I had a semi-emergency situation. I tried to get a same-day appointment. They said they can schedule an next-day appointment in the afternoon. I went with that.But then, on the day of the appointment, in the afternoon (when the appointment was supposed to be) they called me and told me they can't do it that day and they have to schedule it the next day.They waited til the appointment time to tell me that. I had already cancelled plans to be at home. Not sure if this is intentional to get my business even when they are busy or not. They lost my trust.

Stephen came out, same day, to do do a diagnostic on an ongoing issue with my apartment shower.

Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

I scheduled a service call for a leak in my kitchen sink. The technician came by and he took 20 mins to tell me what the problem is .He wasn’t even sure where the issue is and quoted me 680$ for replacing kitchen strainer which is not even the root of the leak.I could get a new sink for that. The quote is ridiculous.

He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. We'd been having sewer smells through out the house for awhile and needed to get this issue looked at. Fast Plumbing sent two very professional and courteous plumbing technicians. They took care of the problem quickly and made some suggestions for future problems foreseen. They were very knowledgeable and explained the issues at hand. They stayed in contact via phone calls, emails and texts and always showed up when they said they would. At one point I believe the owner himself showed up. Very pleased and will continue to use their services.

I was happy with the rapid response to my request for an appointment, the courteous workers who showed up on time, and the speed with which they fixed my broken kitchen faucet. I blanched, however, when they presented me with the bill -- $ 175! Good work, but pricey!

In short too expensive and went with Clark Kent instead. Spent over $1000 testing for a leak when I called for a leak near my foundation with obvious signs of water. They never found it so planned to come back for another $1000 day. The tech never wore a mask and came down with a “viral infection” so they couldn’t show back up. Good thing I called Clark Kent Plumbing in advance. This plumber started to dig right away, found the leak and patched it all before noon. It was half the price.

We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise.
