Steven's Plumbing is the best in town! I have used Steven a few times now (general plumbing and water softener installation) and each time he surpassed my expectations. I can't say enough good things about this company. Amazing service, high quality workmanship, fair prices, professional, friendly... a community golden nugget!

I contacted Steven's Plumbing last week after reading the reviews. Steven called me back within one day and agreed to work me into his busy schedule over the next week or two. Steven took the time to explain in detail what possible outside faucet replacements that I could use. I found him to be very honest and patient during the repair job.

Called Steven's Plumbing in an emergency! Had a main leak outside and didn't know who to call. Steven rearranged his schedule to help. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He stayed to fix the problem and give tips so it won't happen again. Very happy with our service and will be calling again for a water softener! Top notch service, highly recommend.

We had Steve install a new water heater and water softener/filtration system in our home. Steve was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of our questions and explain the operation of our new system. He was transparent in his pricing and very professional. One of the most important things we look for in customer service is when things go wrong what is their availability and willingness to stand by their product. We had a small gasket go on our filtration system (not Steve's fault) and he promptly came out and replaced the part under warranty. Overall, my experience with Steven's plumbing has been superb and I would recommend him without any reservations.

I contacted Steve's Plumbing after reading the reviews. Coming from New York I was very impressed. I'm from a family of plumbers, and I know how important customer service is. Steve took the time to explain in detail, multiple conversations, what needed to be done in order to connect my gas dryer. In the end, to save me money Steve recommended I return the gas dryer for an electric dryer. I am very appreciative of his honesty and patience and will definitely call his company again, most likely to replace my builder's grade fixtures. :)

I have been in my house for 30 years. From the day I moved in until now, I have called Steve for any of my plumbing needs. He is always very responsive. He is very knowledgeable. He is always very transparent about what the problem is, what the solutions are, and what the cost of each will be. Since I first called on Steve almost 30 years ago, I have always called him for any plumbing needs I have had. From minor leaks to installing hot water heaters, to installing water softener systems, to replacing a toilet, to replacing a faucet. I can trust him and I have complete confidence that he is the best man for the job. He is the Best!

Steven is a highly experienced professional who pays attention to detail and is a great person to work with. He has knowledge of building codes, blueprints and thoroughly understands plumbing systems and materials used. We cannot say enough about the knowledge displayed by Steven who has tackled many plumbing projects/repairs for us. We have used his services for several years and have not been disappointed. He is competent, professional and the best plumber, by far, who has ever worked on our property.We hold him in then highest regard and value his expertise. We recommend him highly! We have been using Steven's plumbing since we moved here four years ago and each time we've called Steve has been professional, responsive and given us good value. But more than that he offers great advise that is in our best interest and provides the information we need to make informed and well thought out decisions about any repairs or upgrades.

Steven just saved us $$$ and weeks worth of renovations!! We were told that our entire house needed to be replumbed and that it would be at least 1 week before the company could start on the job. Steven came promptly after being contacted, immediately started on the repair and actually finished the job in a matter of hours. Best of all - I couldn’t even tell that he had been here when he left! There was no mess to clean, no walls or flooring destroyed, nothing!! He was an absolute blessing and we could not be happier with his prompt and professional work!

Needed some plumbing work yesterday and called Steven. He came out the same day and did a great job for us again. We used him before when we moved to NE Florida to install our whole house water softener and filtered water lines on our 2 refrigerators. Very reliable, professional, and reasonably priced.

We recently contacted Steven's Plumbing to fix a problem with a corroded cold water valve. Steve called back the next day and was at our home within 40 minutes. He removed and replaced the valve. In 2013, he installed our water softener and a tub in our garage. In 2015, he installed a fresh water line to that tub. We have been very pleased with his service and we recommend him highly.

Moved to Jax Beach in 1993 and hired Steven's Plumbing to re-piped the concrete block beach house built in 1953. The house is now 70 yr old and I have called Steven's for all plumbing issues, major problems: water main break and sewer line replacement as well as smaller diy disasters! I highly Recommend him for his response time and workmanship.

Steve is an exception to what I’ve encountered in the past 20 years here at The Beach.If you are looking to get the job done right, with a no nonsense price and a QUALITY job Steve is your new go to.I first found Steve 4 1/2 years ago as a referral through my realtor. I needed several jobs done in my home before we sold to relocate to Germany. I needed the jobs done in a timely manner with someone that I could trust and not at a huge price. I knew he would meet all those criteria within the first 5 minutes of talking to him.The jobs were done with no surprise costs. He kept me informed along the way as to what needed to be done AND he provided pictures both before and after for documentation... without having to ask for it.I recently moved back to PVB ( oh my goodness .. the traffic on A1A and the building west of the intracoastal has exploded since I’ve last lived here). I needed some work done in my new (old) condo. Steve was here in no time.As we age we want someone who is reliable and no nonsense. We want to just call the ‘guy’ that knows us and gets it done.I was thrilled when I activated my hands free voice command in the car to call ‘Steve The Plumber’ and found him still in my contacts list on my phone.It’s all about building those trusting relationships!Thanks Steve !

I recently moved to Ponte Vedra Beach and spoke to several companies about putting in a water softener. I had used a different company for several decades but decided it was time for a change.Steve came out and explained the differences between his company and the others, explained at length about the mechanics of the machines and the process of water softening. I asked LOTS of questions and he patiently answered them all.He installed the appropriate softener, after assuring me that I did NOT need the upgrade (what company every does THAT?). He did the work immediately, has returned several times to check on the equipment and has always been happy to answer all of my questions.I have the utmost confidence in Steve!

Steven has helped me in several plumbing related emergencies! He arrived quickly, was professional , i didn’t feel like i was being ripped off, he fixed the problem. He is my go to for all things plumbing now! Great guy! Highly recommend!!! I’d give 10 stars if i could!

I have known Steve for many years & I have to say he is THE most experienced plumber I have ever encountered. He goes above and beyond what one may expect with his knowledge and experience for repairing plumbing issues. His prices are reasonable, including cleanup after completion. I would highly suggest calling him for his service & expertise before calling another only to be disappointed or over priced.

Quick and professional service! Our gas heater water stopped working after 10 plus years and Steve was very quick and professional about get a new electric water heater installed at a teasonable price! We would highly recommend and contact him again for future plumbing needs.

Steve has been my plumber for at least 20 years. He is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I have recommended him to many people and they love him too. Hope he never retires!

We have now worked with Steven for over ten years. always when we needed him he responded promptly and was there to help. He knows what he is doing, cares for his customers and is a joy to work with. It is rare in this commercialized world that a technical supplier is helpful, takes your interest at heart and does not attempt to take you for a ride.

Steve is fantastic. Quick to respond to an emergency type request when out of town as well as a routine maintenance request. Very informative and helpful in more than just immediate plumbing concerns. Nice to not have to deal with multiple people when making a simple call for service. Steve does it all.

Great Service! He built and installed our house water softener and filter in 2017. Technically savy , professional, and responsive to questions in a timely manner even 1 1/2 yrs after installation.

Terrible service. Steve came out to my store to assess a problem I was having with the sink and toilet. He gave me the vaguest of answers before giving me his card and leaving my problem unresolved. I called the next day and asked for him. His secretary told me he'd call me back. Never heard from him.
