I got several bids for a new tankless system and knew after our conversation I knew I would go with these folks as they clearly knew all the finer details compared to the competition and answered all my questions. They are not the cheapest but in a industry where you get what you pay for these people are worth every penny. Not only my new tankless system works better than ever before, the work looks amazing! Buyer beware. Radiant will sell you a top of the line ac/furnace system for 18k and install it for you. They will give you a good warranty which is nice but the problem is you will have to use that warranty quite a bit. We have had our system for 9 months and this morning we had to call to have someone come out for the 4th maybe 5th time since March. This time woke up at 8am to a warning on the thermostat system saying it has been running since 2 am but temp has dropped. They talked about how efficient this system is but it has to work first. Every time someone comes out they spend hours looking around like they are confused and not sure what to do. I would use someone else if it was not for the fact thay we have the warranty. I suppose that is how they keep the employees busy but seems counter productive to me.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with A and T plumbing. I had some work which was needed in my house. Called A and T plumbing and they were real good and putting me on the schedule and getting a service member out quickly to do the work. The service guy was very professional and completed the repair fast. All in all I could not ask for anything more from them, I will recommend them to all my friends.

We brought Mr. Rooter in to clean up after a less experienced plumber made a mess of our master bath faucet and valve replacement.Mr. Rooter had an experienced licensed plumber on site the same day. Alvin was great, explaining everything that was wrong, and everything he was going to do to fix it up. We are already planning our next project with Mr. Rooter.

My toilet was stopped up by a tub drain strainer. The plumber was able to get it out quickly and gave me a discount on the standard service charge because it didn’t take him very long. I will use Roto Rooter again when a plumber is needed.

I needed a plumber to reconfigure a washer dryer hookup before putting up some drywall. Since the drywall guy was on his way, I needed someone immediately. I called that morning and 30 minutes later Ryan showed up. He was courteous, knowledgeable, a good listener and up front about the costs of everything. He explained everything carefully, and even suggested some things that saved me money. I have scheduled Ryan for more work next week and am happy to have found a plumber, and a plumbing company, that is efficient and prompt and customer friendly.

I feel very lucky to have found AAA Auger. Stephen showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, took the time to explain it to me, then expedited a fix. Alex did a great job too, very polite and very respectful of our house. They left it cleaner than before they got there. Highly recommend.

This is an overdue review for a yard leak repair back in January. Dustin & Jacob showed up on time and quickly located the underground leak. They repaired it with a minimum of fuss and were efficient and courteous. Although plumbing repairs are never cheap, the guys were clear on the pricing and I felt it was reasonable .
