I had troubles with my shower not working in cold and my drain clogging up, I called Rooter Man and they sent me Curtis the next day. He did an outstanding job in identifying the problems, walking me through the process, explaining to me what went wrong and what needed to be done. He fixed both issues within 2 hours. Curtis was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. 5 stars!

Brenden and Juan provided exceptional service in replacing our hot water heater. We have used Radiant in the past for an A/C replacement. Can’t recommend this company enough. If you wan’t the job done CORRECTLY by technicians that are knowledgeable, experienced, passionate, and friendly, then look no further than Radiant. 10/10 recommend. It’s also worth noting that they offer great warranties and service plans.

My exterior hose bib needed replacement so I contacted Blue Dragon Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. Gilbert called me back that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. His estimate was prompt and accurate. Aaron, his associate plumber, called Monday morning prior to arrival and did the job. Great communications and professional service. They are my #1 go to plumbing service!!

Luke was incredible. We are remodeling our house and of all the contractors we've hired he's the best. He came early for a single quote/task and ended up spending all day as I added things to his list. He even stayed late. The gas company came out and found some issues so he was able to fix those while he was here as well. From installing shower drains, toilets, shower fixtures, vanity/faucet, gas lines, etc. he was able to do it all. His pricing came in cheaper than expected (based on another quote) which was also a big bonus.

Ray was responsive and friendly and quickly assessed our gas leak and was able to fix it quickly. He left e dry thing clean as well. Highly recommend!!

Pierre’s staff are top quality, from the project manager to the installation workers.We had a situation involving old water tanks that could not easily be removed from our attic.Not only did one of the guys, who had prior experience on a frame crew, warn me off of making a significant mistake regarding a demo idea I suggested as a way to get the things out, they also cheerfully set them up again after initially draining, so that we could have water until a remedy was decided.The remedy was a Rinnai Tankless water heater.We also researched Navien and can safely say either brand is a good choice.We had been aware of the tankless option but skeptical. We shouldn’t have been. It is operating perfectly, and the savings on our energy bill are tremendous. Many other features like the smartphone app to remotely control it and the latitude they give you over parameters - regarding max heat temps for example - are persuasive examples of why you should try tankless.Regarding A & T itself though, particular recognition must go to Don, a supervisor and on-site coordinator - and his team, Drew and Daniel.These guys are pros. They can solve problems.They are available during early and odd hours, when the inevitable kinks have to be worked out. They gave us a great price.Going forward, we will be taking our all of future business there, be it mundane yearly checks, or major work.

Mr. Rooter replaced a large drainage pipe for me. This was a big, multi-day project. They charge a flat fee but still took the time to do the job right. Great workmanship and service!

Had them come into the office to service a flooded floor drain. Muhammad and Rhace not only had my office smelling nice and clean after completing the water restoration but they also went an extra mile to ensure that every crack was cleaned thoroughly to MY LIKINGS.

No issues with their tech staff nor their actual work except that they were slow in scheduling us in BUT:Out of the blue, 1 month after they invoice my insurance directly, they call me and threaten to put a lien on our property for not paying an invoice we have NEVER heard of. She then proceeds to admit that they are behind on invoice follow-ups and even still it is OUR fault for our insurance not paying out what they said they would. I expressed that it was completely unreasonable to call me and threaten me when this is the first time I hear about such invoice, and further it was their fault they are behind on invoices and she had no remorse for her threatening behavior continuing to state regardless it was our problem to ultimately fix.I pay my invoices, I have no debt issues, never had never will. Further, LEARN TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND DON'T BLAME OTHERS FOR YOUR LACK OF PERSONEL OR OVER ALL SLACKING AT WORK!

These guys are always so punctual. They don’t try to sell you something that you don’t need. Mark(Mock with his accent lol) was very nice and professional, as was his helper. I see myself using them for a long time at my house and rental property.

We had a great experience with Brad. He completed 4-5 small projects in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the faucets he replaced in the bathroom wasn't working properly a few days later and he came back the same day I called to replace the part and did not charge us for parts or labor. He was timely, quick, and polite. We try to support small local business as much as we can and will definitely call Brad again.

We had been putting off getting a plumber because of COVID-19, but it had been long enough. We were able to schedule for next day service. Travis was on time, professional, and wore a mask during the entirety of his time in our house. The price was fair and now we can use our cold water again. Thank you!

Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.
