Amazing service all around! Spoke with Jennifer over the phone to schedule an appointment. She made an appointment for me the next day and clarified the service charges prior to the visit. Got a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Connor and Jaylen arrived in a timely and professional manner. I had a problem with the water heater leaking. They assessed the problem. Once they returned with the pieces they completed the installation in no time. Connor was able to explain to me how the water heater operates and where the problem was. I'm a first time homeowner and would highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.

We've used Terry Vereen Plumbing extensively during the past year and have been thrilled with the service every time. Chris did the plumbing on my newly remodeled master bath and guest bathroom. Not only did he do an excellent job he coordinated well with my general contractor for the remodel. He's done other items around my house before the remodel I'm very pleased with him and his team they are always on time and do what they say they're going to do I would definitely hire them again.

They hire some very reckless drivers. 8/3/22 one of their trucks was nice enough to push over into my lane to make me hit the brakes so he could make his exit. Then constantly tail gated people as he continued to go down the interstate. As he proceeded to get off on another off ramp clearly, he clearly dosent know how to red light works.

Yesterday, I was expecting 20 family members at my home. It was Sunday. The ONE toilet in my small home backed up. Tony came out within 45 minutes and saved the day! He was kind, courteous, efficient and explained everything. He is my hero!

Our main sewer line to the street was blocked. We called Advantage because we had used them in the past. The blockage was cleared, or so we thought. Twenty-four hours it was blocked again. When we called, the response we got was I don't know what's wrong with your house. That didn't give us any confidence so we called another service provider who responded promptly and cleared the blockage. Only this provider used a large device and to clear the pipe and said that if it happens again he'll run a camera down the pipe. Needless to say, we have changed our go to plumber.

From minor leaks to installing hot water heaters, to installing water softener systems, to replacing a toilet, to replacing a faucet. Fenwick is an awesome plumber. Very professional, well dressed and courteous. We had Matt install a new gas line for our house generator and he did an excellent job. We like how he communicated with us and did exactly what he said. The office provides great support by calling the customer to advise of when they would be there as our work took multiple visits as they worked with other contractors (generator & electrical contractor). Matt even called on his drive to our house. Would highly recommend Fenwick and Matt to anyone looking for a top notch plumber.

I called “All Hours” the other evening but didn’t get an answer. Apparently they don’t answer the phone at “all hours « .I called today and was put on hold for an extended period of time. The lady that answered the phone was very polite but said it would be 89 dollars for someone to look at the problem and give me an estimate.
