The first time I used them, I called 4 other companies that couldn’t respond for over a week. I had a broken pipe and water everywhere. They showed up immediately and barely charged me anything. Very professional, helpful and kind.I have used them three times now and I recommend them to everyone. The best Plumbing company in Jacksonville and the beaches. I have used all the other big named companies and these guys are far superior and cheaper.

I needed their services, called their office for two days in a row, and they never answered the phone or returned voicemail msgs. Apparently not too serious about doing business.

Amazing service that was at my door within 13 minutes of initially calling. Rob had our kitchen Drain unclogged within 20 minutes and couldn’t be happier. Will only use this company moving forward and thank you so much for saving our day! Especially considering they were closing at 4pm, and was at my door by 3:35pm. Absolutely amazing and very impressed. Thanks to Rob, we can now enjoy our weekend. I highly recommend them!

When our plumbing pipes clogged in the outside pipes, shutting down usage through the house late at night, I called Advantage Plumbing early morning. They immediately called back and were able to come by at 8am. Brendan and associate were wonderful and the house plumbing was working in less than 45 minutes, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Had an plumbing emergency and Advantage Plumbing courteously and promptly fit me into their schedule. Their plumber was able to quickly assess my issue and fix it at a very reasonable price. He then asked if I had any other plumbing issues and fixed a toilet that had been difficult to flush. Thank you for the great service!

We have been extremely pleased with the service received by both Stacey, who helped coordinate our appointments and finding a new water heater, and Rob, who came out both initially to advise and then a few days later to install our new water heater. Highly recommend this company!

I cannot begin to thank Advantage Plumbing for rescuing us from a water disaster that occurred on the Friday before the Memorial Day Weekend. A water pipe broke in our master bath I had no idea so much water could come gushing out from from a 1/2 inch pipe in the less than 5 minutes it took for me to get from the shower to the outside shut off valve outside. Our insurance company sent a water mitigation team immediately but where to find a plumber? A friend told us to call Advantage Plumbing. One of their teams had just finished a job and would be right there. They fixed the broken pipe and we had water water running to the house. I could not have asked for a better experience Their name and number is now in my address book!

Advantage Plumbing was recommended to me and I am glad they were! Called regarding a toilet leaking from the bottom. Spoke.with a very nice lady (Judy) who told me she would have a crew out within the hour, and she did. The crew (Brian and Damian), arrived, friendly, professional and wasted no time getting the job done. I am pleasantly speechless. What great service!!! Highly recommend!!!

Steve and Ronnie arrived very quickly and fixed a broken pipe which spewed water over the bathroom. My water had been shut off, but they were so efficient and fast it was fixed and my water turned back on within an hour! I highly recommend them! Will call for every plumbing need.

Advantage plumbing has always done a great job for me. They do the job right, they are always there when they say they will be, and they don’t milk the clock trying to get more money. I found these guys via a friends recommendation and I am so glad I did. With the old guys my bill was always high and the work was always questionable. Just had Brenton and his helper stop by the other day to fix a broken pipe caused by my siding guy. He was in and out in an hour, explained what he was doing and why, and gave me some suggestions to help combat any potential water damage... He even talked a little Jaguar football. It is an awesome feeling when you have a plumber you know you can trust and we’ve found that with Advantage, I wish we could do the same with a handyman...

Brenton showed up to fix a broken pipe outside of my house. He had it replaced faster than I could have imagined! Very helpful with several questions i had and I’m very thankful for how fast he could make it out on a same day issue.

We initially called a different plumbing company who came out 3 different times, each time they sent a new person who didn’t seem to know what previous person had done, and none could resolve the problem with our kitchen sink. The last person who came did a “fix” (that within a few days caused more problems then we had started with), and he suggested that if his “fix” didn’t work we may have to tear out kitchen island and replace all plumbing. Each person upon leaving asked that I leave a 5 star review for them, to make matters worse the cost was very high to have no resolution (they claim their cost is higher because all work warranted). Replaced lots of things that turned out didn’t need replacing, e.g. Despite the “warranty,” and before going down the rabbit hole of tearing out our kitchen island, I called Advantage Plumbing for a second opinion, Greg and Josh came two days in a row, figured out issue in first day after hours of researching it, they were way more on their game and knew what to look for and how to figure out, and came back promptly the next day with what they needed to resolve the issue. Everything working great now, no remodel necessary :) So thankful to have called them and highly recommend this company. Professional and extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely call them FIRST next time.

These guys were great. They responded immediately to a plumbing emergency. I had a massive leak spilling into my kitchen from behind a wall. They were thorough in their inspection to isolate where the problem was stemming from. Once they identified the problem, it was a quick fix. My water heater was shot. Before I found Advantage Plumbing, I made the mistake of initially calling one of those corporate outfits, and quickly dismissed their technician because he said it was a slab leak and he was going to tear up my wall, rip out cabinetry and jack hammer my tile floor! I heard about Advantage Plumbing from someone I trust, and thank goodness I called them. They charged half as much as I was quoted by the other company that wanted to charge me an astronomical amount to destroy my kitchen.Thank you to the two gentlemen that took care of me today!!!

Brian was quick to get to work and did a nice clean quality job! My wife was stressed out when she discovered a leak under the kitchen sink and for a long time had noticed a sewer smell when the dishwasher was ran. All those issues were fixed before I got home from work. Thank you again Brian for being such a true professional!

My name is Bruce and I have been a property manager for 20 years. I had 4 plumbers give me an estimate. Scott and Steve from Advantage Plumbing did the job for me. They came in over a $1,000 cheaper than Metro Rooter, and the job was done perfectly. They were very professional, did the job right the first time and gave me a great deal. Further, the materials they used were top of the line. Not the cheapest available. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. Call Advantage Plumbing in Atlantic Beach Fl, and ask for Scott and Steve. You will not be sorry.

Sam and Damian took care of the needed work very efficiently.............a few days later I needed another plumbing problem fixed and Candy and Amos fixed it the same day I called. Advantage Pro installed a new sewer line for my house last year but left an unmarked and buried clean-out in my front yard with no way of me or anyone else knowing that it was there. When I went to have a driveway installed in that area the company snapped off the clean-out at the T-junction. Advantage claimed there was no responsibility on their part for marking the clean-out and refused to pay for the repairs. Also, there was no tape or any kind when we dug down to the main sewer line. I would definitely hire someone else.

WORSE COMPANY ever. They complained the whole time. They didn't communicate correctly with their title guy so I had to go with them to pick up at a store, he complained the whole time. They damaged my wall. And never answered their phones. NEVER USE THEM..NEvER

Rob and his helper Josh were on time, professional, and efficient. Cleared out my clogged kitchen pipe 35 feet down under the concrete slab and didn’t leave a speck of dirt. Had a few laughs as I learned about garbage disposals and Josh was patient as I juggled an infant while signing the paperwork. Thanks guys!

They were at the house within 20 minutes of calling the company to request service. The guys were very professional, quick with the repair and cleaned up behind themselves….would have never known they had even been in the house.

Our main sewer line to the street was blocked. We called Advantage because we had used them in the past. The blockage was cleared, or so we thought. Twenty-four hours it was blocked again. When we called, the response we got was I don't know what's wrong with your house. That didn't give us any confidence so we called another service provider who responded promptly and cleared the blockage. Only this provider used a large device and to clear the pipe and said that if it happens again he'll run a camera down the pipe. Needless to say, we have changed our go to plumber.

I would have to rate this company at less than one star!Advantage Plumbing shut off the water supply to a twelve unit building in the the Summerhouse Condominiums, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL today (May 30, 2014) without giving the condominium management or building occupants any advance notice.The water supply line was off for almost three hours and the company's representatives on site seemed to have no concern whatsoever regarding the problems they were causing for residents of the building who being inconvenienced to the extent of not being cook meals, use toilets or bathe.The only recommendation I would make to anyone regarding Advantage Plumbing is to avoid them and call someone who has the proper amount of concern for the general public.

I work for a restaurant and we have an older building, they are always willing to schedule us and come close to immediately. We haven't had to call them back to fix the same thing twice (you would think you would not) which is common with other plumbers.

Fast response time to leak. Fast fix and great price. Will definitely use them again. Rob did a great job.
