We had a valve handle in the bathroom break off at 9pm on a Sunday causing a large leak. Hardware stores were closed as were other plumbers. I called Benjamin BL and they were on-site in less than 20 minutes and fixed it all correctly.We separately had them come out later to fix some other items. They provided quotes on each piece with a number of options and fixed everything we decided two move forward on quickly that day. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs!

He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and handled the installation personally over the course of three visits. And he explained what he was doing all the way through it. My exterior hose bib needed replacement so I contacted Blue Dragon Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. Gilbert called me back that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. His estimate was prompt and accurate. Aaron, his associate plumber, called Monday morning prior to arrival and did the job. Great communications and professional service. They are my #1 go to plumbing service!!

Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. The absolute BEST experience I've ever had with a plumbing company! I called and spoke to Brett and he was so kind and helpful. He sent out Mark Lucas for my emergency repair. Thanks to Mr. Rooter we now have hot water and a water heater that was repaired correctly. HIGHLY recommend!Backstory:I came home Fri evening to my waterheater spraying out water and it had flooded my laundry room and office closet. Wood floor is ruined. I immediately called my home warranty company, which has zero sense of urgency. I spent all weekend without hot water because the company they contracted Keilly Plumbing works M-F 8-5...sooo convenient . Boiling water for baths sucks!I had to call them first thing Monday (today) morning MYSELF and luckily (or so I thought) they were able to have their technician Dustin come out around 3. I met with him he worked on it for about 45 min. I had to leave to head back to work so I left my daughter to be available. He stopped in and said he was done and left. About an hour after he left my husband comes home to check it all out only to find the waterheater now SPEWING WATER EVERYWHERE!! Once again, a flooded laundry room, mushy sheetrock, and flooded office closet. Soo awesome! NOT! I was and still am absolutely furious!! I called Dustin and got a voicemail which wasn't set up so you couldnt leave a message. Awesome. I text and sent a picture. He responded stating he was on another job and couldn't come until maybe sometime between 2-4 tomorrow (Tues). I'm sorry, but you just f*cked up my waterheater even worse with your sh*t soldering job making the copper weak. Horrible. DO NOT USE KEILLY PLUMBING!! They don't have a clue what they're doing. I will be filing a formal complaint on them as well. They not only cost me the $75 for the warranty charge, but because Mr. Rooter had to fix Keilly's shotty bs work, we had to pay $611.00 more to have it done right.Needless to say I will be canceling my American Home Shield warranty and will do my best to make sure everyone is aware of how poor of a company that Keilly Plumbing is. Homeowners beware!!We will recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone we know and on our socials for everyone to see. They are amazing and we are customers for life. Thank you Brett and Mark!!!

I called this company on January 27th and the arrived on time to unclog my kitchen sink. 5 days later it started to clog again so I called the technician and he told me that since it was not clogged all the way warranty would not apply. I sent an e-mail to them and they replied promptly and told me the were going to send somebody to my house on Tuesday February 7th around 1 Pm to handle the issue. I took my lunch hour and went home and they didn't arrive so I call them and they said the were behind and they will make it home around 3PM, told them that was not an option for me as I had to get back to work. We then agreed they were coming out after 5pm, I told them specifically that I get out of work at 5pm an that it takes me 20-25 minutes to make it home. Well, they showed up at 445 pm knowing I was not at home and they left shortly before I arrived home, My son told they rang the bell but they did not call me on my cellphone, I called the tech and he confirmed he had just left my house and said he could not return due to traffic. things happen right? so I asked him if he could home the next day(yesterday) and he agreed. he told me it would have to be during business hours so I told him I could be at home by 425-430 pm and he told me he would be there, so yesterday I worked 7 am to 4pm instead of 8-5 pm to be at home for the technician and he did not show up. I sent an e-mail and the reply was we went to your home yesterday and you were not there so you have already missed the free warranty trip that we allow. nobody even bother to call me yesterday during the day to let me know they were not coming. I cooperated every time and they never even acknowledged or mentioned the fact that I was at home as agreed initially during my lunch hour and they missed it. I had high hopes on this company and they failed me. Stay away from them!!

This place is great. Busy but responsive. Very professional. I had a clogged drain (well behind the wall) and they dealt with it in under an hour. I called this company in case the clog was a cracked pipe in the slab. Not all plumbing cos. do slab work. The clog was colossal and required snaking the line 50 ft. to the main. Reasonable charge given how difficult this would be to DIY. Would not hesitate to call them again.

I've used Moore and Moore for over 15 years. Their reliability and professionalism is the reason I have never opted to go with anyone else. David is very knowledgeable and has been able to repair anything that has needed repair.

They need to learn how to drive. One of their vans tried to hit my vehicle and run me off the road because they don't know how to merge.

When I called, an actual person answered the phone! They were able to send someone to our house right away to diagnose and repair our leaking water heater. Dylan was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We will definitely use this company again when needed!
