I called Fenwick for a minor issue I was having with the water temperature on my soaking tub. I had great service with them in the past with HVAC maintenance and Natural Gas installation in my home. Something went wrong with this minor faucet adjustment and water sprayed all over the 2nd floor bathroom. Before the plumber could shut off the water, it had seeped through the floor and wall and it was leaking through to the first floor bathroom. It was raining in my first floor bathroom! The plumber assured me that I would get a call from management on the next business day. It never happened. One week after the incident, the tub is not usable, and I have not heard anything from Fenwick. Calls to them are not returned. My strong recommendation is to avoid this business……

These people DESTROYED my home. NEVER USE THEM. 7 return visits to fix issues and I was left with a vanity not secured to the wall, busted tile backsplash. Did not tie in faucets and shower heads. They just jiggle around. Destroyed tile in shower. Dragged a running power saw across my bathroom floor, so linoleum needs replacing. In other words, I paid thousands of dollars to need thousands more work done. I called every owner and manager and their best repair work is not fit for a tenement. Two and a half months of letting them TRY to fix it, and I gave up because I couldn't miss work, anymore. Or take the run around. This business is the WORST.

Ben Smith, Christopher Anderson, and Darryl Lucas provided top-notch service at my house. Everyone involved was respectful, hard-working, professional, and thorough. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and professionalism displayed by Fenwick plumbing. The work was completed so quickly in order to accommodate my convenience. I had my entire house re-piped and they were able to complete the plumbing portion within two days. It was also a very difficult job. I never heard one obscene word and the crew remained extremely professional and courteous the entire time. I am very impressed and could not be more thankful!

Edit to original review: A customer service rep called me two days after reading the review and refunded the dispatch + fuel fee. I appreciated the integrity of the refund; however, this could have been avoided with proper training of the tech and providing quotes over the phone as I was told by the customer service rep that they set prices based on the job.I am very disappointed in the value of service and am providing a poor rating. I have a garbage disposal that needs repairing. I called Fenwick and they answered right away and scheduled a time for same day visit. The assistant let me know there would be a $89 diagnostic fee + $15 fuel surcharge. I agreed and asked if she could provide me a quote for the garbage disposal repair and replacement; she said she was unable to give me that information. I assumed the quote all-in would not be more than $300. The tech arrived on time and my daughter let him in while I was on a business call. He stood in the kitchen area for about 15 minutes until I got off the call to start looking at the garbage disposal. Instead of looking at the disposal, he immediately went to the ipad and started pricing out a repair and when it was over $250, I asked what is the cost for replacement and he quoted me over $1100. I said absolutely not and paid the service fee and fuel surcharge for him to not even diagnose the disposal. I refuse to work with a company that is trying to over-charge. On top of this, the tech did not even look at the disposal and diagnose and issue.

My second time calling Fenwick. They are awesome! The ONLY company that seems to be able to come out reasonably quickly and on time! The tech was super nice, considerate and helpful. My new hot water heater is great! So pleased with the service.

The technician, Andrew, was the perfect balance of personable and professional. He efficiently repaired a corroding hose on my gas hot water heater and he left the entire unit looking better than it did when he arrived! I would not hesitate to call this company again for any of the services they provide. But if you need service on your hot water heater, be sure to ask for Andrew.

We had to install a new water heater and repair a drain line. Fenwick came in and took care of the project as of it was their home. I recommend these guys 100%. Fast and communicative. Additionally Robert the technician was absolutely fantastic

After my 15 year old water heater finally reached the end of its serviceability, I upgraded to a tankless system and added a water softener. Patrick the technician was friendly and professional. His expert knowledge amongst the different systems made it clear on which option was best. I feel completely satisfied with the service.

I worked there for 2 years. Hired on as a helper and was promised after a year I’d get a promotion. Not only did I not get the promotion, my trainer did not train me properly. They stuck me with a garbage technician who flooded people’s houses out like he was a walking tsunami.Management does not care about you. Management cares more about what time they get home not you. Sure the hours are long, but they complain when you take your PTO.Expect your paychecks to be short too. Not only will they not get your paycheck right, but when they correct it they’ll tax it too.Yearly reviews are also garbage. They’ll grade you on everything; call backs, non warranties, how much damage you’ve done to a customer’s home. It isn’t bad that they review it with you, but some will effect you negatively on your closing rate if all you did was assist a technician and you didn’t sell it.I’m extremely upset regarding how they went about hiring me and training me. Extremely unprofessional and service calls are extremely slow. They were hiring way too many people when there wasn’t any work to be done. Some technicians even complained because they weren’t getting their 40 hours. The place is a train yard with more wrecked than salvageable. STAY AWAY.

Shut off valves replaced. Exterior Shut off valve installed. Patrick is exceptional.He arrived earlier than expected and he is very personable. Late on Friday, 8/6/21, our Carrier air handler began leaking condensate water onto the floor. After trying to identify and fix the problem myself, I began searching for a reputable A/C repair company on Yelp. I discovered Fenwick Services had good customer reviews. At first, I scheduled an 8am to 12pm appointment for Saturday, 8/7/21, using online form on Fenwick’s website. However, the system sent me text message with a Sunday, 8/8/21 appointment. So, I called and spoke with the evening receptionist who quickly revised the appointment to my original Saturday timeslot. I want to give special thanks to that receptionist for providing outstanding customer service late on a Friday evening.The next day, I received an email confirmation that my HVAC technician would be Jesses Wilson. Jesse arrived on time, dressed in a clean and professional uniform. After introducing himself, he quickly got to work assessing and correctly diagnosing the cause of my leak, which was a partially clogged drain pipe and a malfunctioning emergency shutoff float switch. Jesse cleared the blockage and, reinstalled new PVC pipe leading out of the air handler and a new shutoff switch. The new pipe installation included an access port with a cover, enabling me to treat the drain with white vinegar flush once a month to help keep the drain clear. This is a feature I hadn’t had before.The repair job took 90 minutes to complete and test and was done for a very reasonable price, especially for a Saturday (My HVAC systems have always seemed to fail on weekends, holidays, and evenings ). I was truly blessed to find Fenwick Services and to have Jesse Wilson as my HVAC Technician that day. Fenwick Services now has a new and loyal customer for life! Kudos to the entire Fenwick Services team for providing exceptional technical and customer services!

The guys showed up on time. They were very nice and professional! walked me and my wife through everything they did took before and after pictures which are always great to have. Looking forward to using them in the future!

I had a clogged toilet back flowing into my shower. I was able to call and get a technician out the same day. My technician, Ron, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he fix my issue but he showed me a technique to help prevent this from happening again.

Rafael Serrano service technician was able to diagnose and repair my plumbing problem quickly, and discussed all options in regard to the fix, and the best approach keeping in mind my preferences. His workmanship was high quality, and he took the time to describe his work afterwards. He was courteous and professional, and I am very satisfied with the job. He replaced the drop ear elbow pipe in the wall and removed and replaced the bathtub spout stuck on the pipe with a twisted set screw.

It’s obvious Fenwick has gotten too big for its britches. Every time I call or receive a call, I have to talk with someone else who invariably gives inconsistent information to me. Fenwick is great at creating excuses and insisting that I make sacrifices to accommodate them and their schedules. No thanks. There are way too many other competitors who are more responsive, professional, competent, and better value.

We called them work for a plumber to install a new shower. This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Ron was experienced professional and very patient with me. I highly recommend Sedwick for your plumbing needs.

I called today(Friday) around 4pm due to my downstairs AC not working and I was told by the representative that the next available day would be Sunday, not even 20 minutes later I receive a call from her and she is able to get a technician in today! She didn’t want my house to be hot during the weekend which I appreciate so much because they went above my expectations. Ryan, the technician was incredible from the start! he is very knowledgeable and i’m happy he was able to figure out what needed to be done in order to get my AC cooling again. I also used Fenwick in the past, and even got two new ACs with them. Every time has been pleasant. Thank you for showing what a 5 star service is all about!

Making an appointment was easy and could be done online. Aaron, my tech, was polite and professional and answered all my questions. He also gave me some suggestions on how I can improve my water quality and prolong the life of my appliances and plumbing system.

Jesse Wilson and his team moved my outside ac unit to the other side of my house due to a coolant leak underneath the slab of my house. They effortlessly moved the unit to a better location on the other side of my home. They were professional and courteous and did a thorough examination of my air handler and outside unit, They did not try to sell any other unwanted or unneeded services. Totally Professional!!!! Andrew was very professional, kind and knew his profession. He addressed the problem timely and was a gentleman. That word isn't used often but it should be. I told him he saved the day.If I had any negative with Fenwick it was when I made the appointment the night before, I felt like I was bothering Michael, the one who took my call.Other than that, excellent service. Dan was our tech and he was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. He came, diagnosed the problem and was back less than 48 hours later to make the repair. The acute problem is completely remedied and we will absolutely be calling for him to do the big job down the road. Thank you again!

After 2 hours plunging a toilet they decided they had to replace it. Took out the old one and dropped it in my tub, which is now cracked and needs to be replaced as well. Do not recommend this company at all.

Jesse was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to the issue I was having, explain what was happening, and how he was going to fix it before any work was done. Also offered a 30 day guarantee on the clog.

Got my money for the visit on a sinday. Took my money and said what problem was and never called me back on monday morning. Unrliable and tech was projected as lost in ecperience...fenwich has unprofessional and have poor buisness practicces

My air conditioning went out on a Sunday night in June, and after battling with my warranty company who refused to get me fixed in a timely manor (and I have animals), I called Fenwick! Jesse was able to get to my house the same day, and we were able to schedule an installation the next day, which was Thursday. I went from battling with my warranty company for 4 days, to calling Fenwick, and getting seen and fixed all within about 18 hours. Everyone who came by was super respectful, and nice, and my nice system has a price match guarantee and warranty for 5 years. Highly recommend.

They are responsive and arrive promptly, but they charge so much for the parts (>$200 for a part that costs less than $20). I do not mind paying for the labor, but the charge for the parts is a rip-off.

Called them at 9pm and was able to talk to a live person who was very knowledgeable about other work they completed. They scheduled an appt in the am and told me what to expect so there were no surprises. Chris arrived promptly and knew exactly what was wrong with my tankless water heater. He fixed it and fixed the loose pipe. He knew exactly what to do and had experience. Super happy with Fenwick plumbing. Will use them regularly.

This place is an absolute joke ???? wants 4 year plumbers but has the absolute worst reviews in the business! From what I've gathered on all other reviews is that they are overpriced, basically don't like the outrageous price well you gotta pay a dispatch fee and fuel ? what a joke! Not family owned at all, company was bought out from Bill Fenwick, even Changed the name and all! Do yourself a favor don't call Fenwick!

Phenomenal gas service from from Andrew at Fenwick. I needed natural gas lines run and dealt with a different company first; what they failed to do in 6 visits across 2 months, Andrew did in less than 24 hours from my first call. He came out to estimate almost immediately after I called in mid-afternoon Tuesday. Wednesday morning he arrived right when he said he would and I was good to go by lunch. Professional, diligent, and competent all the way, wish I would have called Fenwick first!

We use Fenwick for our A/C maintenance and our our water heater maintenance. We’ve been really satisfied when we use these services!But last night our AC went out so we had to use Fenwick’s repair services for the first time. They were great - on time, professional, and most importantly… our AC is blowing cold air again! William was great. I’d recommend this company to others.

Honestly the worst plumbing company that I've ever dealt with. Mario the dispatcher first sends the wrong technician to my home. Then neglects to reschedule the correct technician after I asked him to do so. I asked for him to have Travis, his Manager call me back after trying to reach him at 12:30pm. Never heard from Travis and yet to see a technician. When I called them at 5:20pm, Sorry Travis is gone for the day. Horrendous customer service. These guys are terrible. Fenwick since you record all of your calls, go back and listen to the exchange. Then re-train your dispatchers and get your act together for your customers.

$125 to come out for 10 minutes to give a quote for a simple project? No thanks. I’ll go with any of the other companies who want to earn my business by being transparent and upfront. Not sure why you wouldn’t want to first take a look at the project and give an estimate so you know what you’re getting into when it’s not an emergency situation. Will tell everyone I know to avoid fenwick.

The guy came out really fast and was very friendly. Had no issues with the services. I just found it a bit pricey. A replacement of washer wall values that would of cost me a fraction of the price if I did myself. Unfortunately I was moving and all my tools were packed up. $400 and 20 minutes later it was fixed which included the 79.00 service call.

I am the office Manager for the Lasky Law Firm and we use Fenwick all the time. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Alfred was the last tech we had for a few of our issues and he is so kind and gets the job done! As to prices they are extremely reasonable and normally can come out the same day as your call. Our firm will continue to use their services!

Albert is the very best. Highly recommend for any plumbing issues. He’s done 2 repairs for me and I’d trust him to do any future needs. Can’t say enough about him

Bill Fenwick Plumbing did met my expectationsWe have a Miele Futura diamond dishwasher.Because we moved from Orlando to Jacksonville the Miele company concierge service will not install it again, so we choose this company to haul the old unit and install ours- phone service people were excellent getting us a requested date and were kind- installers were on time as scheduled.- the unit got well installed and its working greatWill definitely call them again if needed.

Super impressed with this company! We needed our water heater replaced. They were able to schedule Brandon to come out quickly, and he was able to replace our water heater the same day. He was very nice, professional, & knowledgeable. Although he only worked in our garage, he wore a face mask when talking to us, which shows that safety is a concern for their employees & customers. I also liked that they had a few tiers of product options for us to choose from. Highly recommend Fenwick.

Larry an older gentleman came to give us an estimate on new a/c system on 6/21/22, he was very talkative and a good sales person. gave us a good deal we thought. next day they installed brand new system for $8000, A/c crew left and system started making awkward noise, so we call Larry who left his cellphone number with us. He was really rude and told us deal with customer service, i'm a sales rep, my job is done. do not call my cellphone ever. We couldn't believe his attitude. Most of their free service was not included. Not professional at all. we are regretting our $8000 investment.

Alex and John did an excellent job. Protected our wood floors and stairs. Very polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. I thought the job was a little pricey, but Home Depot was the same, so maybe it has just been a while since we replaced a gas hot water heater and didn't know the cost. This happened on a weekend and they quickly took care of the problem.

Call ANYONE else! These people lie about the initial cost and they take serious advantage of people suffering from the heat. My elderly mother is staying with me when both A/C units went out. They said the one is running although it's not putting out cold air and the main unit had a bad capacitor that I can buy off Amazon for $15 - $25 and they want to charge me over $500 for ten minutes labor to install a $25 part. This cost does NOT include making sure the mini-split is actually working, cleaning any coils or anything else. I've been in the commercial HVAC industry for over 25 years and this is the worst I've seen. It cost me $203 to ask them to leave without doing anything at all. I will report them to governor's DeSantis' office for price gouging during extreme heat. Absolutely shameful and unprofessional as hell. This is how mechanical contractor's get a bad rap.

Called to get a diagnostic on low water pressure which is 89.99 he came by stuck a screw driver in my bath facet took it off and went outside check valve valves and said need to replace ball valves. He charged me $220 and said it was for the diagnostic. The receipt said 89.99 for diagnostic and $110 for minor plumbing repair. He left my bath facet for me to put back on and charged me $110 for it. I’m on hold right now trying to get that money back they straight up scammed me.He was going to give me a receipt till I asked for one while he was walking out the door.

Great bunch of guys. Feels like you are with family when you're here...very professional and clean. Why would anybody use anyone else as their plumbing company. Same day svs. That's un heard of. These guys are quicker than first responders. Kudos to FENWICK.

I was very pleased with the service. They came out did an assessment of my whole unit and within 3 days i was sent three options to have my air handler cleaned and repaired. I contacted them and within the week they were here and cleaned and updated my unit. The service man was very professional and explained in detail as the process was going. I have told people at work as well as my neighbors how pleased i was with the service.

I had a nice 3 ton Lennox installed. They were fast and installed it the next day. Apparently the installors don't know how to wire the handler correctly. The AC would not keep up with the temperatures. Called and another tech came out and corrected the problem. Now the AC has no difficulty keeping this1400 - 1500 sqft cool.Now they did put in the AC closet and since the AC are bigger the door does not close. They told me they would sent out a framer to fix the door so it will close correctly. Well its been 2 week and one phone call ago and they have not fixed the problem. So if you go with Fenwick don't believe what there employees tell you.Am stuck spending money to get the door framed myself.

Air Conditioning Tune-up for the upcoming summer months. This is a great service for the price. The job the Rep did in cleaning out my outside Air conditioning unit was a welcome site. He removed all the leaves and junk that had accumulated for months and gave me a detailed list of anything he noticed.. I was well satisfied

I definitely would not recommend Fenwick. We called for an issue with not enough cold air coming out of the vents with the ac on. The technician came out and after 10/15 minutes he told us we need an entire new system because the coils were frozen and there was absolutely no way to fix it. He said he could try to add some coolant but it would be $1000 because our system is to old. As soon as he left I started calling around and I also called family members who currently work for hvac systems and used to. They all told me I do not need a new system that I needed to change the filter and wait for the ice too melt . We also found a clog on the pipe. So once we cleaned all of the out and changed the filter again the problem was fixed and we haven’t had any issues . Even a Google search had the same information but I did not know the coils were frozen otherwise I would’ve never called them. The person that came for the tune up back on November told us to change the filter every 6 months . Which turns out because we have an older house it should be every 30 days! My wife and I are new/first time home owners so we really didn’t know alot and they definitely tried to take advantage of that. We paid them a fee to come out and basically do nothing and that’s so frustrating. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

The technician Matthew (I hope I recall the name correctly) was very efficient, knew exactly what needed to be done and finished the job timely. A true professional. I had a busy week, no time to deal with a leak in the wall that soaked my flooring. I trusted Bill Fenwick could address it, so I called at 6am, they were there, fixed and done before I had lunch. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. A major shoutout to Tech Alfred Wright and Bill Fenwick. Late Friday night our kitchen sink collapsed due to a poor remodel job. We thought we were down for a week. Alfred to the rescue. After being warned that this was an unusual situation, Alfred came in, laughed and said yep, I've never seen this. He assured us he wouldn't leave us without a kitchen sick being operable. He kept his word! He took all the time needed (most of the day), had to run out for parts and reinstalled the sink and repaired all the damage and did it the way it should have been installed by the Contractor. Thanks to Bill Fenwick for having skilled after-hour phone support, their incredible updates on status of the repair technician including ETA updates in real time and most importantly to Alfred Wright for setting the gold standard for professionalism, expertise and customer service!

Fenwick Plumbing was professional from start to finish. It was clear that Michael is a plumbing expert who cares about doing good work and impressing the customer. He walked us through all of our issues and helped us decide on the best solutions for us. He was very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the work completed. Fenwick's customer service was great and they let you know when someone was on the way to the house. I would highly recommend them to everyone.We had to have the main water pipe to the house replaced, a toilet flange replaced and toilet installed, and a pipe inside replaced and vanity installed. We were very happy when everything was completed.

I am really impressed with Fenwick Home Services. Their communication is stellar, their team members are very professional, courteous, and thorough. I'm moving to the area and my neighbor recommended Fenwick. I was unable to be onsite, however Patrick (their technician) was excellent about calling me before, during and after the process. The entire experience was frictionless and painless, it was actually a pleasure working with them and I plan to be a customer ongoing.

Andrew was a breathe of fresh air after a no so great experience with a different company when looking to repair our water heater. He was very knowledgeable and went over all potential options without coming off anything like a salesman. My family and I had a great experience with Fenwick plumbing. To start, the person who took the call was very professional and sweet. My outside faucet for the backyard was leaking and I needing someone ASAP. At first she didn't have anyone so we scheduled it for the next day. As asked her to call me back if there was another slot available sooner. Within an hour she called and said a Tech named Ronald could come.Ron was really good at what he does. Very easy to talk to and did excellent work. The project was done within 5 hours of the original call.

I had a very positive experience with using Bill Fenwick Plumbing! Setting up appointment was simple and I really liked getting an email with a photo of the technician coming to my home. Brendan did a fantastic job. He’s an outstanding rep for your company. Very professional and thorough. He totally explained the process and had some good recommendations on my natural gas system. I will definitely use this company again!

I tried to have my water heat replaced today with this company. They stated that they did not have an availability today that their would be an $89 charge plus another $25 just to cover their gas. So I wanted to redeem a coupon that THEY have on their site. It stated, 'HOT WATER TODAY OR YOU DON'T PAY', the rep puts me on hold then came back to state that it did not mean what it stated. Untrustworthy company! I'm so angry that I am shaking.

Called for a garbage disposal install quote. Was told someone need to come to the house for a proper quote. Although the person that came was very professional, he informed my wife it was going to be $438 to change the disposal. (This was a 1 hour job, that I accomplished when I returned from out of town.) After my wife declined the service, Fenwick proceeded to charge me $90 service visit fee. I was not told about this service visit fee when I spoke with them on the phone. My wife was not informed of this fee until after the gentlemen looked at my kitchen sink for 2 minutes before concluding the price. I called and was suppose to hear back within 24 hours about my complaint and I have not heard back. This type of service, especially during a pandemic is unprofessional and completely out of line. I will be issuing a stop payment from my credit card company and will never use Fenwick unless they decide to actually call and address my concerns. If Fenwick reads this, please feel free to contact me. I am still. waiting to hear from you.

I hired Fenwick to go to my rental property with a 2 year old AC system to repair what ended up being a bad Capacitor, which is a $10-20 dollar part. The service call fee was $85 (just to show up) with a $25 gas surcharge. all told the entire repair was quoted at $415. I declined the service because of the extortionist pricing (it was 95 degrees yesterday) and was able to get ahold of my usual repair person to perform the repair. when they went out to replace the capacitor they found that THE TECH HAD CUT ALL THE CONNECTORS OFF where the capacitor goes. So, I ended up paying $115 to have my ac unit sabotaged by a tech, then another $185 for another tech to come out and actually fix the problem; which ironically was still cheaper than having Fenwick actually fix it.

Ryan was knowledgeable and professional during our appointment. He took the time to explain everything from the process of how things are supposed to work and how to care for them. Top Notch customer service.

I had Ryan Mahan from Fenwick out to take a look at our A/C this morning. He was knowledgeable, professional, on-time, and generally a great person. After walking through the problems with our current system, we opted to get quoted on a new 16 seer. Ryan hooked us up with Brian Long, who was able to get here before Ryan left! Brian was equally awesome and got us a great price on a new unit with a 10/10 warranty, 0% interest, and next day installation. We called last night, and had them here today, new unit going in tomorrow! Basically, everyone was really cool, which is what i expect from my A/C company. I'll update this if there are any issue with install or support afterwards, but I have no reason to believe i'll have anything but great service from Fenwick.

Absolute ripoff! We called to have 4 sinks re-hooked up after having counters installed. We let the service call know the job, along with already purchasing supplies for traps. They could not not privide estimates prior to arrival, then tied to charge $500 each... with a discount. Complete joke.

I recently bought an older home in Deerwood, and it needed a little work including removing two old hot water heaters from the attic and installing two new hot water heaters back into the attic. I knew that Fenwick may not have the lowest prices, but they have a reputation for quality, which is important to me. I was also looking to establish a relationship with a plumber to address issues in our home going forward. I was very pleased with how the work was quoted, and the scheduling and quality of the work was great. I think we found our plumber going forward. For the install, Tim was our technician along with his helper. They were both great and did their job in a very efficient manner. We’d be happy to have them back in our home if needed.

I found my kitchen sink clogged at 8 AM. By noon time, Fenwick fixed the problem. The tech, Alex Smith, did a great job, left no mess and had my drain flowing better than ever. You can bet I'll be calling them again.

While their service is top notch and the tech was very professional, their rates are EXTREMELY high!! I was quoted about $700 to install two self purchased faucets which at most is 2 hours. That $350 per hour!!! I don't pay my mechanic that much to work on my supercar!After reading this review, a manger contacted me and offered a lower price which I accepted. He indicated he would note this on my record. However today when I called to make the appointment no such record was found. Operator said she would note the price quoted.A few days later the tech did the install of the faucet. He had no record of a manager quoting the lower price but it was decided to honor the price I discussed with Fenwick over the phone.All in all, the service was good but be very sure you know what the charges are before you authorize service. There may be better pricing to be had.

I haven't been overly happy with plumbing services I've used, and have been looking for a new plumber since I moved here 13 years ago. After seeing numerous Fenwick trucks in my neighborhood, decided to give them a call, and I am so glad I did. The entire experience was so professional, beginning with the personable and efficient office contact who quickly scheduled a technician and informed me of an available coupon. The service technician was knowledgeable, and in addition to the disposal situation that he was scheduled for, saw the leaky faucet and fixed it at no charge. He also answered all my questions about the gas fireplace repair and hot water heater repair, and alerted his office to the need for another appointment for the gas work. I am thrilled that I have finally found my plumber in Fenwick.

Our technician Michael came out to unclog our drains in the sink and shower. Came right away very professional, polite, knowledgeable can't say enough about this guy! Also had a leak in shower gave us detail on what needed to be done and cost, so rescheduled for him to return following day to due the work. Did the work and cleaned up. Would recommend this technician and Fenwick Plumbing to anyone!! Will definitely use again if we need to!

Allan came by on a Saturday to replace a heat water system. He did a terrific job in performing a diagnostic on whether a replacement was necessary since there was an obvious leak and I had no idea how old was the heat water system really was. He also went out of his way to install a water softener and lectured my mom and me the pros of having one. Allan made sure he lived up to Fenwick's promise of same day service. Fenwick also impressed me by having a dedicated employee delivering necessary items to the work homes when needed. I also give credit to Fenwick about not being as fussy on scheduling as their competition can be for the work.

Our tankless LP water stopped making hot water to our dismay, called Fenwick and were very pleased as they sent out Matt that same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had the part dropped off within an hour. We are now back in service. Will be using them again. Kevin

Our service technician, Brandon was friendly, respective & professional. He arrived on time & took care of our problems. We would be happy to welcome him back to our home anytime. Overall, we were very pleased with the services provided. We felt that the repair of the outdoor system was a fair price & we were very pleased with the work performed. However, we felt that the price charged by Fenwick for the faucet repair was on the excessive side for a job that took about 15 minutes.

This was my first time using Fenwick for plumbing services - and I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. Jesse was my technician - he was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and was quickly able to fix my plumbing problem. He went above and beyond and offered excellent customer service. Love working with Fenwick!! It’s not exactly fun when you need a plumber, but Lester is always professional and knowledgeable. He’s obviously a master of his craft and takes pride in doing his job and providing excellent customer service. He’s also so respectful of my home, always taking care of his surroundings and cleaning up after. Really appreciate having him help with our plumbing needs!! First class service from him, always!!

Warning. I called Fenwick for install of a dishwasher and was very specific in saying we’d need extra length on water hose as the manufacturer hose was not long enough. Window of arrival 2-6. I called at 6 and told I was next on dispatch. At 7:15 I recd a call that the plumber was 20 min out. He arrived at 7:50.Upon arrival he said he didn’t realize the call was for a “full install” (?). He then laid on the floor googling the dishwasher (which is brand new so presumably fairly easy). He then told me he didn’t have the part and then you would have to come back tomorrow sometime after 1p.He proceeded to give me an egregious quote for $629. I’ve had two dishwashers installed in a home we sold and for my parents within the last year and the cost was $250. He told me he’d get his manager on the phone to negotiate a diff price. I told him I was not interested in gamesmanship and declined the quote. I then had to pay $89 for a service call that yielded nothing.What I thought would be a convenience turned into complete frustration. My husband ended up doing it himself in about an hour this morn.

Let me start by saying, the Salesman Marion explained everything to me in fine detail to the point I fell like i made a excellent decision in going with Fenwick and the unit i chose. Thank you so much for a excellent job. Everything he told me was on point to the letter. The installers was on time they went to work and had everything they needed to complete this huge task and it was done timely, and with care. Demetric, Christian and Dylan worked on the task and everything came together perfectly. The entire team from the salesman to the installers were beyond excellent. Thank you I am very very pleased with the customer service from everyone and pleased with the unit. The only business experience i can truely say was excellent. You get a 6 out of 5 stars. you exceeded in ever area.

Very fast response. Called another Plumbing company and was given wrong information. One call and the technician came out the same day and fixed everything. Also provided a complete and accurate information on what the problem was. Excellent warranty. Will not use anyone else.

I attempted a plumbing repair that proved to be a little beyond my skills and resulted in me turning off the water for the whole house. Travis from Fenwick was able to respond in a very timely matter and quickly resolve the situation and turn on the water. Excellent service and a very understanding gentleman. On another occasion, a team from Fenwick checked and then replaced my water heater. Very timely and professional. I've always been pleased.

Randy did an absolute amazing job repairing our plumbing emergency! His customer service and knowledge were amazing. He explained the problem and detailed his plan to fix it. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. You have a customer for life!

The service people who put the new faucet in did not tighten the nuts on the water line resulting in a drip. It took another day and two more visits by their techs for someone to tighten the nut.The other problem was the price. The first day when the stop valves were replaced the bill was around $500. A little steep I thought but considering they were there quickly and were able to get the leak stopped I paid it. I needed new faucets and they did not have two so the service person suggested I buy the faucets myself to save a little money. I did and they returned to install. They were the same people as before, but the bill for the faucet was almost $800. That is outrageous. The plumbing I cannot do easily, but a sink faucet install I can and had I known they would be $800 I would never have had them. They do NOT provide an estimate up front, probably because nobody would call them. I was told this was because of the labor, and if that is so I should have given up medicine long ago since this worked out to be over $400/hour. I think that is terrible.By the way, the part about a family owned company in NE Florida is a bold faced lie. Bill Fenwick sold the company a few years ago to a conglomerate in the North Eastern US the tech told me. Additionally if you are trying to reach customer relations it is impossible. They ignored over 6 messages and, if you can believe the dispatcher, four e-mails that were sent by the customer service (scheduling) person I contacted repeatedly.Avoid this business!

First off, the elephant in the room: these guys are *very* expensive compared to almost everyone else out there. That being said, their work is second-to-none and I trust that when they say something is fixed, I won't ever have to think about it again.I don't trust anyone else, but I will do everything in my power to avoid having to call them because it's tough handing over that much money for simple stuff (for example, $700+ to install a dishwasher that only costs $500 when the old one was already gone and it just needed the water and drain lines hooked up) and sell-your-plasma expensive for anything complicated.

Great service from time technician got to do door. Customer service in Italy said he had all the equipment to find a leak but he quickly corrected that and said he didn’t but he contacted, and connected us with, someone who could. Replaced another issue on exterior superbly and waited around to ensure work was 100% and no issues after water turned back on.

BEWARE! Had a plumbing issue and Tim quoted me $400 for the part I needed. Ended up calling/asking around and went with a recommendation from a friend. The part I needed ended up costing $25 on top of 30 min of labor. All in spent well under $200. Ridiculous that I was quoted $400 and could tell he wasn’t giving me an honest price. Glad my red flag went up! Hoping this review saves someone from getting taken advantage of.

I called Fenwick with an emergency & they were here within 30-45 mins, very quickly. My water faucet on the sink in the mudroom wouldn’t turn off & water was pouring out & the shut off valve under the sink was frozen. RON explained the problem was probably the valve in the hot water handle on the faucet. He gave me the price for the new faucet installation or replace the 2 shut off valves. He was honest, professional & very nice. I choose to replace the 2 shutoff valves & do the faucet later.RON was very knowledgeable & professional & answered all my questions. He’s an asset to Fenwick plumbing & they are lucky to have him as an employee. He also gave us the coupon discount !!!We have been using Fenwick for at least 25 years & will continue to use them for all their services.And, thank you RON.

After buying my house last year, I received a mailer with a coupon for an AC tune-up from Fenwick. I scheduled the service and was extremely happy with their service. Last week my AC unit stopped working so I called Fenwick since I already have an account with them. I called at 9 pm and they scheduled someone to come out the next day between 10 and 2; they were here at 10:20. I am a very happy customer and will likely call them if I have plumbing issues in the future as well.

Michael was very professional and nice, he did a great job with fixing a broken ac drip line. He was efficient and cleaned up after his repair. Would definitely use them again.

There really should be a zero star option, but oh well. This company is a joke. I scheduled an appointment, then called back to reschedule. I received text and email confirmation of my new date/time. Appointment time comes and goes and nobody shows up. So I call, and I am told by Mario that call center just didn’t update the dispatch schedule, but somehow had me scheduled for neither my original time or my rescheduled time. They offer free service if they are late so I said I would be willing to reschedule if that fee was waived. They agreed. After my rocky start I asked for email confirmation that it would be free. I received an email that my service that happened on 11/28 was free. (I did not have an appointment that day) so I called back asking it to be clarified that my service on 12/3 would be waived due to their scheduling issues. Mario now tells me he cannot do that, so I ask how can I have proof of our agreement, because the last thing I want is to have someone come out and not know. He rudely tells me that the lines are recorded and this is now his third time telling me so that should be proof enough. I’m sorry but I wasted HOURS today for nobody to even show up, tried to continue to work with them, and just wanted verification of my new appointment/price agreement. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t care about a free service, I just wanted my plumbing fixed, but the fact that Mario said this kind of scheduling happens frequently and they won’t do anything about it, they clearly don’t value customers time like they claim. Appointment has been canceled and will be seeking service elsewhere. And warning anyone else to not trust this company either.

UPDATE TO REVIEW- Several days after my service, Bill Fenwick customer service manager, Kaitlyn followed up with me. She listened to my reasons for being unsatisfied and reviewed my account. She was very professional, polite and understanding. She provided a credit to match the pricing for other plumbing quotes I received. She definitely went above and beyond representing Bill Fenwick Plumbing! Fenwick Plumbing proved to be the best plumbing service in Jacksonville that truly values its customers. STILL A 5 STAR BUSINESS!ORIGINAL REVIEW- Bill Fenwick’s technician was on time and provided quality, professional service. The reasons for only giving a 2-star rating are the price for service and cost of providing an estimate/price quote. Fenwick plumbing charges 89$ plus a 20$ gas surcharge just for providing a cost estimate. Even if you don’t accept their estimate; you have to pay this 109$. The Fenwick cost of installing my hybrid water heater was 20% higher than the highest bid I received from other big-name plumbers. The cost of the estimate forced me to choose Fenwick. I paid over 250$ an hour for a 3 ½ hour job, with the cost of materials under 100$. Bill Fenwick plumbing did provide quality service, but I believe there are other local plumbers that could provide the same service for a lot better pricing.I used Fenwick plumbing in the past. The past service earned a 5-star rating. FENWICK CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVED THEY ARE STILL A 5 STAR BUSINESS.

Cameron arrived at 1:00 p.m. He introduced himself before he came in; he had shoe coverings on. We showed him where the a/c unit was and he asked us if we had any questions before he started. It took him approximately 30 minutes to complete the tune-up. When he finished, he came back in; he said that everything looked great. [He emailed us the checklist.] He talked to us about the Priority Partner Program and we decided to sign up. We were very impressed with him and we look forward to doing business with Fenwick again.

The plumber was early and installed a new water heater. He was professor and friendly. I give him five stars. I called Fenwick for a receipt for the service performed because I didn't get one within 24 hours. The lady that answered the phone was rude to me and was short with me. Customer service is important to me and I was not happy how I was treated on the phone.

I made a quote request on Angi.com and received a call from Frenwick’s call center. A woman named Racheal told me they would send a tech and the tech would quote me a price. I did not want to go with them because I wanted an hourly estimate for the work. However, she sold me with a sales pitch that the first quote would be the only price for the job and Frenwick would assume the risk if the job got bigger.When the tech came, he took a look and gave me a quote. Then he told me that if the problem wasn’t what he expected, he would have to give me a second quote. I told him what Racheal had told me and he said that was incorrect. He said that the Jacksonvile branch doesn’t work like that and I likely spoke to someone in New Jersey.The Tech, Brandon, was very professional and helpful. And I believe he would have been able to fix the problem at the reasonable price he quoted, but I cannot do business with a company that tells me one thing on the phone and another in person.

They read up on our previous maintenance visit and were ready to address all of our concerns with our AC System and our Heating System. My neighbor recommended them and I am so glad! My instant hot water heater hot water pressure was a trickle. They came the same day I called, were super professional, quickly fixed the problem and showed me how to maintain going forward. And they were the most reasonably priced among a few others. I will definitely use them again.

I was told by a different plumbing company that they needed to completely destroy my shower to solve the plumbing issue. I called up Fenwick plumbing and requested Patrick Lowe. He solved the issue without having to destroy my bathroom saving me probably $20,000. It was such a relief to have someone come out and fix the problem and not charge me an arm and a leg. Tim was amazing! He was patient as we had a delay in arriving on time. He fixed toilet properly after initial company installed toilet very poorly! It was not even attached to floor moving freely. He came, took his time and was very understanding. Would definitely use again because of him and professional experience all around.

Our kitchen sink was seriously clogged. We tried everything including renting a commercial snake from home depot and poured down all sorts of caustic chemicals. Nothing worked so we decided to call Fenwick. Best decision ever. They came the same day and Dylan worked on our issue for a good solid 5 hours. Fixed it!!! Fenwick came out to install an undermounted sink in my laundry room, that was had already been installed previously, all the parts were there, the hole in the countertop was already cut, it was a simple project.The plumber quoted around $2,300 to install the sink based on what the iPad told him. I told him that price had to be a mistake, and he said that's what it costs, he just had someone pay that last week for a sink install. I can not imagine any scenario a sink install should cost that much so I called the main number and long story short, they said it was a glitch and it was only $800 to install the sink and they were very sorry about the mistake on the price quote.Meanwhile I have another plumbing company coming out that said they can do it for $250. It's like a two-three hour job. Even $800 is insane. Fenwick clearly gouges customers who don't know what plumbing services should cost. Unless you enjoy wasting money needlessly, I would recommend finding a different plumber.

I had a service call last Friday. I received a text when the technician was on his way. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to what I said and answered all my questions. He took the time and made the effort to identify the issue. He went the extra mile. I would highly recommend Ryan for any air conditioning needs.

I’m sorry to post this review having used Fenwick services before. They installed my tankless water heater and a wonderful job. At the time the plumber explained that the yearly maintenance was no big deal and to call when the time came. So I call to get a quote on the yearly flush and was told we can’t tell you what it costs, you have to pay for a service call to find out! This is crazy. It’s not a new installation or a leak, it’s a hot water tank flush that they installed less than a year ago. As a consumer having to pay a fee just to get a price on a simple maintenance issue I feel slighted and disappointed. I’m sorry to be looking for a new goto plumbing company

After coming from an area where labor is expensive and inadequate, i couldnt be more pleased with my experience with Fenwick. I had both plumbing services and a brand new AC unit installed in the same week. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable and professional the staff was. Our plumber Jessie, found an issue in our plumbing while working and was very patient with me and ran through all of the prices and options for fixes, which I really appreciated since I was about to spend alot of money on a new AC unit and was concerned about cost. Our AC team Donnie and Oscar, where also equally understanding and accomidating to all my questions. The box my old unit was on had plumbing underneath and they worked with me and answered all my questions, and explained all the processes as we worked around that obsticle. Even the AC rep that came out Maylan (spelling?) was great. I didnt feel like he was just selling me a pitch, but actually helping me pick out the best system to meet my needs and budget. I was really impressed by the company and will continue to use them in the future for my AC and plumbing neededs.

Fenwick is an awesome plumber. Very professional, well dressed and courteous. We had Matt install a new gas line for our house generator and he did an excellent job. We like how he communicated with us and did exactly what he said. The office provides great support by calling the customer to advise of when they would be there as our work took multiple visits as they worked with other contractors (generator & electrical contractor). Matt even called on his drive to our house. Would highly recommend Fenwick and Matt to anyone looking for a top notch plumber.

He showed me the equipment, answered several questions, explained the installation process and provided a very reasonable quote. Two hours later, he completed the job and explained how the system worked. Do yourself a favor and call Bill Fenwick (ask for Jose) for your home service needs. I had Fenwick come out and quote to have my house repiped, replace the water heater, add a softener/filter system, and a hot water recirculator. Kyle showed up to quote and was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products and services. He took the time to answer all of my questions and by the end of the consult, I was sold. They started the work less than a week later and were in and out of my house in 4 days. Project went smoothly and without any issues of problems. The new equipment works well, and there was an immediate noticeable difference in the plumbing after they were done. Both Kyle and Leo were FANTASTIC. They worked diligently and kept everything clean. They tried to minimize the impact of the project on the day to day life of my household. There aren't enough good things to say...I could keep going. I needed to repipe my house. Of all the plumbers I talked to, Fenwick stood out, head above the rest. They sent a technician the day I called to check the situation. Mat (the tech) provided an estimate at the initial house visit. (One company just never sent one.) Fenwick was able to start the next day. They were more expensive yes, but the cost included drywall repair.Overall, things that really impressed me:- On time for every visit.- Treated the house like their own. They protected the carpet and cleaned up after each visit.- I received a text and email before every appointment, letting me know who was coming, their background with the company, and more.Fenwick is expensive, but the peace of mind and excellent service is worth it.

My technician, Leon, was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, professional and willing to answer all of my questions and show me how to best maintain my unit. This standard maintenance call was an absolute pleasure due to his pleasant approach and advice.On the other hand, I have revised my review and the number of stars because a few weeks later I experienced a break in the water main outside my house. Water was gushing out at 30 gallons per minute. I called the 24/7 emergency hotline on Sunday night at about 5:30 PM. The best they could do was send someone the following day between 8 AM and noon. That would have been at least 24,300 gallons later!!! I suppose I needed to call their catastrophe line, but don't think they have one. Luckily a neighbor and then a local handyman were able to help me out quickly. Loved the A/C tune up service, will not call them again in an emergency situation.

I received prompt service from the office, concise pricing and they got me on the schedule for the same day. The office called when the technicians were on the way. I actually ran into them at the Gate Station near my condo. They came prepared with all the tools they would need, even the paper towels and bucket, which other plumbers seem to always forget. They listened carefully to my past experiences with this same type problem then went to work.Mike and his helper were polite and informative. They had to snake my main drain and it created quite a mess when they removed the snake tool. They immediately cleaned up the mess and sanitized it with bleach water. Mike gave my tenant some tips on keeping the drain clear and operating. In the end, when they were gone, it was like they had never been there.Overall, they did a great job and were personable and professional. It felt like good old fashioned service. I would recommend them to a friend and I'll call them again in the future.

Bryan is a true professional and designed a system perfect for my needs and budget. His manager Greg assisted with upgrading to a variable unit and is very professional and knowledgeable as well. Very pleased with the installed Lennox system, the cost, and the ease of installation. The install team was fantastic too! Trevor, Demitri, and Mike were great. Ron was able to replace my shower head I haven't been able to get off in 4 years!!!! I should have called him sooner. He also replaced my kitchen faucet. He explained everything to me in great detail was friendly which is so hard to find and did everything quick. I will be using this service again

Professional from start to finish. Someone answers the call immediately, the technician arrives when expected and is in constant contact. One technician actually sent a link to a you-tube video to explain what was going on. All companies should take notes on how a business should run..HIGHLY recommend!

So thankful for this team! One day before we were supposed to leave for vacation we had a pipe burst in our home. Fenwick Plumbing was able to get a plumber out that night to get it fixed. Steve was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They had fair prices as well! Hopefully we don’t need to call them anytime soon but if we need a plumber again they’ll be the first we call.

The good: On time and polite. The bad: the tech literally looked at my hot water heater from 3ft away, never even touched it or checked anything on it, and told me I needed a new water heater. Didn’t check anything at all. Nothing. Quoted $2,000 plus for a 80 gallon tank and $1,000 for a 50 gallon. Then I had to pay $89 for that! I paid to have someone fail at doing any work at all. So why the review, well, I fixed the water heater! Two new heating elements, and a drip tube (and YouTube of course). Total, $45. I’m unimpressed with the inability to actually trouble shoot a problem as a professional and go straight to selling a new install. I tried to save time by having a professional take a look, but YouTube, untrained eyes and hands still got it done....that says a lot about the “professionals”

Excellent customer service. I had worked with many AC companies and this Fenwick company is top notch. Ryan Mahon is a honest service technician and he provided a detailed inspection and troubleshoot my issue with my ducts. Even found out the previous AC company never did the prevention maintenance like I paid them to. Ryan and Fenwick- the best!

Needed our old water softener replaced due to significant decrease in water pressure. Purchased a new softener from Home Depot for $500. Got a quote from our normal plumber for ~$375 installation, but they couldn’t come until the next day. Decided to try Bill Fenwick because I’m always seeing their trucks in the neighborhood. They were able to come out that day, but was to give a quote on site. He arrived in a timely manner, immediately bypassed the softener so we could insure that the softener was indeed the problem (it was). He told me it would be $875 to install it. I laughed at him. I told him that I had gotten a quote from another plumber for $375 and since he had fixed our water pressure issue by bypassing the softener, we were no longer desperate and could definitely wait until the next day. He said he would call his manager to see if he could bring the price down. He came back and said he could do it for $375. So I let him do it. Took him 45 minutes. Then he ran my credit card for $350. I’m not sure if he gave me this inflated quote because I am a woman or what but I will not be using Bill Fenwick Plumbing again.

Horrible Customer Service. The website says that they drill through granite countertops to install RO systems. I called to speak to a plumber three times and the three individuals that picked up the phone told me they did not drill through granite, but would have someone call me. I eventually found out they did. No one ever called. One of the individuals (Mario) was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.

Since we had previous work done by Fenwick they had replaced the HVAC system with Natural Gas heat installation in my home, we called them to check out a sewer clog. The crew had to replace mot of the sewer pipe due to the age of the house. They spent a lot of time under the house and now we have a fully operational sewer system.

Great service all around. prompt to answer when i called, she spoke very clearly, and was courteous. They emailed and text day before arrival and prior to arrival day-of. The repair man, Ryan, was over-the-top helpful by explaining some current and future potential problems. He even showed me the problems in-person. This quality of service is hard to come-by these days. I'll be using Fenwick for any future repairs and replacements

We had an amazing experience with Fenwick Plumbing. They scheduled me on the day I requested and arrived on time. Couldn't ask for better professional service and a good knowledgeable plumber. James was very thorough and made sure his diagnosis of the problem was correct and was prepared to fix the problem right away. I will definitely call them for future issues... Thank You!

The plumber was super nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable and the price was amazing. I was prepared to pay far more than I did. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because when I called to inquire about fees I was told there was no fee to diagnose by Neveah then when I called to schedule the girl told me it would be $87 for the guy to come out but if he made a repair it would apply to the total cost. And it did. My total bill was $99. He was able to snake my drains and fix my problem.

I had broken the drain pipe at the bottom of our water heater. Steve arrived well within the service window, and was extremely professional. In addition to performing the repair in a timely fashion, he was more than willing to answer additional questions we had about a water re-circulation system we never knew we had, and what our options for the eventual replacement of our aging water heater.I will definitely call Fenwick Plumbing and request Steve should the need arise again.

Unfortunately, I did not realize that Bill Fenwick has sold his company out to others. We have used them many time of the last few years. We recently made an appointment to have three things done and only 2 were completed. It took over three hours to unstop a kitchen drain and put on a simple PVC hose bibb. When Bill owned the company he was always involved and made sure things run smooth. We did not mine paying a premium to get it done right the first time. The people employed now are nice but very inexperienced from the call center making the appointments to the apprentice plumber they send out versus an experienced plumber. Had to Pay for a service visit and then hourly labor for an incomplete job. Never showed up for the second appointment to finish the job. Called in and the lady was rude trying to find out why a no show after waiting 3 hours. Bottom line just have to find another plumber to get it right the first time. Save yourself time and money - call another plumber that is organized and not living off of someone else’s name.

Would never use or recommend Fenwick Plumbing. They would not give an estimate to get an idea of cost, then wanted to charge for someone to come out to give me an estimate. Felt like Stan's used car lot negotiating with the tech. Started at $500 and immediately dropped to $250 because I called him out on him over charging me. Was literally told that I am getting a great deal because I knew what I was talking about. Repaired main line feed to house which was easily accessible. Once done, workmanship looked like a drunk toddler put it together. Didn't even bother putting on insulation. Discussed with manager my issues. Got a new tech sent to correct the shoddy work. Next guy that came back went above and beyond and did some quality work other than it leaked and I had to dig it back out because either there wasn't enough pipe tape or the pvc adapter was cross threaded. So no telling how much water and money literally went down the drain. 2 stars only because the second tech's work was really above and beyond what I asked for besides it leaking, otherwise would have given 1 or less. Will never use Fenwick again.

I will start off with the pros. This company has exceptional customer service. Every time I called the persons I spoke with were extremely nice and very helpful. I received a call to let me know the techs were on the way and they arrived right on time for the apt I was given, extremely punctual. The techs were very nice and got right to work after I showed them what needed to be done.The cons. Since this is a large company with multiple techs, its about like calling in for service for your cable provider, you're not really sure who is going to show up and what sort of skill level they have. I'm not saying the techs did a bad job but attention to detail was a little spotty. The cartridges in my shower were replaced but they didn't check to make sure the hot water was where it should be, I ended up having them come back the next day to repair the mistake. Not a big deal but probably should have been caught the first time.My biggest complaint/my suggestion for anyone reading this, if possible, supply your own parts! The mark up on parts here is ludicrous! I needed two new shower heads and wanted to keep the same brand/model. I was told it would take two weeks to come in and I was quoted a price that seemed very high but I thought it was just due to it being a high end shower head. Three weeks later the heads still hadn't come in. After a quick google search I actually found the exact shower head on amazon for $100 PER SHOWER HEAD cheaper and had it on my door step in two days.In my opinion, this is a good plumbing company that has excellent customer service. If you are like me and new to the area and haven't found quality local plumbers you can trust Bill Fenwick is not a bad option, just be sure to check everything is working as it should before they leave. The only thing I would suggest is buying the parts yourself and having them do the install to avoid the price gouging that is their parts dept.

This is the first time I have used Fenwick plumbing but I’m happy I chose this company. Brandon came out and diagnosed the plumbing issue, he gave me an upfront price, and he fixed it the same day. Brandon was extremely professional and left the bathrooms clean. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the service Brandon and Fenwick plumbing provided. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had to have our sewer line completely replaced, due to tree roots destroying the original one. Setting the appointment was easy, and they sent a text with our plumbers name and picture when he was on his way....nice touch, I think. Steve Hawkins was the guy who came out and he was fantastic! Sewer jobs can't be the best part of their job, but Steve was in bright spirits the whole time! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had. This guy went above and beyond to ensure that the new pipe was set in correctly, as well as, making sure that tree roots won't be a problem for a very very long time. He was very careful around my flower bed, and I watched him take the time to ensure that no roots went back into the trench with the new pipe. He made sure to clean them all up and remove them. This was a tough job, because we had some major roots for him to dig up and cut through. The job took a little longer than I would have expected, however, they ran into several unexpected issues along the way, so the job took a little longer, but we weren't charged extra for the tougher work, which was honorable of the company to stick to their quote. Steve was here from start to finish and though he was given a helper for a short time, he basically did the whole thing by himself. My husband and I are more than satisfied with the job they did, and the cleanup process was better than I've ever seen ANY other company do! Steve has an impeccable work ethic...one of the best I've seen in a long while! We are beyond pleased with the work he did! Oh, and there was another guy named Robert who came to help finish up the yard, and this man took the time to put back my edging to my flower bed, and picked up so many roots to ensure they didn't end up as backfill in the ground. Again, we are so pleased with the work that was done! Thanks to the helpers who came with Steve as well...I didn't get their names, but they were good too! Overall, fantastic job and we will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who needs it, and if we ever need work again, Fenwick is who we'll call! Great job!!

Once again, it was Fenwick to the rescue! This time for a plumbing issue. The tech was so knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Bruce explained everything that was going on and made suggestions on how to proceed to get the issue resolved. So honest, plus he was on time and very respectful. We will not use another home service for plumbing or AC. These people are AWESOME!

I can't express enough how impressed I was with Fenwick Plumbing. I recently purchased my dream house for my family and we found out our main sewer line running from the street through the house collapsed. Fenwick sent there plumber Keith out, he walked us through the whole process and answered all my questions and educated us on the process of fixing our plumbing. I had other competitors out to give me estimates, Fenwick wasn't the cheapest and that were not the most expensive but I can definitely say they were the most knowledgeable. Keith was prompt and the work he did looks amazing and finished the job a week ahead of schedule all I can say now is Thank You.

They saved me $1500 from the other quote I got and came out same day and did an install. I had no hot water for 4 days first company I called gave me a crazy price. I called bill Fenwick company told them my story and the owner got on the phone which was great. I told him my wife was pregnant I had hot water told him what I needed they gave me a great price he sent his guys out same day did an install and didn't charge me extra. I will always use this company. I did call other companies no one could come out same day or days. They really saved me. I highly recommend this company. From start to finish the Fenwick team was amazing. That were able to help us with our emergency immediately when numerous other companies could not. Ron Ayers identified, fixed, and gave great advice on how to prevent issues in the future. He was very professional and helpful. I will be contacting Ron and the Fenwick team for all future needs.

The guy was super nice but it was expensive.He criticized the work previously done by a handy man. Tried to talk me into a job over $750.00.It would have been more to rip out a wall and seal it.The guy didn’t even know what a diverter valve was.I wanted to be able to control the output of water.He then wanted to update all my plumbing. They charged me $550.oo to replace a tiny piece ofPVC. Thankfully I found a plumber who works privately who charged me only $650.00 to update the plumbing on the rest of my home. He thought it was frightening that a plumbing company would have an inexperienced person say they could update plumbing .I told Fenwick and they said they’d talk to worker.I told them their company should go to the top and make sure the people they send out are qualified especially with their very high prices.

Had Bill Fenwick out several months ago to help with remodeling. They were so great! Naturally, we called them out again for a remodel on our new home. It wasn’t exactly an easy job as it was a complete reconnect and update. They made sure that I only paid for the hours that they worked and not the time spent waiting for solutions to issues. Justin and Clayton were professional and considerate at all times. So much so that, when our hot water heater went out (it actually died while they were here and we made the mistake of thinking we could make it last a little longer), we called Bill Fenwick again - the very next day. It was a weekend and Allie went above and beyond to find someone that could help us. Mark and Mitchell had us all set within an hour after their arrival. Incredible experience and proof that you get what you pay for... they are worth every penny. If you want it done right, call Bill Fenwick first!

We have used Fenwick twice now and they are so responsive and professional. We had them come out to install a water line for a new fridge and they came the same day. In addition, we had them come out to help us install a dishwasher and also came out the same day. I highly recommend them!

We have used Fenwick several times. I give five stars for all of the visits, but today I am writing about our experience this week. Brandon was our service professional. He was fantastic. We needed two new toilets and service as well. He worked non stop and did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and just seemed like a very nice guy. I will continue to use Fenwick . We love our new toilets (something I never thought I would write) !!

Tech was familiar with his trade though not comfortable yet in using the Fenwick phone/pad software. Tech was unable to explain any value to a $150 maintenance plan and was informed that i did not want that service. I was on the phone with my financial advisor when Tech asked me to sign for the work done. Later I found out he had put the overpriced and unwanted maintenance plan in the materials. I complained to Fenwick in writing and on the phone that I had not wanted the plan and was told my complaint would be passed on to management - a week later they have not responded. I CANNOT RECOMMEND Fenwick due to ethical issues and will NOT use their services again. I an certainly NOT satisfied with Fenwick and will file a report with the BBB next week for unethical business practices.Update: Still no contact from Fenwick management. Since this was an in-home sale I will now file complaints with BBB and the State of Florida for consumer law violation. All they had to do was call me - very unprofessional.

Plumber called for estimate, we not informed prior about estimate fee, $80 demanded on spot after spending 10 minutes to give quote 2 times price all other plumbers, and this plumber's recommended repair turned out to be inaccurate and unprofessional. Went with another plumber that did job for much less, faster, and with better quality of repair recommendation.

We had several companies give us estimates for water softeners and reverse osmosis systems. We learned that they would offer free installation, but add on several hundreds of dollars to the actual product costs. We decided to purchase our own systems and have a plumber from Bill Fenwick install them for us. The cost was a set service fee plus a set per hour fee. It ended up costing about the same as it would if paid the added fees from the other companies (about $400 for 3 hours), but we were able to choose our own systems and get a better quality product for the same net price.Travis was the plumber from Bill Fenwick that serviced our house. He arrived promptly as scheduled. He was very professional and worked diligently to get the job done as quickly as possible, while also being cautious of quality. He didn't leave any garbage behind and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.Overall, I am very pleased with our purchases and installation service provided by Bill Fenwick/Travis. Would recommend to a friend.

Great overall experience. Had two AC units installed on May 18th. The crew was friendly and very professional. I will recommend Fenwick to all my neighbors and friends from this day forward. I used Fenwick Plumbing because, as a new resident, I wanted to check out the plumbing in my condo to be sure that everything was okay. The cost of the inspection was so affordable when compared to other companies in Jacksonville who charge two to three times as much. Michael Underwood, the plumber that inspected my condo, was skilled and professional and so thorough that he didn't miss a detail which I'm so grateful for. He was very honest and I know that I will use Fenwick Plumbing again and will request that Michael Underwood do my work!

Jose Rodriguez came to our home to do some extensive gas line work. He was professional the quality of his work was perfect. He took such great pride in making sure everything was neat and tidy and working properly. He had to run a new gas line to our outdoor gas grill and we wanted to hide as much of the pipe as we could and what was expose we wanted it to be neat and clean. He surpassed our expectations

Just moved into home in St Augustine area and had some air conditioner trouble. I had used Fenwick home services for my water heater so I called them for the A/C unit. They are a joy to work with for scheduling. Very easy to schedule and very prompt. Ryan Mayhan was prompt, professional, very complete, and not in a rush to just finish. BEWARE IF THIS COMPANY! I ordered a tune for my AC systems. I wasn’t having any issues but thought a tune up would be benificial because I am selling my house and having a home inspection. They came did there thing and the next day I noticed my system was BROKE!!! They can again and said well it’s a coincidence and we can now give you a good deal on new systems for $10,000! Might I remind you I was not having any issues before they came into my house! I feel like they broke my system just to try and make money off me. Beware! Stay away from this company! I paid them $118 just for them to come in and break my system and then try and charge me $10,000 more.

Called to have my drain lines for my washing machine looked at and now I am no longer in their service area. Shame another company lost a valuable and loyal customer. Heading over to a competitor all because of a few miles even though I live in Jacksonville.

The plumbing technician was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, the company wanted to charge me $480 for what I was told would be less than one hour of work (no parts involved). Plus the service fee of $89. Understand that the company was recently sold and the pricing structure has changed. I declined and now I have a shower that does not work with a full house of visitors. Disappointing experience.

Most plumbing appointments tend to be some kind of emergency and Bill Fenwick Plumbing responds with courtesy and professionalism. The technician, Steve, who came out after 9 pm was polite and understanding. He took the time to show and explain the problem and had everything with him needed to complete the work. The plumber himself was nice. However, I explained the basic install I wanted over the phone. The office person said they couldn’t give quotes over the phone and it was $89 to have a plumber come to the house. The plumber came and looked up my request on his company app and gave me an astronomical quote in person. Seems the office person could have given me the same astronomical quote on the app and saved me $89. Plumber was at the house 10 minutes, didn’t touch a tool and it was $89.

Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our issue, and gave us a fair estimate to correct the problem. He worked precisely and was able to rectify the problem in an efficient manor. We are very happy with his work and will call Bill Fenwick Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Completely impressed! Pricing and communication were excellent, and the service team, led by Matt, were extremely professional, accommodating, and took the time to explain each step of our project. Highly recommend, and they have earned the spot as our go-to plumbing company for all of our personal home and business location needs.

Clog in main sewer line was causing waste water to back up into shower and tub in master bath.. Bruce immediately identified the issue, cleared sewer line and recommended the removal of hedges planted too close to main line, as roots would eventually result in a major blockage impacting the entire house (with all toilets sending waste water up through tub and shower drains). Plumbing issues are never fun. That being said I’ve never had a better experience. Highly recommend looking no further then Fenwick for your plumbing needs.

Although many service people promise a 30 minute advance phone call this is the only company that has consistently done it. My first experience was a service call for my elderly mother when I was out of town. James came to her home and was very professional and made her feel at ease. He took care of the problem, communicated with me over the phone and followed up a couple of weeks later. He always explained what he was doing in the process. James exhibited a real concern for having it right for my mother and it is appreciated. His professionalism and compassion reflects very well for the company. You can probably find a service cheaper but the combined reliability, professionalism and quality personnel are hard to beat.

This company replaced and installed my water softner and did a great job. More recently, Steve came out to repair a leak in the water shut off valve to my home. The customer service was exemplary and the technician made it here before 5 pm on a Friday, 12/29. I called about 230 pm that afternoon! They fit me in which I appreciated SO much. I would only use Bill Fenwick for my plumbing needs. I have used a competitor in the past and was VERY disappointed! Thank you to Bill Fenwick for your integrity and prompt response!

Bruce was great! He came out quickly, was very professional and wouldn’t leave until the problem was fixed. Don’t flush wipes down the toilet! They will clear your trap, but not your pipes.

I called at 11am and someone was at our house before 2pm! I was very impressed with the seamless process to get someone to investigate our issue. Our technician Rondell was very professional and explained every part of the process to me. After diagnosis, he gave me multiple options to consider and gave me the reasons for choosing each option. He left the work area very clean when he was done. We will definitely use again!

We got a new tub put in, they changed the valves and faucet and even replaced the flange and hose on the toilet for free. the job to put in a new tub, valve and convert it to a single knob, and a new faucet was 1,680. they even cut away the wall and cleaned it up to make sure we could get the drywall and tiles back up easier. After each step they actually cleaned up after themselves! great price, great workers and great work!

Patrick was able to take on a tricky installation with several challenges. He provided a solution that has been working perfectly (for 6+ months)! Other companies would only take on part of the installation, but he did it all on one day. I would have done this project much earlier if I knew then what I know now. Next time Fenwick Plumbing will be my first call and I'll be requesting Patrick!

I had an emergency situation a little after midnight. The main shut off valve inside the house was not turning all the way, and I did not have a water meter key to shut off the water supply outside, so I was in panic mode. I called JEA first. I was told that I would get some assistance in 2,5 – 3 hours. Then I hopped on Google and dialed the fist 24/7 plumbing company I could find just to learn that no one was available at that moment, and I needed to wait till morning. The next company I called was Bill Fenwick Plumbing. I explained what happened to the customer service agent, and the technician arrived within an hour or so. John, the tech, was very polite and professional. As soon as he entered my house, he knew exactly what to do. He walked me through the entire process and went above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns even though it was 2:30 am. He did such an outstanding job. I could tell John is a hard worker and is very proud to work for this company. Thank you, Bill Fenwick Plumbing! You have one happy customer.

Bill Fenwick Plumbing is the only company I will ever call for my future plumbing needs. His technician and apprentice showed up on time and were extremely courteous and professional. When the job was complete it was as if the gas line had always been there and everything else was exactly how they found it. Quality work at a reasonable price is hard to find today!

They are very easy to get ahold of. I liked that I got an up-front price for the job. Other companies would only tell me an hourly rate. I do wish there was a company that did plumbing and would repair the wall afterwards.

We had an awesome experience with Bill Fenwick. They completely remodeled 3 bathrooms for us. They performed a total tear out of the Walls, Floors, and Fixtures, and then replaced everything. It was a total remodel from the ground up. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. You could tell that they were focused in making sure that the customer was completely satisfied. They were readily available which was great but price was so high would not ever use again. Called them to replace an RO faucet. Already had the new faucet and had already removed the old one! He arrived at 1:25, left at 2:00 and he had a smoke brake in there, cost $218. ($89 Diagnostic Fee and $129 Minor Faucet Adjustment)Thank you for calling. We had a few minor plumbing issues in our home that we wanted to ask about, as well as getting a drain unclogged. All of our questions were answered and the plumber gathered the information he needed (and our drain got fixed) all in a quick appointment. The plumber was professional and able to answer our questions in a way we could understand. Also I love that there's an on the way text and email with a photo of the plumber for safety.

As far as I’m concerned, they are the ONLY plumbing company I’d ever call again. Scott replaced 2 bathroom sink faucets and did an outstanding job. On time, fair pricing (you get what you pay for) and professional with every detail. Prompt communication, available same day. Companies like this make my day and give me hope for America.

Good experience overall, the technician arrived at the start of the service time frame and was ready to get started. The job took about as long as I anticipated and afterwards he explained the work that was done. Based on this experience I would recommend them and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing work.

Good experience. The girl in the office was super friendly, and the company was very communicative, which I appreciated. Text updates every step of the way! They gave me a four-hour window, but I got a text within the first hour that Matt (Gray) was on his way...that was also much appreciated. We were getting High water bills . City said it wasn't on them . Called Fenwick and they came out next day . Repaired pipe next to water meter. The staff there are always helpful . I have also used Fenwick for my heat pump system . They always make things right.

Update #2: DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! they never called me so I called them this morning. After a long hold I was told a manager would call me back. I also learned that the response from the “owner” to my original response is not the owner. Its a department that responds to post. Just another Fraud. However manager did call me back and is refunding the 259 and said he would deal with the tech.Update: I have called twice wrote the review and still have not received a call even though “owner” responded it would be shortly!!DO NOT CALL! FENWICK QUOTED ME OVER $9000 DOLLARS THAT ANOTHER COMPANY REPAIRED FOR $275 DOLLARS!!! This is what happened.... About a week ago I called fenwick to unclog a drain . The tech the first time advised the entire house was stopped up and addressed the issue. It was a 99 dollar special with a warranty he was good and did quality work. So this week the property had another stoppage so called them back under the warranty and they sent out a different tech. This tech advised he could not unclog the drain and my drainage pipe had collapsed under the house. He charge 259 dollars and I asked why he said because he did a lot of work and it was different drain. Tech said the next step would be to call out their camera people to go down the drain to see where the issue is. He said that would be another 775 dollars. He said the total job would be approx 6500 dollars to replace the one drain after I paid the 775 dollars to have camera scope. I declined. I got a call from their dispatch wanting me to schedule the camera tech for 775. I asked her if the tech has already quoted me 6500 and already spent 259 why would I spend another 775 dollars. She corrected me to say the estimate is for 8141 dollars and had to have the camera scope. I declined. Later in day I called them back questioning the 259 repair and the warranty. The person filed a report for me to get a call from management and have not received a return call after 2 days. What makes it worse, I called out another company that was able to clear the drain for 275 dollars and advised the pipe had not collapsed. What a fraud the Fenwick company is running. I would have had spent over 9000 dollars for a unnecessary repair. I also spent the rest of the day filing insurance claims and stressed that I had no kitchen water and facing a 9000 dollar repair. All of it was unnecessary!!! Really sad they can operate a business in this manner and put people through this! Just not right!!

I recently bought a new home in Jacksonville and wanted to get the house piped for LP gas and have a tank installed. I saw that Fenwick received high ratings on Home Advisor and call for an estimate. Now let me say first that I don’t always get several quotes on projects. If I’m comfortable with a contractor then the price can be secondary. However, I found Fenwick’s estimate of $6000 to pipe into just three of my home appliances was extremely high. This estimate was only for the inside piping and did not include the tank installation or outside piping to the tank. Actually I considered it to be outrageously high for what should be a one day job for two employees. I then called and received two other estimates for about half the cost. I don’t mind paying a little more for being comfortable with a contractor, but I do mind it when a company throws out a ridiculous estimate just to see if I’ll go for it.

Originally received a quotes s I was considering having the work done. When we called to have the work done the price was higher, so I cancel the order. When I wrote the review the owner called to resolve the issue. Because he took the time and effort to address the issue and supported original quote we had the work done. The work was done professionally, efficiently and with quality. We have had no issues since. I would use them again.

Extremely expensive and uncooperative in their invoicing! For $810 they repaired a pipe in the wall of my garage which entailed moving the water softener, cutting a 2’ square hole in the wall and performing a simple repair. The insurance company said they would pay for the “non” repair related activities such removing the water softener and cutting a hole in the wall to expose the leak. Also included in the price was a return trip to reconnect the water softener which was not required since I connected it myself.Fenwick refused to provide any details in the charge or breakdown of the activities to allow me to recover any of them from the insurance company. They also refused to remove the cost of a return trip to reconnect the water softener which was not even performed.While the repair was performed well, I feel the cost of the repair was excessive and their refusal to even discuss any breakdown or reduction for services not provided Is most unsatisfactory.

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. He took care to explain the A/C problem to me and to check that my part was still under warranty. Ryan answered all my questions and concerns leaving me a very happy and satisfied customer.

We were terribly disappointed with the estimate we received for a small kitchen appliance replacement. We were told the estimate would be $700 to replace our kitchen garbage disposal. We went on to home advisors and received two other pros to contact. We contacted one of them they arrived the next day, replaced the garbage disposal and saved us over $400 from Fenwick‘s Estimate. I think people need to be aware that there are many people in town who can give you a better price on your projects

Michael arrived to install two new shower pans, shower valves and drains at our home. He did a great job, passed inspection and was professional and courteous throughout. These are not easy jobs and he spent his time to ensure the job was done right.

Fenwick was the only plumbing company that would come out for a free estimate. After confirming no local plumbing companies would come out for an estimate, I called Fenwick. They were able to come out the next day and also coordinate a dry wall company to meet on the same day. Cody Kauffman was polite and competent. He arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. He wore his mask when we interacted.

In the process of getting a new insurance company, they found that my bathroom sink supply line was corroded and I needed to replace it to be insured. It worked perfectly fine with no leaks, no issues. Brandon from Bill Fenwick came out to replace the line, which took less than an hour and cost me over $700. After he left, I tried to use the sink but the water had not been turned back on. When I turned it on, water started GUSHING from the repaired supply lines. Basically, I just paid $700 to have someone come in and make my sink completely unusable. How a plumber would not even bother to turn on the water to make sure that everything is OK is beyond me, but this is completely unacceptable.

Our rental company said it’d take days to get someone to come out, diagnose, and fix the problem. We didn’t want to wait so we called Fenwick. Ryan showed up really fast and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He walked us thru everything with ease and comfort. He’s so knowledgeable, kind, fast, and efficient. We will definitely be calling Ryan for a new system soon!

What a joke. I called them to see about quoting out a job for me. I wanted to install a tankless water heater in our home. They wanted to charge me $89 just to give me a quote for the water heater and the install. What a racket. If that's how they do business, I'd suggest everyone look elsewhere.

Huge sewer replacement project completed by Fenwick. Their Plumber, Steven was professional and knowledgeable. Steven and his helper, Zach replaced the sewer lines underneath the house and to the street. When they removed the grass they did it in a way that they were able to replace it without even knowing that anything had been done. I would Recommend them and I would use them again.

The plumber on the job did satisfactory work, nothing exceptional, but was misleading on the fees. They charged $750 for a very simple repair that another quality plumber would have done for less then half. I also found their scheduler to be unprofessional. Would strongly encourage anyone reading this to use another plumber and/or plumbing company.

Steve was at my home in the early hours of Sunday morning to repair a broken spigot that required that we shut off the water to our home for several hours. He could not have been more pleasant, quick and did a great job. I will absolutely be using Fenwick for all of my future plumbing needs.

I had a small leak at the back of my bathroom drain. I was told in order to fix it they had to go through the wall and take out some pipes. I was quoted a price of 700-900. In the middle of the work my sink was broken off the wall. I had to wait a full week for a replacement and then wound up paying the labor to get the sink replaced. After the work one of the sinks suddenly didn't work right and they told me I needed another one and that it was just old. It worked perfectly before. The total bill was almost a thousand dollars. Not a great experience.

John and Cody are an awesome plumbing team! They did a complete repiping of our home and did a super quality job. They really take pride in their work and in giving excellent customer service. I called to get a quote and make an appointment. I was told I would get a quote once the workers arrived to see the job ? I needed two faucets hooked up. I had already purchased the faucets and no other parts were needed. Upon showing up, the plumber wanted to see what the job would be. They quoted me a price of 858.54, I said that seems very high! He immediately drops 50 diollars, ?then 100 dollars, ?then calls his manager to drop even more. Against my better judgement, I let them do the work, only because I needed my kitchen back.I called Fenwick and left two messages to speak to a manager, which I never heard back. Shame on Fenwick for being so greedy. We won’t be using them again.

We had an issue at the water meter where a part of the pipe corroded through and water was just streaming out of it. We had used Bill Fenwick plumbing before when in the same area of pipe it was struck by lightening and we were happy with the results. This time I cannot say the same from the service call. The plumber had an apprentice with him and so it seemed anything they did took twice as long including getting out of the truth upon arrival. That was at least 10 minutes and when dealing with quarter hour increments every little bit of time matters. The invoice didn't list a start or a stop time and they also didn't have the part which meant waiting for that to be brought to them. However, I am greatly pleased with the outcome in that I called and left a message over my concerns of being overcharged and Bill Fenwick was very quick to call back and very polite. He gave us a discount of 30 minutes time off what we paid and he is to issue a check back to us today. That puts the cost inline with what we had paid on the previous call when the lightening had struck and that was actually the amount we had anticipated.

Matt, my service tech was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and determined to resolve my issue. Gave me some of tips on how to prevent future issues and suggested several services for future help. Second time using Bill Fenwick and because of Matt, I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

Tech took measurements of sink and said job would be less than two hours and that I would receive estimate the next day. I had to call for estimate after waiting one week from promised time. I then received estimate of $1,750 for labor only and not including sink when Tech said the estimate would include sink. Very disappointed!

Used their HVAC service for inspections on 3 properties. When i set up the appointments I had Fenwick call the tenants for scheduling. One of my tenants did not keep their appointment. I called the office when I found out and told them I would have the tenant call and re-schedule. When the tenant called they were told I would have to call. I fired my' last company because they couldn't follow directions. All I can say is I was disappointed.

The technician Jesse Wilson made me feel that I took the right decision about calling your company to do service in my house because he was very knowledgeable on his job performance, he did a clean job, I was very impressed with his service, and he was able to answer all my questions. He deserve a higher pay rate and more than 5 stars....

Fenwick has a grade A crew working for them. They were punctual, respectful of me and my home, they were not sketchy at all, they dealt with all of my concerns, and they did a phenomenal job on my work. I had a new central ac unit replaced by Fenwick. The crew removed every single old, rotten or corroded pipe, wire, disconnect, power outlet etc. From my home. The Lennox AC system they installed has a very nice finish and looks like it will survive in the FL humidity for about twenty years. I got a 16 seer 3 ton unit with a merv 16 filter, a uv light on my coils and a reme halo uv light in my duct for a great price in my opinion. The competitors were offering a lesser energy efficient model with a normal filter and no UV lights for only 300 dollars less. I got 5 appraisals and went with Fenwick and as they say, good things come to those that wai. 5* 100% A+ rating to Fenwick and their crew.

I hired Bill Fenwick Plumbing via phone today around 8:30 AM for a stopped drain. I was told I'd be put in a 12 to 5 PM time frame for service. When asked if I wanted to add any additional information to my service call, I explained that I was a music teacher and that I'd be teaching until 2 PM and it would be best if the service people could come after my lessons. Two fellows arrived @ my home @ 1:50 PM. Tyler and his assistant Justin worked on my kitchen sink for approximately twenty minutes while I was teaching. When they arrived I noted the time as I too work by the hour.They began making a good deal of noise as they were clearing out the pipe with an electrical snake . I gave my student a few minutes extra for his lesson due to the interruption to his lesson and we concluded the lesson at 2:12 PM. The fellows notified me that the drain was clear just before I concluded the lesson. They went to the truck to do the paperwork and fifteen minutes later while I was trying to clean up the mess left behind one of the fellows came back with a bill. My student had long gone and I was wondering what took so long to scribble a few words on a piece of paper. When he told me I was being charged for forty five minutes of service it all came into focus! They need to be at my property for forty five minutes (working or not) so that the GPS will varify the time they are claiming to have worked. I questioned the fellow with his final bill and told me it took them forty five minutes to clear my sink drain. I told him it did not! It was completer in under twenty minutes. He insisted it was forty five. I paid the bill and told him I will NEVER call Bill Fenwick Plumbing Inc. again! He sat in front of my house in his truck for another ten minutes before he left! Mr. Fenwick, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR POLICIES AND YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!

We had rennai hot water heater installed today. Vollie was our sales person and showed up on time and took a quick look to see what materials he needed to give us a very good price. The plumbers Travis and Zack showed up exactly on time. We received a phone call when they were on the way and also received an email to let us know also. Travis and Zack did a professional installation and cleaned up as if they hadn't even been there. Everything is working great and we now get to enjoy instant hot water. This company is awful. They were supposed to be at my house between 12&4, but didn't show up until 9:30 in the evening just to charge me $300.00 and do absolutely nothing to my ac system. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES.

I had been through a nightmare experience with a contractor who abandoned my bathroom renovation when Bill Fenwick plumbing came in and took over. What a difference! Professional, courteous, neat, and kind - the receptionist explained everything every step of the way, and let me know exactly when the plumbers would be arriving. Darryl arrived on time, was neat, clean, courteous, and treated my house as if it were his own. He explained everything and gave me several choices to fit my budget. Fenwick also has a tile team to help with big jobs like my shower. They give you detailed, written estimates, are honest, and unlike other contractors, stand by their work and their word. George Fennwick, Crystal and Travis have all been extremely helpful assisting with our water repairs and doing a fair price after a local hardware company created a massive water damage in our home. We have been using the Fennwick team for the past three years+ (since we moved to the Jacksonville area).Both Travis and Bubba have been our main technicians and the entire team is always clean, knowledgeable, patient with your questions and timely. I contacted Fenwick because they were running a special on the HVAC tune-up service. I submitted a contact request after 5:30pm on a Friday and received a call to schedule on Saturday around noon. I was impressed: I wasn’t expecting a call until Monday at the earliest.I received reminders and updates on the status of my appointment, and received a call from the HVAC tech, Michael, when he was on the way. Michael was professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain what he was looking at and what his findings were. I did not feel like Michael tried to use industry jargon to keep me from understanding anything. Michael also gave me recommendations on what to replace or watch out for with my aging system, but did not pressure me into doing anything immediately. Jose went beyond his contracted duties of installing our amazing new tankless hot water heater by somehow clearing our old galvanized pipes and we now have water pressure like never before. Very disappointed. Although they came out quickly, when we called, they would not honor the coupon they advertised. The price for the repair was a few hundred dollars higher than expected, but we agreed as we needed the repair completed quickly. When we noticed a problem with the repair that night, we called them back right away. The technicians came back out the next morning and were very rude and disrespectful. They refused to correct the issue unless we paid an additional amount. We called another company who helped us out.

Fenwick is now our go to plumber! Patrick installed a Rinnai RUR199i Tankless water heater after removing our old 75 gallon tank that took up the entire corner of our garage. While we were saving space, he replaced the water softener and moved it to the side of the house (buried half way down for HOA compliance). Now we have hot water on demand (w/recirculating pump) to power through three showers, dishwasher and kitchen sink all at the same time!Patrick was one of the most professional plumbers I have ever hired. I called to get a quote and make an appointment. I was told I will get a quote once the workers (John and his helper) showed up. I needed my hot water heater repaired or changed out. I had already purchased the heater and all parts needed just in case the old hot water heater couldn’t be repaired. Upon showing up I showed John my hot water heater and he immediately stated it had to be replaced without even inspecting the old one. They quoted me a price of over $1000.00 which I declined since most plumbing companies quoted me a price from $300.00 to $600.00. This visit cost me $89.00 for them to do absolutely nothing. When I suggested that they open up the hot water heater to see the problem, John stated there was no need to.??????

I spent over $650.00 in replacing some sink fixtures. I just called them back and they admit that the original installers did not install them properly. I had to pay an additional $140.00 charge because they said they only warrant their labor for 30 days. I find that incredible. I might add this is the first complaint that I have ever put on the web.

Fenwick was the only plumbing company that said they were open 24/7 that responded with a next day appt after 5 :30pm on a Thursday with a holiday weekend approaching(veterans day) another plumbing company told me it would be the following Tuesday. The Technician did a great job, but the prices are very high. I had a Toilet bowl changed, $600 for 2 hours of labor and I supplied all the parts. I don't think I can continue to afford them for future work.

Bill Fenwick Plumbing replaced an ancient hot water heater in a cramped location. Matt, our service tech, was gracious and polite. His workmanship was excellent. it was installed the same day it started leaking. I will definitely recommend Bill Fenwick Plumbing.

Eighty three year old mother a great grandma needed hose bib replaced and called Fenwick.Tech came out Tuesday morning and was quoted approx $320. Great grandma showed him a 2019 Christmas $50 off gift cert sent by his company a few months ago that expires this Summer. He suggested it was really old poo pooing it. Then said he would deal with it when repair was done in final bill. Took him 15-20 minutes to fix. Was at jobsite less than an hour and he upped bill to $365 and then honored gift cert by jacking bill up to charge in fact original quote.Great grandma called office that afternoon complaining about high priced job that Larry Teague quoted $205 for. They said a manager would call back within 24hrs. She called next morning and was again told manager would contact us back in 24hrs. Still no time for management to call back and share why bill was so high, but Ive got time to share this review.Used company for installing water heater and labor was comparable to this. Customer is 83yr young fixed income woman. Im her son and will compensate her for this bad experience but wont use Teague again.

Sad day for Jacksonville. Fenwick was acquired by another company back in April. They did jobs for me for years with excellent work and reasonable prices. New management quoted me a price that was rapacious! 500% more than standard and what I paid new plumber for the job. It makes me sad to see Fenwick name attached to these price gougers. So bad it may run afoul of FL dept professional regulation. Especially if this has happened with Seniors and vulnerable citizens. Always get a 2nd quote!

Michael Bryant was our technician. He did a great job replacing our toilet. We encountered a few problems along the way which Michael addressed and solved like the professional he is. The job was quite extensive and was accomplished perfectly.

Just want to give you a fair warning that if you call this company for service they are very quick to respond and with a price that will have your head spinning once your handed the bill. The only company I’ve ever dealt with where nothing is itemized and when I called into challenge the $393 labor for 1:58 minutes and the $309 equipment I was basically given the speech where they justify all charges and attempt to make you feel like you got a bargain. Even grocery stores itemized purchases but not these folks and everything is based on their systems which make no sense/CENTS at all. Shower still leaks so I want to thank them for allowing me the opportunity to call another plumbing company to come fix what did not leak prior to them entering into my home. Although they may have a pretty good reputation in the city of Jacksonville I will share with you that I will never use these folks again. Not telling you what you should or shouldn’t do when it comes to plumbing but please just make sure that you bring your wallet and are willing to pay for services rendered without any itemized bill or chance to challenge without listening to somebody tell you that the charges were justified and you basically got a deal. I have a deal… Call another plumbing company!!!

Honestly, they came to our rescue. At 7pm on the day before Christmas Eve, our pipe under our sink broke. They had Allen come out and he was fantastic, friendly, and even got along well with my puppy. I couldn’t ask for a better service, and honestly Allen made my Christmas. Thank you so much!!!

BEWARE PRICE GOUGERS!!! This place is an absolute joke. I got 3 estimates to repipe my home ( in coming water lines and out going drain lines) Fenwick gave me an estimate of $31,000. Yes thirty one thousand!!!! This is a 2 bathroom, 1 story block home with all plumbing in the crawl space under house. Other quotes were around $10,000 and $4,500. They are price gouging out the a.. I couldn’t even believe it when the said the price. Said $22,000 just to do drain pipes alone, thought they were joking or meant to say $2,200. Nope they were serious. All I can say is wow. Do not use them and make sure to get other estimates first if you do plan to use them because chances are you can get your project done for at least half or a third of what they try to charge you. Plus most places do free estimates they want $89 but they waived that do to mine being a full repipe job they said they wouldn’t charge for the estimate.

Robert was great! He re-piped the whole house and installed a tankless water heater. He went out of his way to explain everything, and did a walk-thru with us when the job was done. Highly recommend!

We recently hired Bill Fenwick Plumbing to install all of our kitchen/bathroom fixtures and they did an excellent job...there were a few challenges but they stayed and stayed until they got everything perfect. But the main reason for this review is after they finished their work on Friday, November 17th, I had to call them back out on Saturday, the 18th to replace our hot water heater....they fit us in to their Saturday schedule (which is mostly unheard of for plumbers) and brought and installed a new water heater....I cannot say enough good things about Bill Fenwick Plumbing....very pleased with their entire job. I called Fenwick out to a new investment property that needed to have the sewer lines replaced for a 3 bathroom home. I was charged $350 to diagnose the issue, which I thought was a rip off in itself, but was willing to accept, as they had to crawl under the house and diagnose the issue. Fenwick then proceeded to quote $13,000 to do the work. This proposal only included replacing the waste lines to the clean out in front of the house and did not include potential replacement of the sewer line from the clean out to the JEA sewer tap. I was also told that this would be a FOUR DAY JOB. I took Fenwicks estimate to other plumbers and ended up getting the job done for $7,000 including everything in Fenwicks scope of work AND replacing the line between the clean out and JEA.I was really hesitant about leaving a 1 star review for a company that didn't do any actual work for me, but I can't think of any other way to warn people that there are other options out there who will do the work for half the cost of companies like Fenwick. Do your homework and educate yourself before hiring a plumber!

Ronald was smart and explained everything very well. We'll have him back soon to help with our water filter and install a new dishwasher. He's the best and Fenwick is our goto for all of our plumber needs.

They were unable to fix our clogged drain, but charged us for it anyway. If you can't get the job done you certainly shouldn't be charging people for your lack of ability in clearing a drain. I don't know how their other services fair, but these guys are incapable when it comes to plumbing.

We had an emergency plumbing situation on the evening of June13th. Not only did employee Matt G. show up VERY quickly, but he resolved our issue even more quickly, while speaking to my husband about how to prevent such problems in the future. Water valve broke in shower. Called Fenwick. Alfred Watson was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I thought the price was fair and he explained what needed to be replaced. I will ask for him if the need arises again.

BEWARE! You are on quoted an $89.00 trip fee. I needed a toilet replaced. The toilet and material were provided. One and a half hours to install. Ripped off for $415.00. No explanation on invoice of services provided for how many man hours. Be sure you get a price before they come out. After toilet install was told flat fee. Paid $276/ per hour. Let that sink in!

Update to my review below.... Tray Fenwick called me after reading the review and offered a partial refund.This company is too expensive and im not sure what I paid $393.00 for. The Technician took my gas water heater apart. Then did a leak test on my gas line. Quoted me for a new water heater. Took about 1.5 hours. Then charged me $393.00. There was no time or materials on the invoice. I put my water heater back together. Considering everything he did I don't think it was worth what I paid for. And I still don't have hot water. I will not use this company again. Too expensive. The Technician was friendly and apologized for the expensive invoice.

My technician flushed my tankless water heater and connected my outdoor grill to the gas line. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He found a corrosive pipe and was able to provide an estimate and schedule the repair.

She cared that I didn’t have hot water for a week and once we talked she was able to solve a complicated problem quickly and the next working day I had hot water and everything that she promised with a professional plumber! First of all: The plumbers were great, Jimmy and Mark. They were friendly, quick, and knew exactly how to fix my problem.But: Know that they charge a $149 fee just for showing up at your door. This would have been useful knowledge to me, and I hope it is useful to someone else.

Allen was great! Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He genuinely cared about my concerns and explained to me my options. It was a pleasure meeting him and having my installation done by him.

Got home Sunday.. went to turn the water on at the main house valve. The valve failed in the closed position. Called Fenwick who promptly dispatched a plumber. Plumber arrived - wasn't sure he could turn the water off at the street (he wasn't sure it shut all the way). Gave up - left after trying to encourage the house-valve to open. No water overnight. 2nd company arrived Monday morning - shut the water at the street, replaced the house-main-valve - and all done in about 45 minutes. Why couldn't Fenwick pull off the same thing the evening before?

Randy discussed the scope of work and expertly performed the emergency repair of leaking shut-off valve and piping. Very happy that was called and offered earlier appointment - moved up from next day - due to unexpected schedule opening.

On June 18, 2015, my wife was quoted a price per quarter hour plus a service charge to clean the drain from a double sink in our kitchen. After the work was satisfactorily completed the next day my wife paid with a personal check the $361.00 bill that turned out to be $75.00 in excess of the price quoted the previous day. On June 20 Mr.Trey Fenwick stated that the difference was an equipment charge.The bill did not state the arrival and departure times of the two workmen (one of whom had to be called to our home by the other), the number of quarter hours, the charge for each quarter hour, the service charge, and the equipment charge.Mr. Trey Fenwick refused to reduce the price by the overcharge and refused to return the check, so I stopped payment on June 21 at a cost to me of $36.00 and sent a long letter detailing the events to Mr. Bill Fenwick, to which he replied by telephone five days later, as he had been out of town. I informed him that when his company reduced the price by the overcharge and the bank charge for the stop payment order and returned the check my wife would pay the correct balance of $251.00, by credit card. The check was returned in three days with a note by Mr. Bill Fenwick of the correct amount. My wife then called the company's office and paid the amount with the promised credit card. The entire process was very distasteful to my wife and to me.I may add that the company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau of Jacksonville, so this is my only avenue of alerting the public of my dislike of Bill Fenwick Plumbing.

My hot water heater broke earlier this week. We called TECO gas who suggested we put in a tankless hot water system. TECO also suggested Bill Fenwick Plumbing. The next day Volle came over and gave us a quote. He was very professional and helpful. He scheduled us for a tankless hot water system the next day. Mike Fenwick and his assistant Josh came to do the install. Couldn’t be more happy with their service and professionalism. They even took care of my salt softener system while there. Unbelievable service. Recommend them highly.

Had a very positive experience. They came out (on time) and installed an alarm on my grinder septic tank pump. They cleaned out blockage (nasty work and very hot) and fully explained how my lift station worked in conjunction with three other conjoined units. They raked my mulch aside and then put it back. Since my system is buried, I was clueless. Had a major flood last fall and wanted to prevent a duplication. It took me a while to find the right company to address my concerns - other plumbers, pump companies, electric guys were not helpful. I wish I had called Fenwick sooner. Thank you John & Tyler!Ellen

Way over priced. Needed to valves for washer hookup changed. Tech made it sould like he would have to cut into walls. Quote 300. Ended up being 15 min of work and no cutting. Wil not use them again.

Not five stars, because generator is still not operational but not because Cody didn't try everything. Cody came to install a generator to my home propane tank. It took about 3 trips with extra parts mailed from manufacturer before Cody concluded (correctly) it was an unsafe design for what we wanted to do, and for what the generator manufacturere said we could do. As a result, I got a full manufacturer refund.

I’m only giving one star because zero wasn’t possible. Fenwick wanted $171 to replace a rubber toilet flapper, a $5-10 item. I chose not to repair it because of the high price and they gouged me with an $89 “diagnostic fee.” Whatever happened to free estimates? Stay away from Fenwick if you don’t like being gouged.

The technician Steve Hancock was awesome. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and took his time walking me through the process. He fixed an ongoing issue that another (shady) company failed at fixing. I only called them because of their ad. plumber gets here and wants to quote me by the job and no talk of actually hourly rate. You can tell he did not want to do the job for 100 dollars as the as said. He told me the website was wrong and the people I talked to were wrong and were being updated??? its a con job. We had a garbage disposal installed today. The young man was pleasant, personable and professional. However, I feel the price was way out of line. We were quoted $698.00 and ended up paying $566.00. This does seem to be high. Am I wrong?

Randy found a leak that occurred when we had our refrigerator changed out and delivery company caused a leak in water connection for ice maker. Water had been leaking for nearly 24 hours, Randy located and repaired the problem quickly.

There is nothing good to say about this company. Hire them if you want someone to cancel appointments every day. They left my 91 year old father with a slab leak which ruined a pad and carpet and required mold remediation and no hot water, for well over a week. They do not work weekends, and would set appointments then come up with another “emergency” and cancel. Perhaps they only have one plumber.To use the bathroom or wash his hands, my dad had to go outside, turn on the water, hurry back to do his business, then go back out to shut the water off. He was heating water on the stove to do dishes.This company needs to shut its doors.

I used this plumbing company a couple of months ago when the house had some issue main drain line clogging. They unclogged it and one month later, the drain line became clogged.The drain line overflew and a lot of waste stuffs came out of the drain plug and to the pavement. I called the Bill Fenwick to ask about the possible reason and if they had done the job properly. One lady took my phone call and told me that she would check with the relevant plumber and keep me posted. It has been a while and i haven't get any update from this company. Based on my experience, i wouldn't recommend this company at all.

I emailed fenwick plumbing 1-27-14 at 5:15pm I received a response email with in five minutes. on 1-28-14 8:00am I received a follow up call to schedule an appointment the young lady on the phone was very up beat and full energy. WOW!!! the plumbers were here at 2:00pm as promised. they were very professional and able to solve the problem in less than an hour. The best thing about this service call it was very affordable.

We highly recommend Bill Fenwick coming to our rescue the Friday before Thanksgiving. After we had found toxic black mold on the wall behind our couch. We had a certified inspection (L.L. Spencer) to confirm the black mold and the remediation was performed by Puroclean(shout out), we got Bill Fenwick to fix a lead in the wall that was the cause of the mold according to the inspection. The plumbers came out and saw the leak was from an orange coupling on a orange water pipe that was connected to the main water further down. The plumbers called their supervisor for consultation. When the supervisor saw the configuration, he had never seen anything like it before, in his 40 yrs. of experience. The supervisor called plumbing inspectors from Duval and St. Johns counties to see if they new anything about it, they had not. Then the supervisor called the St. Johns building inspector, who also had not seen this. The supervisor was about to call the St. Johns fire marshal when building inspector found deep in the state building code the pipe configuration was legal. The Bill Fenwick plumbing supervisor made sure we at least had water over the weekend and was going to talk to Bill Fenwick about making the repair. This was 4:30 Friday afternoon. At 6 p.m. the supervisor called and told me Bill Fenwick said they could fix the leak. So Monday morning, the supervisor shows with parts to fix the leak and a plumber who was certified to work on sprinkler systems. We were told that written permission was needed for plumbers to buy sprinkler parts. The leak was fixed and we had good Thanksgiving and so far so good. So a big thanks to Bill Fenwick, supervisor Vollie and plumber Steve, Bubba and the plumber/sprinkler man Jose.

We had an issue, the owner, Bill went beyond to make everything more than right. I also happen to know that after the hurricane, he went out and bought the best chainsaw he could buy and selflessly went around helping the victims of the storm. Bill Fenwick is a man of integrity...hard to find. How can you pick a better company than this?!

TO BE FAIR, I DID NOT USE THE PLUMBER BUT....They want to charge an $89 service fee for an estimate. We are looking to install an additional outdoor spicket so I have no idea how much it will be but they did state on the phone upfront there would be a fee and I politely declined. Guess they don't need business too badly if they would not even do an estimate. So be sure to ask if there is a fee before scheduling any estimates/trips

If you are in the process of purchasing a home and need plumbing inspected, this NOT the place for you. We called twice to get have someone come out for an inspection of and get a quote on a replacing old plumbing. The first call was never returned and during the second call the young lady politely informed us that they will not give quotes unless you own the home. We explained we were purchasing the home and was told we had to be “owners” before they would come out.

I have used Fendwick Plumbing for years and they also do AC work as well. The show up on time do a professional job and don't charge an arm and a leg which is greatly appreciated in today's economy. Next time we are calling Bill Fenwick FIRST! They had a technician at our home within an hour and the repair was done fast and complete. When it comes to mold, we didn't want to wait around and two other plumbers had already had us waiting five days.

Called fenwick to clear a clog in our sewer line. Plumber came out and said the system was too old and couldnt help me with the clog, to much liability, could only bid to replace the entire system. The plumber gave me a replacement bid and charged me $89 even though he did no work, said he gave me a discount. I called eagerton and they came out and cleared the clog for me.

They did a top shelf re-pipe job with a custom manifold system using pex pipe. they were v clean, neat & professional. The salesman followed up every step of the way to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

Micheal Arrived and immediately took in the information I could give him about the problem I was having. He unclogged my main sewage line from the C/O after another contractor said the only way was from the roof. He was easy to talk to and really knowledgeable.

Jose Echevarria gave excellent service in all respects. He fixed a problem with our Rennai tankless water heater that a previous plumber and electrician were unable to fix. We would like to have him for all plumbing services.

BIll Fenwick Plumbing was the first company (out of 3) to figure out why our tankless water heater was not working properly. Travis came out and assessed the situation that dealt with our tankless being in our attic which is sprayfoam. If it wasn't for his knowledge on this situation, we would have never found out our issues and still might be taking cold showers! Thank you Travis!!!

I had a problem with my hot water heater for a few months and my original plumber could not determine the problem. Eventually I contacted Bill Fenwick plumbing and Mike came to the house. Have not used Fenwick Plumbing before, but I sure got passed by one this morning. They were going so fast it blew me out of my lane. GLASS IN THE DISPOSAL.They could have sold me a new in sink disposal but the technician didn't. I broke a pyrex dish and a bunch of small glass pieces ended up inside the disposal. I thought, there is no way that I am going to reach in their to get those little pieces of glass out. I would end up with a cut up bloody hand. I was okay with the fact that the disposal would have to be replaced (its 18 years old anyway) but I didn't have the time to do it. So, I called Bill Fenwick Plumbing and the tech was at my house the next morning at 8 am. My wife calls me at work to tell me that he cleaned out the disposal and the cost was LESS THAN $100. Needless to say I was thrilled. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILL FENWICK PLUMBING SERVICES.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company came to redo the pluming the the building i am living in. They had to access pipes through the room i live in and they completely destroyed my room in the process. They are leaving holes in the wall over the weekend and moved furniture around with out replacing it. My clothes were thrown on the bed with out any regard and there were tools left through out my room. The most disgusting thing someone left was a Gatorade bottle with the dipping tobacco spit from one of the workers that was here. I’m beyond disgusted at the “service” they provided. I plan on taking legal action if they don’t remedy the situation.

Steve was great! He left our bathroom better than when he arrived. He was also good at answering questions from our three year old! We really appreciated the wonderful service.

I called in to get an exterior pipe repaired due to it cracking at the water spigot. The plumber shows up at 9:30 to get it fixed and water turned on but charges me $735 for less than an hour in time and maybe $30 in parts.We were in a tight spot and needed the water turned on so we had to move forward with it otherwise lose a paying guest. If this isn't taking advantage of a customer, I don't know what is.

They connected my gas grill to house natural gas outlet on the patio. They had to change the fittings on the Gas outlet In the wall. The technician was very professional, and friendly. He took time to listen to me and answered all my questions. I would use them again In a heartbeat if I ever need their services.

We had to call Bill Fenwick Plumbing due to an unusual set of circumstances, my wife was moving something off the shelf in our bathroom when the whole shelf came crashing down and knocked a large hole in the toilet bowl. We called Bill Fenwick that day and they sent someone out to install a brand new toilet the same day. They showed up on time and were very professional. Rude, nasty representative - don't know about the company but can't get past the rude person that answered the phone. I had an emergency, new house, less then 4 days, water leaking all over, and asked them to come out, but then I mentioned I needed an estimate on a hot water heater and she asked me what kind, how big was it, and I told her I had too much on my hands right now, with the water leaking all over in a house my husband just purchased, and I said, well they can look at it tomorrow, can't they? and she said, well, have a good day and hung up on me.What a rude company. They will never get my business.

Had another plumbing company install a gas tankless hot water heater and they couldn’t get it to work. After 5 days of no hot water we called TECO to find Bill Fenwick is one of 4 in Jax that are TECO certified. Jose came out and found exactly what the plumbers did wrong and then diagnosed that there was a problem on TECO’s end too. We got TECO out ASAP and they fixed it and got it right.

The gentlemen from Fenwick were prompt, helpful, cleaned up after themselves, and in and out in under an hour. I've used Fenwick Plumbing twice and both times received excellent service.

The gentlemen came out to fix a plumbing issue. Instead they fixed the wrong thing and now I have a big mess on side my home. They dug a 2.5 feet trench and I had to clean and fix their mess. I wish I can post pics on this review.

Extremely overpriced! They quoted $1400 for water heater replacement, which you can do for $850 with anyone else. Do your research before hiring them! I ended up paying $150 for their service call with no work done. Very disappointing.

Roots growing thru small hole near the clean out; roots were catching tissue paper and continually stopping the flow from house to sewer line, no toilets working. In July of 2020, I responded to an offer received in the mail from Fenwick for a $59 air conditioning tune-up. Our less than two year old Carrier heat pump was cooling the house but it ran continuously. Although this unit has been plagued with previous problems including two bad compressors and one failed TXV unit, I thought this immediate problem was one that could be corrected with this offer.A Fenwick appointment was made and Jeff Boone, the technician arrived on time wearing a COVID-19 protective mask. I also wore a mask. Jeff connected gauges with other test equipment and spent several hours performing tests. This included extensive testing which revealed another bad TXV unit.Although Jeff was certain of the problem he called Bryan Long who also came to the house wearing a mask. Bryan confirmed the TXV as the culprit & said he suspected this problem along with the other failures were due to an improperly installed heat pump from a previous company.Bryan suggested replacement of the entire system with a Lennox heat pump. I told Bryan I wanted to contact several other companies & he said to call him if he could be of any help.Six companies were contacted & five recommendations with quotes were received. Lastly, Fenwick was called and Bryan returned to our home.Several Lennox systems were explained including differences in operation, quietness, efficiency and price. Upon choosing the recommended variable speed heat pump coupled with a variable speed air handler & iComfort thermostat, Bryan initiated and completed a HVAC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT AGREEMENT.This agreement was presented to me along with a WARRANTY certificate and a FENWICK 5 star GUARANTEE which included 100% customer satisfaction. All of the documents were easy to read and the terms and conditions were extremely clear with no small print questionable exclusions. After signing this agreement I was promised the work would be done tomorrow beginning at 8 A.M.As promised, the next day two technicians, Donnie and Frank arrived on-time, wearing COVID-19 masks.They worked happily much of the day, and appeared to be having fun as they found solutions to several difficult problems. Later in the day Greg, the service & install manager arrived and this trio completed the job.After the system was fully operational, I encountered a problem as I attempted to pay my bill.Greg insisted that I should pay $500.00 less than the agreed upon price and he told me his reasoning. I refused to pay the bill and we wrangled back and forth until Greg eventually allowed me to pay the full amount.This system functions far above my highest expectations. Our home is evenly comfortable and the unit operates so incredibly quiet that I walked to the air handler several times to see if it was actually operating. Yes, each time it was operating but it was whisper quiet!Every person from Fenwick has been a joy to be around and I truly miss them as I feel we have become friends.This has been a most delightful experience as the Fenwick company has demonstrated and upheld their reputation of competence, honesty, integrity and fulfilled promises.

Based on my experience I will use David Gray in future. David Gray costs more but they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous which makes them worth the money.

Perhaps they are good for some big plumbing jobs as it is said in other reviews, but don’t call them if you have a small job that needs to be done. Their prices are way up high for that.

I initially had some challenges getting some work done, but once the owner became aware of the matter, he took personal ownership and got our plumbing installation scheduled and completed quickly and neatly.

Charged over $300 for a $20 part..not fixing the problem. Had to call back out to have them find the problem again then charged us again another $300 plus dollars..would not recommend....RIP off!

I don't normally write negative reviews, but I'm not used to being lied to...I had Fenwick come over to check out what I already knew was a dead water heater that needed replacement. Craig, the technician, was fast, courteous and professional. However, I was up-charged $75 over the agreed $89 diagnostic visit and he was in the house less than 15 minutes. After protesting the hidden fee (clearly company policy so I didn't blame the technician) I was told that the entire amount would be deducted from the price if I installed a new water heater with Fenwick. Fair enough. But when I called to book the installation the manager, Travis, refused to give me the $75 off. On top of that he was rude and extremely condescending. I was furious at the bait and switch and told him if he didn't take off the fee as was promised to me I would drop the order. He didn't budge, even though they were essentially charging $1000+ for the very basic and quick (well less than an hour) service of replacing a water heater. One would think that at the extremely high prices they charge Fenwick would treat their customers with a modicum of respect.
