They did a great job and responded very fast.I had an appointment with Griffin Service setup to fix a broken water pipe; and I waited all day just to find out that they were not going to make it. I lost a day of work, we had no running wate, and got no response from them to find out what the heck happened.Anyway, I ended up calling Kingdom Based Plumbing, I immediately received a text from them asking me about my problem. I told them what was going on and sent a picture of it; and, I kid you not, they were here literally within minutes of my request for help. Maybe my timing was good, I don't know, but the response time was, no less, very impressive!I'm sure this was emergency service, too. I should've been charged more for this service, but the owner seemed to be very generous and also applied a military discount.The name of the technician was Curt. He was very nice and he did a really good job on the repair and restoring service to my home. We have running water again and everything seems to be sealed up well.I plan on having them install a new water softening system in my home in the near future. I was going to have Griffin Service do that, but I don't think I'm going to do business with them in the future.Yes, I definitely recommend Kingdom Based Plumbing.Now, as for the before and after pictures, here's the explanation of why the repair looks like this. This this is where a water softener system is supposed to connect. The pipes broke and we had water pouring out of our garage. The repair is a loop, just to get the water running in our home until we get a new water softening system. When they install a new one, that loop will be opened to run the water through the new water softening system.

Jason and his team have fixed toilet leaks, did a great job. Called them now for a tricky leak coming from a ceiling (my babys room) which ended up being from the upstairs bathtub. He his direct and honest about his findings. He recommended immediately to reach out to our insurance. He also called other Points of contacts to further help us get the ceiling leak inspected and assist for a claim process with the insurance. Didn't need to start searching for other repair companies, which alleviates the headache that leak has become. Communication is excellent, they kept us informed every step of the way, prior to appointment and during. I appreciate that they do their best to tidy up any messes. The rates are very reasonable also. I'm glad to have found a plumbing company that I will continue to use for the long run.

Great experience with Jason and Kingdom Based plumbing! Had a pipe burst this morning and they were quick to respond with a quote and were at our house completing the repair within a few hours. I’m the type of person who wants it done right and this company did not disappoint. They were early to the appointment, they were very good at their job, and I feel confident that the repairs are going to last. The owner was helpful in organizing the team to meet my needs.My garbage disposal was not installed correctly and began to leak. The guys replaced it in no time.My master bath toilet was alway a little wonky. They pulled the toilet, cleaned up the caulk, confirmed nothing was broken, reseated the thrown, and recalled it. It looks great and doesn’t wobble.Finally, my outside hose nozzle leaked badly when I turned it on. It couldn’t be corrected with a simple tightening. They cut the old nozzle off and soldered on a new. No more leaks.All around great job!

In these tough times it is amazing to find a company/ person that is willing to share the fix without asking to be payed. I had a clogged drain and after a few text,I was good to go. Not only did they offer the lowest quote price they told me a simple fix for my problem that I could do myself.

I was replacing a bath exhaust fan and did not know there was a water line on top of it. I snapped a 90 degree fitting and had to turn the water off. I called the office and within 2 minute Jason, called me from another job. He was at my location within 45 minutes, rerouted the water line and enabled me to finish my job. Jason was professional, knew what he was doing, and provided excellent service. I and Mister Sparky Electric Company will definately use him again!

We had an emergency with a broken irrigation system bypass outdoors in the middle of the night, with water gushing everywhere. Came home from vacation to hear a leak in the wall behind my shower... on a Friday night (of course!). Saw several people recommend Kingdom Based Plumbing so I gave them a call. They were quick to respond, even though it was late on Friday night. They came out the next morning (on Saturday) and did a great job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I called Jason to have him come out and look at a water pressure issue I was having. He could have come out and charged me but instead he spent a significant amount of time on the phone helping me diagnose the issue and gave me the steps to fix the problem myself...and he didn't charge me a thing. Kingdom Based Plumbing was by far the most professional plumbing service I’ve ever used in my 67 years of existence. I woke up to: no hot water, and gave Kindom Based Plumbing a quick text at 8:30 am. In less than 1 hour they texted me back asking a few more specifics and said they could take a look at it later that morning.They quoted me an estimate for the job and had my water heater beautifully installed in no time, at a very reasonable price.What impressed me most was the fact that they kept in constant communication with me and didn’t try to up charge me anything. Jason and the gentleman who helped him did a fine job installing my new kitchen faucet, plus replacing an old P-trap that was in horrible condition. Whoever installed the cabinets over 20 years ago messed up the sink drain, and even though it was a challenging repair, Kingdom Based Plumbing did a fine job. They also went out of their way to avoid charging me more than they had to. GOOD JOB!

I had a grinder pump that felt it was ready for retirement and decided to stop functioning. I made the call at 1pm on Wednesday and Jason was on the property by 10am the following morning with the replacement pump. Great response time. The pump was a bit expensive, but seeing as how they are hard to find right now, I’m perfectly happy paying the price. Thanks Jason!

Jason kept me informed of his arrival time. They were careful and professional on the faucet install. Did not leave until they were absolutely sure that I had no leaks. In fact, the cold water angle valve did leak, after more than 7 minutes of water running. They replaced that very quickly, and again ensured that I had no leaks. I called the company around 10:15 am and Jason immediately responded via text message. I needed my water heater replaced. We agreed on a 1-4pm time frame. Communicating mainly via text, Jason had my old water heater disconnected, taken out to the street and my new water heater installed by 2:30 pm the same day. They fixed the leak properly and very quickly. However, when I question the cost of $285 for about 30 minutes of work a 10% discount on labor was offered.

I had Kingdom Based out to reseat a toilet that I have been having issues with. They had great communication from the start and the pricing I was given was very good. I received a notification when it was scheduled and was given a good window. I was also contacted because a previous job ran over and they would be a little late, which I greatly appreciated. They were still there in good time and I was notified when they were en-route. They were very professional and the work is quality. Kingdom Based Plumbing was prompt, diagnosed our garbage disposal issue quickly and with same day service. They reattached the disposal which had fallen off of the bracket and adjusted the drain line to prevent any future leaks. Our garden tub faucet started with a slow drip and then quickly became a running faucet no matter what we did. We reached out for recommendations and were referred to Kingdom Based Plumbing. Kingdom Based Plumbing. I had a leak in a pipe going into my hot water heater, and called Kingdom Based Plumbing. Jason responded within a couple minutes, and he worked me into their schedule arriving in about an hour. They replaced a pipe that feeds into the water heater that had split. Jason and his team were amazing….they were prompt and came out 2.5 hrs after calling…..at 7pm after I called at 4.30pm in the evening…..they were detailed, explained what they were doing and replaced the shower cartridge. I called Kingdom Based Plumbing to install a whole house carbon block filter and 48,000 grain water softener system into the pre-plumbed water softener loop in my garage. Kingdom Based Plumbing provided a reasonable quote with next day scheduling, while most others I called did not even offer the service Jason came out and did an outstanding job on the install. These guys are outstanding. Originally hired them for a water heater install, but then Costco and GE dropped the ball on my order. Ended up buying a nicer Rheem water heater from Kingdom and cancelling my GE order. Very professional and communication was easy.

We were moving and when we unhooked the washer found that the valves had gone bad. There was no way to turn off the gushing water except to turn off the water to the whole house. Jason got back to me right away and made the repair the same day even though he had to work into the evening to manage it. He left the jobsite clean and in excellent working order. We have had a recurring plumbing issue in our home since 2004. Many different plumbing companies have come out over the years. Not one of them has spent more than an hour at our house. All of them cleared up the issue only for it to return again later. Kingdom Based Plumbing came to our home for a different issue a few months back. Jason was friendly and professional. He was able to solve our issue at a fair price. When the recurring issue started over a weekend, I reached out to see if there was an extra charge for the weekend or if he could work us in on Monday. He said there would be no extra charge and that he would be out the very next morning. He was at our house for nearly 4 hours to clear the “second biggest clog” he had experienced in his career. He then charged us less than half of what we were expecting. We HIGHLY recommend Kingdom Based Plumbing! We will not use anyone else in the future.

Kingdom Based Plumbing was fantastic, they showed up within about 30 minutes of our call on a Saturday afternoon, I showed them where the water was coming from, they found a tree root that was causing problem and replaced the section that was cracked and stressed from the root, plus removed the section of root to prevent this from happening again. The quote was very reasonable, the guys were professional, and we will be using them again if the need occurs.We had initially called another plumbing service (large company with advertisements everywhere), received an answering service waited 20 minutes and still no call back, then we called Kingdom, Kingdom was already here working before we finally heard back from the other company.

We were having minor but annoying toilet issues. Jason took a look and gave us fantastic information about our options, including whether to rebuild or replace the tanks that were causing the problem. Was trying to install a bidet but there was a tiny leak (due to a cross thread I didn’t realize at the time). In trying to fix it, my hand slipped and hit the pipe running into the wall behind the toilet and snapped. I called almost 10 different plumbers buy Kingdom was the only one who was available and able to get to me quickly (within an hour and a half on a Saturday night). Jason was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. The situation definitely sucked but he helped me understand the problems, the solutions, and how to handle all of the next steps (dealing with insurance and such, potential dangerous like mold ect). Price was cheaper than expected as well. All this while it was absolutely pouring outside. Overall, service was exceptional and I will rely on them for any future plumbing needs.

I had an issue with our irrigation system, the well pump burned out. I called and left call back messages with 5 companies last Wednesday 5/19/21; no response! On Friday 5/21/21 I found Kingdom Based Plumbing on the web; I called, the young lady gathered all information relating to my issue. On Saturday 5/22 the technician arrived at my home at 10:30 AM. After assessing the problem, he informed me that the pump burned out because the well was dry. I was told that replacing the motor will not serve the problem since there is not water to be pumped. I was charged the service call (a reasonable amount) and was given 2 options; drill to a deeper depth or request Saint Johns County Utilities Department for a meter and connection to my irrigation system. I praise the technician for not only his honesty, but also for a lightning response to my phone call. I will keep his company on my A list for all my plumbing needs, repairs and projects. Kudos to both.

This is a great company! Jason came to repairour dishwasher. When he got here he said the dishwasher looked new which it was. He started to work on it but then said you might want to check if it’s under warranty. I went to find the receipt and found that is was. So he said to just call GE to repair it at no cost to me. He said I will just charge you for the gas to get here. Instead of the service fee. He was so honest and reasonable! I will definitely use Kingdom. Based Plumbing for any plumbing need we have!

Our water softener had an internal explosion and sent grit and salt through our entire plumbing system throughout the house. He came and spent hours here draining and flushing the system, changing the guts of all the toilets and flushed all the faucets and pipes. It could have been much worse.
