Zach has been to me for a handful of different repairs. He is always on time, knowledgeable, super friendly, and gets the job done quickly and correctly the first time. I never hesitate to continue to call David Grey for all of my heating, cooling, and plumbing issues. I am grateful that they always send someone promptly. The call center folks are so nice and friendly too! You're never calling when things are going well, so it's important to have customer service people and service people who are helpful and knowledgeable. DG is the only place we keep in mind and recommend.

Responsive and professional. I called with a non-emergent service and I was treated as a valued customer. My appointment was scheduled when convenient for me and the crew arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. The repair took a few minutes and the guys kept a clean work space and were respectful of my home. I will personally recommend their services.

Dexter came out to help me with my blocked drain. Although it was not fixed he was professional and very helpful. He explained everything to me in a professional manner and helped me understand that our next step would be to get a camera sent down our drain. He was also very nice and made sure we got our appointment fixed for the next step. He also included a discount in for us. I would highly recommend this company because of workers like dexter. Strange experience. First of all the price is apprently highly negotiable. After a quick survery of the issue, I was quoted a *very* high price ($485) just to unclog a drain. I said I cant afford that and I'd have to wait, so he asked what I would be willing to pay. After telling him he quoted me almost half the initial charge. While that was a positive in That it was so much cheaper of course, its odd practice for a large business like that I think. I'd prefer things to be a little more cut and dry, and it just felt off.The second and most upsetting thing is the employee SLAMMED the door to my home twice going in and out. It was so loud and aggressive something fell off of a shelf near the door one of the times. He did not seem upset or angry so I don't know what it was about. If I was a less patient person that whole interaction could have gone south very quickly with him being so disrespectful of my home.Positives: The clog was fixedNegatives: worker missed out on the Proper door opening & closing techniques training portion of orientation.Haggled for price.

This company was very responsive which is key when dealing with an HOA. The techs were very knowledgeable and after the repair, they thoroughly checked everything to ensure the problem had been completely fixed. I’m very pleased and will certainly use them again!!

Never heard of this, could not rate this probably a reliable company, plumber's have a hard job, most hard working people are honest, I would give them a call if I needed a plumber, I would use small company's better service and better price,

Trying to charge people 100 to quote replacing system

I used Top of the Line Plumbing for a plumbing inspection and also for a drain repair. Gavin, the owner went above and beyond with both to make sure they were done to code and completely correct with no issues whatsoever. They also replaced a hot water heater in my moms house and left everything cleaner then when they came. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I can not say enough good things about the folks at Premier Plumbing. We just had to have our house repiped. They came out right away when we found our slab leak, got the work scheduled quickly and got the job done.The guys that showed up to do the work were excellent. I wish everyone that worked on my house was like them.

Eagerton Plumbing did a complete re-pipe of my home. We had been without water since Christmas eve.. We called several plumbing companies and they could not help us. Called Eagerton came out that day. Prepared a proposal for expected work to be performed. They were outstanding!
