Collen was our tech and our experience with him was wonderful. We had requested Rooter Man as we needed to clear out our french drain. Not only did he do the job we requested with speed but he also went over and above to give us recommendations and improved our drainage flow. Would definitely use this company again.

Benjamin put in a natural gas line so I could connect my BBQ pit and generator. He was very helpful in explaining everything and I just know he did the job right. No cutting corners (except for the pipe of course) I feel comfortable he did a great job. We will know for sure after the inspection next week. He's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and I highly recommend him. And his helper Estivan was spot on.

We wanted an annual check up of our HVAC system. I called Radiant at 11:45am today and they were able to schedule a technician to come to our house on the same day. Jackie texted with me throughout the afternoon to give me updates on when a technician would be able to arrive. She was great! Phillip Wolford arrived in the late afternoon, was very friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer questions and explain what tests he was performing. Prompt, courteous and knowledgable response to a plumbing inquiry

Thursday afternoon I came home from work to find water leaking from a light fixture in our master bedroom ceiling. Our water heater is in the attic, directly above the leak. Over the phone, my husband walked me through getting to the water heater and shutting off the water supply line. Water was spraying from a copper line and When I called Economy Plumbing, the dispatcher was wonderfully understanding and helpful, and got us an 8-10am appointment window for Friday. I called the restoration company about the water damage and they agreed to show up at the same time. Economy texted back to let me know they could make it earlier—Thursday night. This was at about 5pm.Luke sent a text notification along with a photo, and was over here quickly. The restoration company was able to show up at about the same time. Within an hour, Luke had diagnosed the problem and ran through all the options for repairing components or replacing the water heater. We decided it would be most cost effective to replace it.Luke came out again first thing in the morning to install the new water heater.Less than 24 hours after I discovered the leak, we had hot water again. We couldn’t be happier with the service from Economy Plumbing. We will most definitely rely on them going forward.

Recently my water heater stopped working and reached A&T services. They fixed it pretty quickly. The issue with the heater was with the controller and Pierre was able to restart the water heater. As this was quick fix Pierre did not charge us for his service visit. Great of him. I would highly recommend to my friends and family members.

We brought Mr. Rooter in to clean up after a less experienced plumber made a mess of our master bath faucet and valve replacement.Mr. Rooter had an experienced licensed plumber on site the same day. Alvin was great, explaining everything that was wrong, and everything he was going to do to fix it up. We are already planning our next project with Mr. Rooter.

Lightning strike ruptured a gas line in my house. Sean Jester from 1st Plumbing Services was extremely thorough, checking everything. After his repairs were done, he even assisted me in finding other repair services. Excellent service, highly recommend this company and Sean.

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing three times for different plumbing issues. Each time, we were able to schedule a plumber right away. The plumbers were prompt, professional, and very good. Dylan took the time to explain what he had fixed for our insurance claim. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends.

We had a great experience with Brad. He completed 4-5 small projects in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the faucets he replaced in the bathroom wasn't working properly a few days later and he came back the same day I called to replace the part and did not charge us for parts or labor. He was timely, quick, and polite. We try to support small local business as much as we can and will definitely call Brad again.

I tried to use this business based on the reviews and bc it is female owned. BUT when I called the main line the person answering the phone just said “yeah”. So I had to ask if I had the right number. They put me on hold. I hung up. They called back. I scheduled (maybe an off day for this person, idk). They scheduled w me for the very next day - then never called - never showed - mailbox full. That’s my experience.

Redbud was incredibly helpful during my recent bathroom remodel. I got great advice from them to start. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and respectful of my home and safety.They did a great job!!
