Professional and excellent service from Juan Martinez. Juan came out on extremely short notice after we had a toilet leak. He fixed the issue efficiently and expertly, and a week later, we've had zero issues. He also took the time to take a look at an unrelated issue with a clogged drain and showed us how to clean it out. Extremely knowledgeable and reliable. Would strongly recommend!

Radiant were very responsive in a very busy time. What can I say about MarcHe took time to listen to the background which helped locate the leak. He was precise, patient, and answered all my questions and concerns about what happened, what needed to be done, and what could also be done to bring up to code and reduce the risks of further leaks. He coordinated flood remediation services and kept me updated throughout the process. He cleaned everything up, and made protective outside temporary protection against further damage, whilst the outside walls were exposed awaiting fixing.Professional, patient, kind, calm, articulate, friendly, knew his stuff, extremely diligent and thorough. Very affordable and dependable.

Bad experience, very expensive, more than $500 for a leak test that is an hour work, the employee on the phone gave me the wrong quote for only half the price but charged me more than $500 when the technician came, bad communication. And after the test, there was not even an official report. I finally ended up buying a house with lots of leaking everywhere even though I hired them to test for leaks. Generally, they are no help.

Bryan came out to assess a leaky sink and was incredibly thorough. He took the time to time explain his process and recreate the leak. I'd highly recommend Bryan and Reliant Plumbing again!

Slab leak during the snow apocalypse. They were able to schedule me quickly. The phone customer service was amazing. They were able to give me a detailed explanation of the process of finding and repairing a slab leak, an accurate estimate of the cost, and a time table for repair. The technician (Eli I think) was professional and did a great job of repairing the leak while minimizing the damage to the house. Jose and Joseph came out a month later to remove my water heater during the reconstruction process. They were friendly, professional and gave excellent advice on the pros and cons of keeping my current water heater vs replacing it. I highly recommend this company. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced.

Redbud was prompt, courteous, mindful of COVID precautions and explained what they were doing perfectly. They had the right equipment to get the job done, and left my front yard in good shape. My heating went out on Sunday morning. I reached out to Goettl and received a call within a couple of hours. I scheduled them for Monday. Needed a new system that was installed the next day. Great service, honest, they are not part of some big organization and don't get kickbacks from particular brands so they do t try and push product on you, they do what you ask and let you know if there are any other problems. They always clear additional work with you BEFORE continuing.

I had a major leak which was discovered on a Sunday (of Course). Stan's was able to help me and gave me a window of 3-7pm that I could expect my Plumbing Expert. Not only did my expert (Ira Seacrest) contact me that he was on his way, he was able to arrive around 2! This leak was just the beginning of my stressful (still ongoing) issue. I ended up with 2 leaks in 2 different areas! On my second call for another visit to diagnosis the 2nd leak, I requested Ira Seacrest and he unfortunately was not available and another tech was assigned to my visit. Ira Seacrest found out that I had another leak and required this visit and amazingly was able to switch things around and come assist me again. Not only is Ira Seacrest excellent at his job, he is pleasant, sensitive to an emotional client (ME), able to explain the situation in terms I understood.Ira Seacrest made this stressful situation 100% easier for me.I recommend him to anyone in need of a Plumbing Expert!

We had a great experience using Precision Heating and Air (Fox Service) installing a mini-split ductless system in our master bedroom. The installation went great, both the installation guys and the electrician were efficient and did an amazing job. I'd like to send a special shout-out to Wendy in the office - she bent over backwards to support us with some paperwork wrinkles. Problem was solved in a single morning - great work! They're all a great team and we'll absolutely be using them again. A+ professional service.

Big shout out to Louis Ibarra & Four Paws Plumbing. I met Louis a few years ago when he was connecting my house to WCID17 water main. Four paws has done several plumbing projects at our house since then, from tankless water heaters to an extensive master bath & laundry room addition. Louis has always gone the extra mile to get all of our projects accomplished with attention to detail. Last week, Louis stayed until 830pm to complete a last minute project.
