We have used Rooter-Man previously and their professionalism never ceases to amaze me, they came out quick and repaired a water heater problem. They also recommended things that needed to be done to bring the area up to code.

My exterior hose bib needed replacement so I contacted Blue Dragon Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. Gilbert called me back that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. His estimate was prompt and accurate. Aaron, his associate plumber, called Monday morning prior to arrival and did the job. Great communications and professional service. They are my #1 go to plumbing service!!

Shad was on time and helped us to find leak source and pointed us to the right direction(the leaking is not a plumbing issue.) He is honest and professional. We will definitely call Daniel’s if we have future plumbing needs.

Had a dead garbage disposal and backed up dishwasher, plumber came out on time and had it fixed in less than an hour, worth noting their minimum charge is like 125, but imo you get what you pay for, and I valued the speed and professionalism with which they resolved my issue

We hired Capital City as part of a refresh on our house before putting it up for sale. We gave Jeff Bogus a list, he bid it, and we approved the work. He then took the liberty of adding on to his scope of work, and got snippy when we told him that wasn't in his bid - that it was on other vendor's work list. We questioned his bill, and endured some of his psuedo-legal bickering. Ultimately we paid his price and moved on - it wasn't worth the trouble. HOWEVER, a month later, we got a $1000 water bill. We asked Jeff to come out and check his work. He refused, saying that since we argued over the original bill, that removes (us from) additional work and warranty. As a recovering attorney, I always find this psuedo-legal babble entertaining. What isn't so entertaining is a plumber that's hard to deal with on the front end, and won't help on the back end when there's a problem. Caveat Emptor.

Don’t use a plumber that 1) refuses to even give rough pricing over the phone, 2) uses a price book instead of an hourly rate, 3) charges a house call fee just to provide pricing.They’ll show up, glance at the project, and pull an exorbitant number from an obscure pricing system. You’ll pay $1500 for a 2 hour job because you don’t want to lose the diagnostic fee when you could have paid an honest plumber $150-200, maybe even $250, per hour to do the job.That was me 3 years ago when I was dumb and used Roto-Rooter. Never again. Now I have a guy I pay a fair hourly rate.

I love Fast Plumbing!! I have called them several times the past few years. Eric has cleaned out drains, repaired a toilet, leaky faucets in and outside, and installed a water heater in our attic!! Yesterday Jose came and efficiently installed a new garbage disposal! But first he removed a huge rat from under a dish washer my husband and I, (grandparents), could not remove!! Jose exceeded our expectations!! Also Melissa and Diana were most gracious, friendly and helpful on the phone!! If you need a plumber, call Fast Plumbing!!!

He explained his steps and expected costs thoroughly and, most importantly, solved our leak when it was a difficult one to track down. If you want a job done right the first time, this is who I would call.

Mike fixed our shower issue super fast (< 10 m) and was very respectful about our space. Our property management company called them after their normal handipeople spent 5 hours making a slow draining shower fully clogged. Highly recommend

They were sent by first American home warranty to repair a leaking water heater, and these people are awesome. I’ve had really bad experiences with tradespeople sent by first American in the past, but this experience was great. They got me a brand new water heater and brought everything up to code. I did have to pay a little out of pocket, but 100% worth it.
