Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Austin TX

S&D plumbing is the best in Austin. My technician Kyle Leeper was personable and had superior knowledge of my plumbing problem. He was polite, safe and helped me fix my plumbing problem. I highly recommend him and the S&D plumbing company he works for!

Curtis was very courteous and professional. He was able to get the 2 toilets draining normally again. Curtis was helpful with his observations and suggestions for other potential issues to watch for.

Service was really courteous and professional from beginning to end, starting with the nice lady who answered my initial call. The plumber who actually came to my place was Mr. Benjamin himself, lol. He explained what he needed to do in order to repair my water heater. He made a few minor tweaks to improve overall efficiency. He also helped me with another unrelated problem while he was on site. Wonderful experience with the company! Needed to get a bid on running a water line out the back our our warehouse. Zak and Jesse showed exactly on time they scheduled and let us know when they were on their way. They gave us excellent service. Listened to exactly what we were wanting. Zak gaves us his feedback on his thoughts on the project and gave some good advice to save us an extra 60ft of pipe. He chose what was best for us not only for best operations but financially as well, which is rare in a trade these days. Communication was amazing! Got me our bids before leaving the property. Once we decided and pulled the trigger they were out the next morning to complete the work. Great quality, looks very clean! Had it done super quick too, it was very obvious that Zak & Jesse take pride in their work and care about their customers and not just increasing the invoice amount. Zak even gave me some troubleshooting tips on an issue with my homes plumbing over the phone, outside of business hours. Couldn't have been more satisfied with them and the company. Spoke with Gilbert, was explaining him about low water pressure. He was kind enough to ask questions to understand problem. He was transparent about issue and cost for any services. I ended up not needing to do anything as it was city's fault. I would hire him if needed in future for his honesty and expertise

Luke was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful and straight forward. He replaced part of my toilet, fixed the unusual sink stopper, (also, a bathtub clot but it turned out to be an easy fix) and recommended other things that he sees needing updates. I'm happy with the service and look forward to seeing him to fulfill the VIP service once a year.I booked my appointment online on Sunday night and the only spot available was on Wednesday morning, but thankfully they called on Monday to see if I'm available right away around Monday noon. It was perfect. I'm very thankful for the open spot.I thought about using ABC but I wanted to choose a company who treats their employees fair (not overwork them.) Since my issues can wait, I didn't want to rush any workers.

Davis came out on time. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Very genuine and did not feel any pressure to move forward after the estimate. Answered all questions. Didn't feel sales pitch at all like other plumbers. Can tell Davis just wanted to do what was right by us and fix the leak to the water spigot out back. Will definitely use their services again!

Great service, fair price and great people.

I didn't like their service and didn't feel comfortable with their level of honesty and integrity. They charged me 410 dollars for re-installing a toilet and they told me it will leak until I replace brass toilet flange by pulling and resetting which would cost around 4000 dollars. I will not rehire them.

Service was prompt and effective but the price was much higher than other companies. I only paid because I was away from the house and it was an emergency.Edit: The manager contacted me and gave me a partial refund so the bill was very reasonable. Changing to 5 stars.

My sink and dishwasher backed up and I was able to get a same day appt which was amazing! Eric and Cobey came over and were super friendly and nice and fixed my problem within minutes and a very reasonable price. They also looked at my shower I was having problems with and gave me an estimate.Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had and will defiantly be using them again for all future repairs! Thank for making it so easy :-)

They require that you pay $129 to come out and give you a quote on a job where they are charging you an insane amount of labor for the job. They don't provide an itemized breakdown of the job like part cost, labor and tax. This is the shadiest way to conduct business. I would never ever use them for any repair work. Smh!

DO NOT use this company. They charge you $89 to show up which is understandable but attempted to charge $400-$500 for a 15 minute instillation.

Price point gauging is ridiculous. Stay away from this place. They are the King of Kings when it comes to over the top labor cost to do a job. A $10 part will cost you $1k in labor cost to install. What a joke!

Facing a late Saturday clog that was impacting the kitchen and laundry room. Called them. They answered with a live person. He took my information and told me he would call me when they had found an available plumber. A while later they called and said a plumber was located and is on the way. I swear as soon as I hung up the phone Stephen Lopez was at my door. And this guy knew his stuff. Attacked the problem through the laundry connection so as not to have to make a mess in the kitchen. Not only was Stephen knowledgeble he was also very friendly. Can't recommend AAA-Auger high enough nor Stephen. And seriously, for an after hours call it was very reasonable. All prices are printed in a book that was shown to me. While I hope to have minimum need for a plumber it is nice to know I have found a good one here in ATX.

I had a plumbing backup on a Saturday morning and was really happy to know that someone from Plumb Quick could come out that day without charging me an after-hours rate. Kortez and I kept in touch via cell phone while he took care of other plumbing emergencies and we ran errands. He got to my house mid afternoon and cleared up the clogged line. We were so glad we didn't have to pay an extremely high price and/or deal with stopped up plumbing for the entire weekend.

Brad came to our house and installed a new toilet, fixed a leaking valve, and hot water heater. We have used Brad's services for several years now and have always been pleased with his work! He even hauled off our old toilet for us! He is someone you can trust to get the job done. He is on time, friendly and courteous! I would highly recommend him!

It is the second time we've had Travis from Austin Plumbery come do work and repairs at our house (leaking kitchen sink and problems with water heater). He gives great attention to detail, is very kind and thorough, and seems very knowledgeable. Both times he arrived within the given timeframe, we're very happy with there service!
