Excellent customer service from when I first contacted David Gray, via online they called back within 20 minutes! They even offered to send someone out that same day!!!They texted me when Brad was on his way & he arrived with his apprentice in a professional manner!!Brad answered any questions I had & kept me informed every step of the way!!!Job was done above & beyond to my satisfaction!!!They cleaned up behind themselves!!!I have worked in customer service most of my life & it was awesome to see Brad & his apprentice ( I forgot his name) work well together & to me that is one of the most important things when you are dealing with the public & in peoples homes, they were both very respectful!I would definitely use them again & would recommend to anyone needing service in their homes or business to use them!!!

Mark with Darley Plumbing was able to come out the same day and unclog our main drain in less than 30 minutes at a very reasonable charge like he did before. I have recommended Darley to all my friends in the past and will to do so. David

I made an appointment the night before on line. I received a call first thing in the am that a repairman would be by in 30 minutes. Gordon came to the house and found the issue. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He also included a 6-month warrantee but assured me that the repair would last for years to come. Excellent service, Fair pricing. I would highly recommend this company!

Luli Marku and another gentleman came to our home and gave us an estimate on a electric motor hybrid and tankless water heater. Also a water softener. We found Luli to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in his discussion about the systems. We have decided to use Turner Plumbing to install the tankless heater and water softener based on his discussion and estimate. We will insist on Luli doing the install as part of the agreement.Brad and Diana Lay

Connor and Jaylon (sp?) came to our home to replace the kitchen sink faucet. They did an awesome job and even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing some missing caulk around the sink. Leading from the front, they demonstrated outstanding customer service. I would recommend Rolland Plumbing to my friends and family for all their plumbing needs.

We had a slow leak in the upstairs shower plumbing that only became apparent when a water stain appeared on our kitchen ceiling. We called Vereen Plumbing to address the issue and several other preventative issues we had. Bobby was sent with his assistant (I wish I knew his name). They were both so efficient, helpful and kind that I will forever call Vereen for our plumbing needs. They did more than was necessary and more than I would have expected to make sure everything was repaired to our satisfaction. All that and for a very fair price as well! Thank you!!

Lettow plumbing is absolutely fantastic. They did a complete overhaul of the drainage in our home and I could not be more thankful for their hard work and absolute professionalism end to end.After 5 different plumbing companies (one of which damaged my kitchen flooring) Chris and his team were the only ones who were able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. The plumbing in our entire home is now repaired and working again after almost two years of chasing issues.What I like best about their team is they are the only plumbing company I have interacted with that gave me a positive impression from the start. They had nice new trucks, the team was uniformed and they were all nice, polite, and highly skilled. I could not ask for more.This is VERY hard to find in Jacksonville.Going forward, they are the only plumbing I will use in Jacksonville. Chris, thank you guys so much for all the hard work!!! They came on the appointment day. They fixed the garbage disposal. However, it cost twice as much as having a toilet replaced from a competitor. (The product was more, and the labor was much more.) Maybe garbage disposals are just more labor intensive?

They installed 2 new AC units and that all went fine and we were happy about it as it came with a 10 year warranty and free service for a year. 6 months later we called for our service and they said no longer do HVAC and stopped responding to us. Highly recommend you go with anyone other than them.

We've used them twice over the years. The first time, they replaced our sewage pipe. Their estimate was MUCH cheaper than other quotes we received and the work was done quickly and efficiently. No issues 5+ years later. The second was a quick Bathroom update, again, fair price and quick work. Calling them again for some work in our kitchen. Good company.
