We needed to have supply lines to our all of our toilets and faucets replaced for insurance purposes. And it had to be done in 48 hours or our policy wd not renew. David Gray had a team out the next morning. Katia was probably the best technician that has ever come to our house. I’m not kidding. She was professional, organized and efficient. She looked at the list and pics given by the insurance co. and gave me an initial estimate. She had all the additional parts delivered within a half hour while she and her coworker installed the parts they had. She was able to lower the estimate by almost 40% as she worked through the list. She oversaw the work done by her co- worker to make sure everything was done correctly and quickly problem solved the issues that arose. Finally she took before and after pictures and wrote a a detailed description of the work done for my review. I was able to email everything directly to our agent. I wd use David Gray again.

Main line was clogged and we were able to get the issue resolved within a few hours notice. Our technician, John, was very professional and got the job done in less than an hour. Great service and fairly priced compared to other companies. Would recommend!

Ice maker line right? Very simple procedure you would think. I had the refrigerator moved out of the way & the drywall cut for the repair and very clean for the repair person. Didn't need any water line connected or drywall patched. They charged me $276 for the job and around $90 for the valve when in reality it costs only $15 plus a few bucks for glue and couplings. They also charged me to repair drywall when in fact I never requested this. The only reasonable charge was for the cpvc parts: $2 for couplings, etc.I spoke to Kyle and ran through my concerns that I was quoted a little under $200 and I was charged $276, and I didn't ask for a drywall repair and that $80+ for a ice maker valve was extremely ridiculous. He laughed at me and asked if this was all about $40 for additional labor (15 minutes for the drywall repair I didn't ask for). I agreed, but also disagreed with the 300% markup on the water valve part was unfair to us regular people. To be clear, this valve is not made of gold or platinum. Kyle, in the brief convo we had, you were a very condescending person and probably a family member of the biz (I have a few). Trust me, being a nice person goes a long way especially if you consider I need so many plumbing services. You literally laughed at me when I was trying to express the value you didn't provide me.On a $276 job, $40 is extremely significant, Kyle. Especially if you include the 300% markup of the valve. He said he would refund the time it took the tech to patch the drywall ($40), we'll see. I don't think I'll include them on my quote for a new water heater or our sewage drain issue, etc.

Great company. Called due to having a ac issue. Wouldn't turn on.tech came out to the house very quickly. Found a bad capacitor in my unit. Tech replaced the capacitor in fifteen minutes. Fixing the issue.Tech also put gauge e my unit and found I was a little bit low of freon. So he added some, said it was only a couple ounces. Tech explained that the unit was probably low since it was installed years ago by a different company. tech explained the farther from my AC go furnace means you might need to add freon because the factory charge isn't big enough.Tech was very knowledgeable, and explained things so a homeowner could understand.Tech even took a look at my furnace since he was already here on a service call. Tech recommend I change my filter. And gave me some advice on how to clean the little water pump with a splash of bleach. I didn't even know that there was a water pump attached to the furnace.Tech explained it was for water created by air-conditioning.Wish I remembered techs name, but was super informative and went the extra mile when he diagnosed and fixed original issue in minutes. The spent half a hour explaining the situation and gave me some advice to maintain everything.Great company

These folks were amazing. Showed up promptly to my mothers house to help unclog the pipes. Reasonably priced and professional. They will also be providing a quote for additional needs. I am not easily impressed, but I can’t say enough how good they were.

Driver sped down my residential street, swerved after driving thru a neighbor's yard. When I was attempting to catch up to identify the company's vehicle, driver reached speeds in excess of 75 mph in a 35 mph zone. Upon encountering traffic forcing him to let off, he got behind me and turned on bright headlamps to blind me.

Left a message for emergency service they said it would be time and a half for the service. I agreed to pay that charge. They finally called back saying there was no way they would be able to get here today. All they did was hold me up from finding somebody that could come fix my problem. I would never recommend or use the service.
