact request (on a Saturday) regarding getting a quote for replacing my old tank-type water with a tankless-type. I called and left voice mails, left text massages and still no reply! I had a lot of questions and no one from the company could answer them!

This rave review is belated, but I just want to sincerely thank Capital City Plumbing and Drain, and especially Ryan, for doing such great work. We were concerned that we had a pipe collapse and that we would need to completely replace our old cast iron plumbing. That day will come, but for now the problem ended up just being a blockage. Ryan devoted serious time and effort to carefully investigating the problem, and then clearing the blockage. We are really thankful for his patience and focus and expertise! Mark, the technician, was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He clearly and patiently explained what caused the problem and everything he was doing to fix it. Very affordable prices compared to other quotes I received to replace our tankless hot water heater. They also lived up to the their name and were the fastest in setting up an appointment of any plumbers I called.

After hour dispatch was required due to an active leak above unit I was working in. Can't say enough good things about this guy.I've used Brad three times at a commercial building I'm in charge of. Two times it was a breeze, Brad got the job done no problem. On one occasion the problem was a little more complex, it involved the sewer line going to the street. Brad came, did what he could in the hope it would be a cheap fix. Sadly it wasn't. The problem came back so I called Brad and he connected me with the people who could fix our issue. Very helpful.You honestly can't ask for more from a plumber. He's honest, he's prompt, and he is very straightforward. My biggest worry is that once people learn how reliable he is, he'll get booked up. Good guys can be hard to find.

I can't imagine why anyone would use a plumbing service other than Westmoreland Plumbing. What a great company! Tommy is honest and fare....he lets you know how he arrives at the price and cautions against possible issues that are unknown until the work begins. Gilbert and Robert showed up on time with masks and were amazing! In 2 hours they installed 2 new toilets along with a dishwasher I purchased from Costco. They hauled off the old toilets AND OLD THE DISHWASHER! (Long story about Costco who dropped the ball on the install. Third time I've used them for appliances.....always a problem). But with Westmoreland there was no problem - nothing but solutions. Don't bother researching other plumbers....I've done that for you. Just call Westmoreland!!!

Very professional. Repaired main water leak in a timely fashion. Very courteous was Mr. Al Mac. It started pouring down rain and lightning, but he stayed and completed the job! I highly recommend this company. If I ever need a plumbing service again, this is my man. And he did this work on a Sunday afternoon!He assessed the problem and assured me that he had EVERYTHING to fix my problem, and he did!!!
