They did a very good job, But I thought the price was way to high, over $400.00 dollars to unclog kitchen sink and bathroom shower , took maybe 30 minutes

Chris came to look at the issue on 6/9/21. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A time was set for Monday, 6/14/21. Troy arrived early…he was also friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They pumped out the septic and replaced the lid with concrete. Everyone that I dealt with was exceptional. I would recommend this service.

Was in need of a new water heater. Purchased one at Home Depot and was told Swift Brothers would reach out to me to schedule. Nobody ever called so I had to call them. I went from a standard hot water heater to a tankless. They told me I would need a permit and charged me for one. They never pulled a permit for the job. I have had nothing but issues since the installation not to mention it looks like my 5 yr old installed it. I have left multiple messages for a manager to call me, it’s been weeks. Next step is BBB

Had a leak under our kitchen sink behind the cabinets. It unfortunately wasn’t a simple fix for us, so our landlord sent A-1 over and they had our leak fixed and cabinets repaired that afternoon. While we didn’t have to pay for it (renting) I’d suggest them to anyone.
