I had a plumbing problem that had been going on for a week. I burned through two contractors not returning calls and breaking appointments. Then I called Blue Dragon. Wow! what a difference. After setting up an appointment, Gilbert called me back a few minutes later and said he had a free tech that could come now! I'm sorry, but that never happens. I was actually stumped at first- not believing what I was hearing.. 3 hours later - problem fixed. Gilbert and Matt at Blue Dragon have restored my faith in customer service. Its good to know there are still companies who care about their customers.

Daniels Plumbing and AC was amazing! Their technician Drew was awesome and able to quickly diagnose our plumbing issue. I’m no plumber, but he was able to break it down where I was able to understand what was going on and what they were going to do to fix my broken water pipe on the same visit/w fair upfront pricing. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend using these guys as your next plumber! Remember to ask for Drew!

I was directed to Mr. Rooter via a customer support site for our tankless water heater company. We reached out to 4 licensed installers and Mr. Rooter was the only one to answer us. A rep came out to the house the next day to do an assessment. Our Rinnai tankless had a busted copper section due to icepocalypse and the turnaround time for a replacement was 1-2 months. Mr. Rooter suggested using a different company as they were getting some stock in that week. I was a little skeptical that this was just a ploy to get us locked in and that inventory would not be available. I was happily wrong. Mr Rooter contacted us within a week as promised, setup an AM install, came on time, and got the water heater up and running. We are very pleased with their very professional and honest approach to doing business. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

Nathan did a fantastic job diagnosing a dishwasher leak. He arrived promptly, and the tracking app was helpful in knowing exactly when he would arrive. He was exceptionally through, knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond to help with uninstalling my dishwasher safely so we could attend the water damage. Cap City is my go-to from now on for all plumbing issues

Terrible experience, job was never completed and Eric was extremely unresponsive, do yourself a favor and find another plumber. All they do is provide headaches and rip you off!

Jeff and his cohort were kind, educational, and friendly. They solved the problem quickly and were willing to check another problem I have been trying to isolate. Jeff even helped remotely to prime the water heaters after the propane ran dry! Exceptional service!

Best company I've worked with in the last 8 years at my downtown Austin business. They continue to go above and beyond and explain things to me in a way that I would understand. When I had an issue with my hot water heater another company, reliant plumbing, told me it was going to be between 10 to $20,000 to fix (replace the whole system). Johnny rooter came in identified the problem and all I paid with six hundred bucks to get it fixed. 3 years ago and going strong!Most recently I had a commode go haywire. My technician, Bam Bam, was efficient, knowledgeable, quick and professional. He fixed my issue in the most timely manner and have me great tips to care for my pluming to save me money in the long run.Most of the time they are there within hours of my call. I will always use this 5 start company for my home and business needs!

AAA Auger has never let me down. They are great at taking appointments over the phone, the service guys are on time, and are always professional. Today Steven was a huge help. He trouble shot the issue twice and could not fix the problem. But through he's experience he concluded we needed a toilet replacement. Steven got us the Cadillac of toilets. We are saved and very happy with the work. Here's a summary for anyone that's fails at trying to DIY a leaky toilet. Yes, sometimes it works in your favor. On the other hand, when You've done everything right and it still leaks, and bills go up, and your septic overflows, and there's a smelly mess. Call a professional because it took someone with the know how to realize that your leaky toilet has a unseen hairline crack and it will always leak. Thank you Steven and thank you AAA Auger. Brad came out to my house on a freezing December morning and replaced my owner cutoff valve at the street. He's super no nonsense, so if you're looking for touchy feely, go talk to the guy walking the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. He's done a couple of other jobs for me in the past, and I wouldn't call anyone else.
