Wow. Second time we have used S&D Plumbing and again they were terrific. The plumber who came here was knowledgeable and so courteous! He listened to me first, inspected the toilet and tried to recreate the situation, then evaluated the needed repairs, all quickly and efficiently. The work was done quickly too, but well. We will call on them again!

During landscaping work, the main water line to my home was broken leaving me with low water pressure in my home. Benjamin came out the same day to investigate and help resolve the problem. He diagnosed the problem as debris in the interior water lines (a complicated problem). He scheduled a follow up visit the next day, Saturday, and was able to successfully use high pressure backflow to clear the water lines. After this, he cleared individual interior clogged lines and filters and replaced cartridges as needed. Throughout the process, he stayed in communication with me, invited me to shadow him as he explained what he was seeing and the options for repair, and finally walked through the entire house with me afterward to confirm everything was to my satisfaction (it was - good as new). It's taken me four years since relocating to Austin, but I finally have a great plumber to add to my go to list in case of problems!

We called A&T because we noticed rust in our hot water. They sent Chris to our house and he was very professional. Chris looked at the rusty connectors on our water heater and he offered solutions to both repair and replace the unit. We opted to replace the 12-year-old unit and Chris did a magnificent job. His installation is a work of art and I appreciate his attention to detail and superb craftsmanship. We will use A&T again for our plumbing needs.10/12/21 update: the gas regulator on the new water heater is defective. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit. We called A&T and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone and they had a plumber over the next day to fix it. Great service.

Wonderful experience with the two guys who found and fixed our leak. Nick came out and told me the plan and gave a good estimate. Within 20 minutes underground leak was detected and he and Eddie fixed as promised. Professional and polite. Would definitely ask for these two again.

Oscar did a first rate job tracing some water lines --not owned by the city-so that the folks coming to install a gate and fence did not damage them. They have experience and tools to do the job right. Oscar was a first rate engineer with a world of experience. Highly recommended.

I wanted to use this company and support local business but ended up regretting it a bit in the end. I had a pipe that was clogged from the septic and had them come out to check. They offered to bring the camera to inspect, but it didn't make it down and got stuck. Well, I got stuck with a huge charge for the camera. When I told the owner that I got charged ($600) for a few seconds of work and the camera did nothing, he replied That camera cost me $12,000. That response was less than professional. He handed the phone back to my wife and left. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because his crew is really good. I did end up paying double and won't be making that mistake again.

After experiencing some challenges at first, ANDREA listened to my concerns and scheduled someone who would approopriately address those concerns. My water tank heater needed to be replaced and since this was my first experience with having to replace a 50-gallon water heater JORDAN demostrated extraordinary interpersonal skills by answering all of my detailed questions, educating me on brand and model differences, listening to my concerns and not making me feel rushed. JORDAN treated me like a client not a job. His answers were consistent and made sense. He did not give me different answers based on what he thought I wanted to hear. I felt as though JORDAN was a professional plumber not a high volume salesman. Not once did he indicate he had other jobs to get to. JORDAN explained pricing, outlined how the work would proceed, provided options and a detailed estimate and was very even toned and nice. The pricing AAA-Auger offered was very reasonable! JORDAN arrived for the job on time with his coworker ALEX. Those two guys executed the job flawlessly with excellent craftmanship! ALEX was also very kind, professional yet personable. I will use AAA-Auger again and I'm extremely happy with the job.

This is an overdue review for a yard leak repair back in January. Dustin & Jacob showed up on time and quickly located the underground leak. They repaired it with a minimum of fuss and were efficient and courteous. Although plumbing repairs are never cheap, the guys were clear on the pricing and I felt it was reasonable . I would definitely recommend Plumb Quick as a very good local company who are responsive and conscientious

Brad came out to my house on a freezing December morning and replaced my owner cutoff valve at the street. He's super no nonsense, so if you're looking for touchy feely, go talk to the guy walking the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. He's done a couple of other jobs for me in the past, and I wouldn't call anyone else.

We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. We have tenants in that house and I was fortunate that Redbud could help us so quickly. I will use Redbud Pluming for all our future plumbing issues.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.
