Mr. Rooter perfectly fit everything I needed from a plumber. I needed one who was affordable, one who was skillful, and, of course, one who worked in or was based in Austin. Needless to say (though I guess I already said it), Mr. Rooter was AMAZING. My home's humming along perfectly thanks to their help.

Jeff has installed a hot water heater a few years back, and more recently he installed a split fuel, downdraft oven. He actually charged a little less than he quoted. Honest guy.

I called a couple of diff Plumbing companies for concrete slab leaking problems under my foundation to find out and do the repairs. Melissa of Fast Plumbing Austin is a nice lady. She understands what my needs an explain very clearly and accurately I though. Next day Steven and Parkly come for leak detection by pinpoint test 1 st day then come back to fix the leaks. They both work very hard, carefully, and professional. Clean and neat after job done. When you have any problem with plumbing, Fast Plumbing Austin is the plumbing company you looking for.. I high recommend to you.Phong Nguyen

I could not be more satisfied with the work provided by the two plumbers who came to install my water heater. Mr. Oliver Hinds and Mr. Kailum Castles arrived on time, with the proper equipment, worked hard the entire day, and did so with a good attitude. This was not a typical water heater installation because it was above a stacked washer and dryer, and hard to get at. Not once did I hear the groaning, and complaining which often times accompanies a difficult task. In addition, both of them had a good sense of humor and good people skills. Plumb Masters is fortunate to have people such as them on their staff.

Price point gauging is ridiculous. Stay away from this place. They are the King of Kings when it comes to over the top labor cost to do a job. A $10 part will cost you $1k in labor cost to install. What a joke!

When my wife and I received a larger than usual water bill, more than twice what we normally pay we knew we had a leak somewhere in our plumbing system. After doing the standard DIY checks and turning up nothing we knew we would need to call in a professional to identify and repair the leak. We had a terrible time using our Home Warranty Company and eventually turned to our own plumbers. We had a leak detection company come out and pinpoint the leak and then called Plumb-Quick.Plumb-Quick was very pleasant to work with from the moment someone answered the phone. I explained the issue that we were experiencing and Jason said that he had a crew in the area and would send them over in a few hours to take a look at the problem and give us an estimate. Chris the technician showed up several hours later and took a look at what we were dealing with. He took the time to explain the work that would need to be completed and exactly what it involved.Chris was also nice enough to give us options. The leak was in our main water line in the front yard and he explained that due to Austin's soil most of the labor charge was in digging up the pipe. He told us if we dug up the pipe that it would more than half the cost of the repairs. This honesty was refreshing from a contractor, and we agreed to dig the hole and call when it was complete.Later that day we gave Chris a call back and he scheduled us for repair the next day. He came out and performed the repairs paying attention to every detail and ensuring the quality of the work. Chris was marvelous to work with, he was very polite, and flexible with our schedule and did a great job repairing our plumbing. Any time I have a plumbing issue going forward Plumb-Quick will be the first team I call.

Oh my goodness!!!!! Austin Plumbery was referred to me by First American Warranty. This was the 2nd referral because the 1st one did not “want” to do the job and lied when I called to ask what the hold up was. I had a leaky water heater that was causing secondary damage.Austin Plumbery showed up with a smile on their face (EVEN WITH A MASK). Travis’s energy was pleasant and professional. A few days later Travis and Jarod showed up and changed out my water heater and toilet bright and early. Both pleasant and energetic and knowledgeable about the work being performed. #AustinOwned #WomanOwnedCustomer for life!

I hardly ever write reviews anywhere, for anything, and am pretty private (hence the weird Google name, lol), but had to for these guys. A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first. We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space. We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again. One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right. Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need. It's great to have this peace of mind & I'm so happy with them!Nicole W., Austin, Tx
