Let me preface this with I am in Arizona and the job site is in Austin. Entered my contact info on their website, they called me within 15 minutes. They set the service call up for the following morning. Technician called me at 8am stating he was onsite and completed the service call within a couple hours. Outstanding customer service over the phone which is very hard to find these days.

The initial response from Paul and Juan was friendly and very responsive. When a minor problem developed subsequently, I requested a call back which came quickly and Paul again provided excellent service, promptly diagnosing and resolving the problem without any further charge. AAA Auger and Paul are my guys for good going forward.

Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.
