i appreciated the text indicating the technician was on his way which included a photo. information was provided clearly without pressure. was able to get a new water heater installed during the same visit and no mess was left behind. would highly recommend.

Chris was amazing. First, he tried to repair our Luxart faucets in the master bath, but they were beyond salvaging. Then, he counseled me on why I should NOT install Glacier Bay (as my husband had already purchased replacement faucets). He was absolutely right—the faucets we had were basically all plastic and wouldn’t match the level of the other finishes in the bathroom. My husband and I had no idea what we were purchasing, because we were focused only on the price. I am very thankful for Chris’ guidance, and I love the new Moen faucets he picked out; truly, it was uncanny how he knew exactly what I would like. So, not only was he professional and honest, he was also very artistic and creative. I had such a good experience, I signed up for their preferred customer program!

They don't know how to an estimate

I'm too busy with a job that has me spend a lot of time traveling around Austin to do my own home repairs, so I called Mr. Rooter when my kitchen sink stopped working. They sent a guy over, I left for work, and came home to find the sink working. So in my book, they did a great job! :)

Steve did a great job with fixing my bathtub leak and replacing the PRV. Good quality, very professional, and very reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again and I'd recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.

Excellent and easy from start to finish. Made the call at 11am, problem was fixed by 2pm. Plumbers were awesome and told me how to prevent it in the future. Have used before and will use again!
