This is my second time with Keith and he was just as congenial as the first. I have a great respect for his experience and knowledge. He was able to quickly determine the problem and just as quick was able to fix the issue. I would like to take a moment to say thanks to B.K. for his leadership and superior customer service. My father has been using Snyder since the 1970’s. He passed on his good experiences and now my household uses Snyder. Thank you for the great job. I highly recommend this company. I know what makes them a superhero.

Snyder did an amazing job helping us with our bathroom remodel! They took care of us from start to finish, communicating every step of the way. They maintained the original estimated price but went above and beyond in service! They built a walk-in shower, replaced all the faucets, installed a new water heater, and did a beautiful tile installation. 10/10 on all fronts!!

Had a repair done to a water line, under my kitchen sink, that stemmed to an outdoor water valve that had broken. Chris Peak was very helpful, efficient, and informative in what he was doing. Snyder-R&R electric. Mr. Sam Rankin and assistant updated my circuit breaker panel, installed a proper house ground and replaced various outlets. They were fairly priced and terrific to work with. They explained everything, worked quickly and cleaned up very well. They were so communicative and polite it was a pleasure to have them on the job. I highly recommend them and will certainly be calling them for any future electric work I need done.

We had a hole in our main kitchen pipe. They were wonderful! They were informative, helpful, polite, professional, everything we could want from a plumber.

Joe did an excellent job diagnosing the problem we were having and initiated orders to have our system replaced in a very timely manner. Will and Chuck followed up and did excellent installation on full system replacement then Dillon came and made necessary electrical component changes. Finally James and Ryan came and upgraded attic installation. All these guys worked very hard and completed the work quickly and efficiently. All very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process.

Elmer was our technician and he did a wonderful job repairing our AC unit. It was supposed to be a two-man job, but he got stuck out here all by himself for the majority of the day. He still kept a positive attitude and was really professional about it. Once the installation was complete he discovered that I had a bad fuse, he showed me how to replace it myself and save hundreds of dollars by doing so. He even followed up the following morning to make sure that everything worked out. Great experience overall, Snyder will be our go to company for plumbing and electrical needs from now on!

Exceptional experience today. Started last night when they had an emergency that pushed mine back and they contacted me to let me know... appreciate that attention!This morning i received a text that they were on their way with a picture of Juan, the plumbing expert. Similar to my wife's previous experience, Juan was an exceptional communicator. I was in meetings and he handled the business with minimal interruptions to me.He assessed, showed me his findings, and recommended solutions for me.All in all, though my first experience, via my wife, was rough, Snyder definitely provides exceptional, professional service in a time when it seems to be rare. They have earned me as a repeat customer.

From the moment we called to make an appointment this company has been great. The lady on the phone was extremely friendly and explained all the services that would be performed, what to expect and how much it would cost if no problems were found.The technician, Russell, called 30 minutes before he was due to arrive and was the nicest and most respectful guy. He even went the extra mile of cleaning the pad where my 3 AC units sit outside.After he was done, we went over everything he did and the recommendations.I truly wished more companies conducted business this way and hired more people like Russell.

Scheduling time was available for morning of the next day. Great response time and communication on the scheduled time and window of arrival. Bryan was awesome. He did what needed to be done quickly and made no mess at all. After he explained a few options and was very honest and up front about everything. He was also great with my dog who barks a lot.

Used Snyder to do several needed electrical repairs. Ron was courteous and efficient in his work. Overall, he did a great job and both my wife and I are very pleased with results. Will also add the Snyder provided service promptly whereas other shops were too busy and could not send anyone out until next month. Definitely will recommend Snyder.

Fantastic! A full crew came to my house. Fast and efficient! They removed the old system, installed the new. Spotless cleanup. Communicated with me thru the whole process. They explained the new system to me and showed me how to replace the filter and operate the thermostat. From start to finish, Snyder took care of all my needs. Snyder Plumbing Services (Zach Moore) did a great job! They came out and rebuilt the master shower and tub valves, secured all the pipes and tested everything when completed. The work areas were left clean and neat. Everything is working good at this time and there are no more leaks! Thanks guys!!

I got a free estimate on Monday and called them on Wednesday to install my electric water heater. They came out on Thursday promptly at noon. The plumber Mark was so respectful and explained what he was doing and the cost. He contacted the electricians Michael and Kyler to do the electrical work, which was done as efficiently as the plumbing was done. Three great guys that convinced me I will be using Snyder from now on.

Snyder contacted me a few months after my service contract had inadvertently lapsed to remind me that my unused system inspection and maintenance included in that contract did NOT expire. They scheduled an appointment, were prompt, courteous, accommodating of my hearing impairment and ensured everything was working properly. They checked in with me on the way, with photo identification so I would know who to expect. They didn't rush, but they didn't waste their time. And they followed safety protocols. They were equally professional when they notified me that the job had been completed and they were leaving. This company has now installed and serviced systems for me in multiple properties. I see no reason to do business elsewhere.

Let me tell you something about this company and the particular tech, they are spot on and swift. I needed an electrical wire fixed ASAP and these guys did just that in under 24 hrs. This has now been the 3rd Job Josh with Snyder has repaired electrical damages for My company and every time they get it taken care of that day! is 24 hrs fast? I needed some wiring work done at my breaker box and Troy was super helpful and explained all of my options before offering his recommendation. He didn't try to upsell, he gave me good value for money and was very professional. Highly recommend this business and will definitely use them again.

Used for electrician services. Very short notice and although the only available appointments were in the afternoon, I needed them in the morning due to an installation that was occurring that day and outlets had to be moved. They got here by 10:30am and did all necessary work before the installer got here. Very professional and personable. Not to mention they saved my behind! Many thanks!

My A.C. unit went out last night. Bryan made it here just after 8a.m. He was very professional, thorough and fast. They are also very reasonable in prices. Troy & Isaiah are amazing at what they do! They were very thorough during diagnosis. They quickly identified the issue with my outlet and repaired it quickly. In addition, they confirmed the issue was no longer present. I highly recommend using them for any electrical repairs.

Tyler came to replace/install new breaker panel. Had to remove the old one and install new one. Travis came for the initial consultation and explained in detail what needed to be done. I was extremely pleased with both of their professionalism, knowledge, and courteous demeanor. My mother is in late stage Alzheimer's and Snyder accommodated my request for timing of service. Our Service Person Joe Cook, was very knowledgeable, performed great service on our AC unite float & cleaned out all the crud inside & outside of house line. Then even had the part for a new condenser in his truck, so both applications were able to be serviced & replaced in 1 afternoon. Snyder is my choice for HVAC work. I’m very satisfied with them so I thought I would try them for some plumbing work. Luke came to my house today and performed a free safety and maintenance inspection on my plumbing. He’s also going to provide me a quote for some plumbing work I need and for other cosmetic-type plumbing work. I was very pleased with Luke. He was polite and professional. I could tell he was experienced and knew what he was talking about. He took his time and explained things and discussed options with me. Before he drove off he provided me with an electronic report card for my plumbing and aquote for some of the work. The other quotes were going to require a discussion with additional trade folks. I was pleased with Luke’s visit today and am happy I called Snyder for my plumbing needs.

Dan and his assistant (apologies for not remembering his name) were great! My father used Snyder’s services about a month ago, and when my own system began to struggle I knew exactly who to call. The 24/7 service line is great because I was able to schedule my appointment after hours and had A/C system fixed within 24 hrs! Thanks Snyder!

Chris did a good job of estimating complete replacement of old lead pipe plumbing. Explained company policy for satisfying warranty requirements and different options for work to be completed. Written estimate provided electronically immediately so I could begin decision making process. Good job Chris!

I had Snyder come out for a tune up of a working AC unit. I get home and my house is 76 degrees while it was set to 72. I’ve never had this problem in the 2+years of living here. I walk outside to condenser and it isn’t even on. There is no power to unit. I now can’t get ahold of anyone to come back out to fix the issue that they caused.

Juan and Alex (aka Money) did an incredible job today with my plumbing issues! They quickly diagnosed the problems, worked independently to fix multiple issues, cleaned up after themselves, and even fixed a problem that I didn’t know I had (low water pressure) at no additional charge! They gave me advice on how to minimize these issues from reoccurring and gave me guidance on how to unclog my own drains in the future. I was extremely happy with their services and will be recommending them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Had the pleasure of having our biannual a/c preventative maintenance serviced by Jake Anderson today. He was really knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Answered my million and one questions as a new home owner and explained everything really well. He offered some solutions and recommendations based on our needs as well. Have had really good experiences with Snyder and their technicians, so we purchased another yearly plan.

German Perez Arrived on time, listened to the diagnostics I had performed, painstakingly searched for Freon leak, found several issues, provided several warranty repair alternative part options. Also suggested some self maintenance techniques. Pro all around. You don’t want your condenser coil to look like the one in the photo, German from Snyder fixed it for me.

Hector and Cody were phenomenal! They did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my system as I just started a maintenance plan with Snyder. They offered suggestions for enhancements and efficiency improvements, and options to extend the life of my system. They explained every option and answered every one of my questions with no pressure to do things I didn't feel that I needed to. I hope they will be the team that conducts my bi annual maintenance going forward! For many businesses, customer service is not truly the priority it is advertised to be , but I have to give it to these guys... they mean it. I had an issue with how a Snyder employee went about their work and pricing process when at my house for an issue at my meter. I provided written feedback about the issue and the ultimate outcome , which was me using another company for that work.They had a manager(John) come by my house and chat with me face to face to understand my concern and seeking ways to gain my trust and business.They did more than make it right. They went above and beyond at their own expense to ensure that I had a great experience. John and Brian( president of Snyder) called me not 30 minutes after their guys left my house wanting to know how my experience was and what feedback I could provide regarding my prior experience to improve.3 weeks ago, would I have used their service ? NoNow would i use their service? absolutely , and I would recommend it to others if for no other reason than I know that if there is an issue of any kind, they mean what they say about wanting to make it right.Thank You, Snyder. You did the hard thing, and that is commendable.

I used Snyder to install an HVAC unit in my home 2 years ago. They did such a great job and for a great price, that once I started having issues with my other unit I immediately thought of them. We called the evening prior to our service call....next day appointment. Jason was professional and knowledgeable and had our system up and running quickly. Not sure why but it seems that every time an AC company hits our property, the capacitor has gone or is going bad. ?

Both Bobbi and Dan Brown did a great job. Bobbi did a thorough and careful job with the maintenance and explaining things. Had no heat. Called Snyder A/C 7 got appointment for same day.Jason showed up on time to check out system. The system needs a part that costs over $5K, so decided to replace unit. Jason went over options, explaining various features & prices. He made the pain of spending thousands of dollars a bit less. I would recommend him & the Snyder team for all A/C repairs.

For it's bi-annual assessment, however my QC was sick and needed attention. The adventure cont tomorrow, However the technician was friendly informative and offered solutions and options. Get a quote for duct system. Jason was a very nice gentleman, honest and reputable. No BS! Unlike other salesman who have a lengthy sales speech, he is very grounded and down to earth who will not Nickle and dime you. He trouble shoot our issue and technically educate us what we have and what we are looking at. I would highly recommend him. The company itself has been here for several years and have seen growth in years of service. They do have employees worked witg them for long time which gives you an idea that they take care of their people good. I wished I went with them when I installed my HVAC system 4 years ago.

From start to finish the process was very easy. First let me say you can get better pricing elseware however, I wanted piece of mind and the warranty provided swayed my decision. The representative that came to my house was a tech and not a pushy hard salesman so that was a major plus!!!, the team that came out to install next day was on time and professional. The only reason not a 5 star was during the installation a quality rep came out and some kind of argument occurred between the main installer which I think should have been handled off site and not on my property. The electrician that came out was also very professional but went a tad to fast and neglected to install a breaker safety mechanism but he returned promptly to correct the error. One other mistake was when they were bringing out a new pad out it fell over a broke and the team asked if I'd like a replacement brought out which I stated that I didn't care as long as it was up to code. I honestly don't know if it was removed from my bill or not but when we're talking about the total price I doubt I notice a difference in the finance payment. All and all a good experience and I would recommend to others.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for someone to call back to schedule service. I have no cold air and it's getting hot out making it very hard to breathe inside my house even with the windows open. Management was emailed more then once and still no contact back to us. Very poor customer service. We have used snyder before and they was great but not this time.

Jason was very knowledgeable about the AC systems. He explained our best options available too us. He even got us an early install date, our AC is completely broken and in this Florida heat, it is never a good situation. I would highly recommend Snyder to everyone.

After a home inspection we had some electrical issues that needed addressed. GFCI receptacles, inoperable & loose receptacles inside and outside fixed and replaced, made sure all breakers were up to code. There were other issues found that the inspector did not catch . Those issues were also addressed. This has been my second time using Snyder as my electrician. Both times the the electricians were professional. Knowledgeable and willing to educate me on what’s best and safest for my home. Thank you again for a job well done.

Chris came out to give us an estimate for installing a tankless water heater. His knowledge was extensive and he took the time to be sure we understood all of our options. He even helped us with a shower head that had been giving us some trouble for quite some time. A very kind man named Kelvin arrived by 3 p.m. and fixed the immediate issue, gave detailed estimates on potentially fixing the issue permanently, and was extremely professional and kind to our young children and all of our dogs while doing so. I don’t regularly leave reviews but this simple visit warranted a great one.

It was a remote discussion and approval of work. The Technician didn't explain the itemized charges and lured with maintenance contracts with an 15% discount on repairs without mentioning a limit of only $100.00 and added U/V light at excessive cost which is really not necessary. Very high repair bill. Difficult to trust anyone these days. Please review in advance carefully before authorizing.

I called with a plumbing emergency and they responded within 2 hours. Mike did a great job of replacing a broken pipe connected to an outside faucet. Calvin and Emmanuel did a bi-yearly cleaning on my air conditioner. They were very thorough, explaining what looked good and what might need to be replaced in the future. There was no sales pitch or pressure . I was shown many pictures of the results of the tests that determined that everything was running efficiently. This was by far the most comprehensive explanation of a tuneup I’ve had and It was appreciated. If you use Snyder, be sure to ask for these gentlemen.

They were very nice, called to look at a leak in our kitchen sink faucet. They were very upfront and explained they charge 99.00 to look at problems and give quote. You can apply it as a “credit” if you go with them. The price for changing a kitchen faucet install on a new home and line connection is over 400.00.Can not imagine what more involved problems must cost, we will not recommend.

At the end of our 2 system maintenance, Dan explained everything he did, what measurements he took and showed pictures he had taken of each part of the system. We recently had a slab leak from a burst copper pipe in our home, and due to the nature of the pipes and the age/deterioration, we needed a total re-plumbing on the home. We called Snyder because of the stellar reviews and could not be happier with the service. From start to finish, they were nothing but prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. It's a bit pricey but great company, they make sure customers are completely happy with their service. If not, they take care of it. I've had some electrical works done, main breaker and 2 ceiling fans replacement. Bryan was our Snyder repair man. Our air conditioner stopped working on Wednesday. I called them on Thursday morning. They were here at 10 AM as promised. Very professional. As a woman, I felt very safe with them coming in my home. They text, call, and send an email when they are on their way and include a picture of the technician so you know who to expect. They wear shoe covers in your home and they were sweet to my dog. Ben came over to install a cartridge in my guest tub yesterday. When he came, it looked like there was a leak from the tub onto the kitchen ceiling downstairs. He fixed the tub issue and left. I monitored the tub (there was no more dripping into the tub (it had dripped all night from the bath tap before he came over). But there was a bubble of moisture again on my kitchen ceiling, so I called Snyder in the morning. Ben came over again today and spent 2 hours trying to locate the leak, running water for about an hour and a half. I am very satisfied with his service and his patience and level of professionalism. Overall, you get what you pay for. Also, Snyder was the only company (of the 3 I called yesterday) to send someone my way the same day, so many thanks for that!!! I will for sure use Snyder in the future!

We turned to Snyder after losing trust and confidence in another local HVAC company that we had used for several years. Technician Ran Zhau responded and diagnosed our issues professionally and honestly. He provided options and an upfront estimate for the work we needed. He personally returned to our home and completed the work personally, with assistance from another excellent technician, Dylan. The work was completed on time and under budget, which we certainly appreciated. We are now hopeful that our A/C issues are finally resolved. We think we have found our new HVAC company in Jax.

Mark - Came to estimate water heater install. He not only drained and removed old tank and installed new tankless heater, he replaced 2 broken toilet flanges and installed 2 toilets. Our ac was having trouble and Snyder came and fixed it. We needed it immediately and they were able to get it back up and running the same day. **Updating my rating**There were some major issues faced around punctuality and communication that led me to give them a poor review. Since that time I have had the opportunity to speak with the VP and Manager who both took accountability and acknowledged the faults in their system. I can appreciate and respect their reaching out to make the situation right and taking the time to hear my concerns. Things happen but now I feel comfortable knowing they are here to fix it when it does.

Called to have a quad electrical outlet put in and was quoted an absorbent price of $900.00! What a joke! The maintenance guys were very friendly and apologetic but I was in shock. I was still charged the outrageous trip charge fee of $99.50. I do not recommend this company.

Had an issue with my A/C unit leaking inside the house. My entire experience with Snyder A/C was very positive from the person who took my phone call (Mary) and the service man who came to my home (Damian) and fixed the problem. Bryan was great! Our AC died and Bryan came to our house the same day. He arrived on time and spent most of the day fixing our issues. My house was mayhem from last day of school activities, the dogs were barking, cats were running, and was not tidy and prepped for a visitor (sorry Bryan). Mark helped us troubleshoot some electrical issues we were having with an outlet to our pool and also replaced our old timing unit for the pump. He provided us with price options for the new equipment and allowed us to pick with no hassle. He did have to leave to grab a new timer unit, but expedited the process.

Woke up to our main water line with a large leak in it and Snyder was able to come out in a couple hours and fix it and get water back to the house. Mark was incredible both in getting the job done but also keeping me updated and walking me through everything that was going on - he was the best.

We had Kelvin fix our kitchen sink, he's able to come back the next day to unclog whatever that stuck in there. He's a really nice young man and able to explain my husband what exactly the problem was.

Patrick and Donald were able to get the sewer/Drain line camera into the line, but there was aY joint where the line split and the camera has no ability to make such a turn. What we did see in the part of the drain that the camera traveled was that there was a lot of lime scale, slime, fatty looking deposits and general filth all along the inside of the line. This is why my shower and sink drains and toilets do not drain/flush properly. They will be coming back to do a power clean of all of the drain lines. We were looking to see if there was a leak, but instead found something that really needs to be addressed. There was no water softener in the house until I put one in several years ago, so all of the crud in the water had lined that drain pipe. I was fortunate that it never fully blocked a pipe shut. Thirty plus years of accumulated gunk will be flushed out by Patrick and Donald and my drains will flow again!

Water heater replacement. Excellent customer service - Corey went out of his way to accommodate the tight space. Had the job done the next morning -very knowledgeable - professional - will definitely use again in the future!

My thermostat said it had no power to the R wire so the AC wouldn't turn on. Bryan diagnosed the problem right away and had the system working again in a few minutes after arriving. Great service.

Justin Sapp from Arnett came to give me a full evaluation of my home's plumbing. He pointed out several things I need to address that I wasn't aware of. Justin gave me written estimates of work I needed to accomplish. I have been a long time customer of Arnett for AC and now that they have expanded to plumbing and electrical - I have a go to for those services as well. I appreciate their agents professionalism and their representatives are always so nice and courteous! I have never had a problem with work Arnett has done in the past and I will call them first for problems I encounter in the future . I enjoy doing business with Arnett!

This is my second time using Snyder. I was having issues with my electrical I called Snyder. my electrician Travis came out fast identified the problem and fixed the issue quickly. I didn’t go in debt for his services either. I would recommend Snyder to families and friends.

Preston came to check out a malfunctioning Moen Motionsense Wave Touchless Faucet. Turned out we needed new batteries, even though the six old AA batteries were reading “good” when we tested them.Then we asked Preston about getting hot water to our furthest bathroom from our water heater. He recommended the Grundfos Hot Water Recirculation System with timer. We agreed to buy and have him install. He was great - did it in record time, considering he had to go back to the office/warehouse to pickone up. Way to go Synder!!!! Thank you so much, for sending Preston to us.

I didn't want to mess with the refrigerator valve. It stuck out about 4 inches from the wall. Tech cut out pipes and installed new with a flush mount wall box and valve. Can now push the counter depth fridge back to where it should be. Was an awesome technician. Replace a valve out side that leaked by. Didnt have time or the parts to do the fixes myself.. Snyder in for the rescue for probably the 5 th time. Electrical and plumbing. Great job

Hired them because my sink wouldn’t drain. Sadly they couldn’t fix it because the pipes were super rusted and clogged. They are going to come back and replace the pipes. Highly recommend these people.

Last week I had Snyder Plumbing fix my toilet. The problem was it was flushing, but not good enough. We were having to plunge it every day. The first technician said I needed a whole new kit for the inside of the toilet ($900) or a new toilet ($950). I told the technician I could not afford him and asked him to leave. The technician then offered to install a new kit for $431. I agreed, and he replaced the entire toilet kit for $431. It took him about 20 minutes. I called Snyder Plumbing two days ago (about a week later) to fix the same toilet. Same problem. Chris P came out and figured out we had tree roots in our toilet drain, fixed it and didn’t charge us. Needless to say, we really liked Chris P.

Ronald was very professional, he was able to complete his job quickly and efficiently he also was able to bring a little

Eric tested and quickly identified my AC issue as a failed 13 year old zone board that was causing a fuse to burn out within the HVAC system. The new zone board was installed, tested and confirmed to correct the issue. The AC is working again. I'm always impressed by the knowledge and skills demonstrated by the Snyder technicians. I personally purchased 2 faucets and a double bowl kitchen sink and the parts such as the bowl basket drain assembly and such. I got quoted with *military discount* $1,800 for labor. Yes, a few parts would be needed like braided water hose for the bathroom sink faucets but other than that, it would just be for labor. I am shocked at how much I was quoted. Literally shocked.

Mr. Joe Cook checked everything if our unit still under warranty since it’s not them installed it but we kept using snyder because its easy to call for service. Since it’s not under warranty and they kept going back because always problem he suggested to get our unit replaced with 10 year warranty parts and service after checking some numbers my husband and I decided to replaced it since we kept paying much for repairs.

Ezekiel and his partner did an excellent job troubleshooting an elusive GFCI constant tripping/fault. Located the fault and fixed the issue. Also made recommendations that would help protect the house based on a recent lightning strike damage. They were both timely and professional. I had a hot water heater that gave out and flooded the whole kitchen. Snyder had techs out to us within a couple hours. They were friendly, did a great job and didn’t leave a mess. I always call these folks when I need help. They haven't let me down yet.

Rain and the team (Quinn, Ryan and Jess) worked hard to replace my HVAC system. It was a difficult job with the air handler in the attic. The old one was twenty- eight years old and very heavy. They were very careful not to do any damage to my property. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris and Ryan spent a whole day replacing worn and dated parts of the plumbing system in our three bathrooms, with additional work in our laundry room and kitchen. They worked steadily and efficiently and finished an outstanding job!

On the scheduled visit, he was over booked and arrived late, but the office notified me and Joshua called when he was in route. I had an awesome experience the technician called me periodically throughout my appointment window to keep me updated on his arrival, I believe it was Eric Desmond but I notice you all have to Eric I want to be sure the correct Eric gets credit he was a young African-American gentleman who mentioned living in the Saint Augustine area. Eric was super professional very kind, energetic, polite, and extremely helpful. He did not try to sell me repairs I did not need he listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained every aspect of the problem he was there to evaluate, he had a very upbeat and personable attitude and I really appreciated that. He was also very respectful and again very professional yet personable, we have always used Snyder for all of our AC needs about two years ago we bought a brand new unit for our rental property and the technicians then were great and the finance team and finance terms were super flexible allowing us to pay off our system in terms that were convenient to us. I have no issue with the technician who came to the house. He was polite, professional and capable. My issue is with your answering service on Saturday repair. I have a service contract with Snyder so I expected a fairly quick response to my call to the answering service. The first person told me that Cat(?) was going to call me back to tell me when someone could come out. I had to call 3 times over 5+ hours before I got that call. Once she called the technician was at the home within a half hour and handled the visit very nicely. I know I have to wait my turn … I wasn’t expecting someone to come right away … but I did expect, as a service contract customer, to get a call within an hour or so with an approximation of time for the technician to arrive. I got VERY irritated with the answering service on the third call, which makes me wonder what might have happened … not happened? … if I’d just politely accepted the response from the service10/28/22 Update: Seeing how often this review is read I feel I owe the company a favorable update. I was perhaps too harsh regarding the number of stars given since the services they actually performed were very good. The owner … who commented below … also called me personally shortly after the original review, offering his apology and a commitment to change their answering service protocols for the future.

I feel like I was scammed by this company. I asked the Snyder technician why he thought I needed an expensive blower motor instead of a more common and cheaper capacitor. He immediately got this ugly look on his face and did not answer my question. His attitude and lack of response proves that he was trying to sell me something I did not need.

I purchased a new AC (interior air handler and exterior compressor/condenser) from Snyder approx. 5 yrs ago. 5 yrs is an average lifespan of an exterior unit for us, as we live close to the ocean. I had a conversation with the Snyder rep specifically about the best option to save money and extend the life of the exterior unit due to the salt exposure it received. While onsite, the Snyder sales rep informed me most of the major MNFRs we no longer honoring their parts warranty if the unit was within close proximity of the ocean. He did state that Daikin offered a 12 yr parts warranty and Daikin did not alter their warranty based off proximity to the ocean. He stated they could just pull the parts and Daiken would replace them with no questions asked. He also recommended I purchase the 12 yr. extended labor warranty through Daikin/Asure, which I did for $1,290. He also recommended annual cleaning ($73 - $89/visit) and indicated that it would be easier to justify a claim if they could show I was routinely having the unit cleaned/maintained. I paid for this annually as well. 5 yrs after purchasing, the exterior unit failed, which was no surprise. I expected a replacement (unit and install) at no charge, but Snyder informed me that Daikin’s warranty did not cover corrosion. This came as a shock to me as I specifically discussed this with Snyder as my primary concern. In addition, the 12 yr extended warranty would end once the original unit was removed, as the warranty is only valid for the original unit purchased, and does not transfer to a replacement unit. I was extremely disappointed and really felt mislead at this point. After speaking with a Snyder Mgr, the best option they could offer was a new unit at a price that was $80 lower than the competition. Although upset, I purchased the unit from them thinking I didn’t have any other desirable options. The install was scheduled for 9:45am and the tech did not arrive until 2:15pm. While removing the unit, I noticed a pile of metal fins behind my plants that had obviously been hidden and left by the service techs who had previously cleaned my unit. The installer also left an abundant amount of rusted metal and aluminum fins in my neighbor’s yard, my yard, and in the street. I’ve been cleaning that up last night and this morning. Attached photos should show the debris I’ve cleaned up thus far.

We were able to get an appointment quickly for our AC issue. Jason was our technician and he arrived within the stated window of time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the system. Unfortunately for us the system was not able to be repaired due to age. We opted to have a new system installed. Installation scheduled next available, which is this Monday. Expecting same professional service from the installation team that we received from Jason.

Dillon our technician was absolutely awesome. He was on time very polite and knowledgeable. I must say he explained the problem and what needed to be done clearly. He has amazing communication skills and made us feel comfortable and confident in the process. From the initial contact online setting up the appointment to the agent who called me back this has been a smooth process and I would definitely recommend this company. I can certainly tell that they are good to their employees as this young man was so excited about his job! Dillon is certainly a wonderful ambassador for Snyder AC!Update we had a separate repair needed 9/23/20. Dillon came diagnosed the issue ordered the part and has us up and running!! He is the Best!!

We have used Snyder for HVAC maintenance, a whole house repipe, new electrical panel, tankless water heater installation, and a few other electrical repairs. They are usually able to get us on the schedule in a week or two and their employees are professional and friendly.

The technician (Joe Byrd) fixed a leak at the coupling at the outside water meter. On the scheduled day of service, I received a text saying that he was on his way, and he arrived shortly thereafter, at about 8:30am. He fixed the leak at the coupling and the issue was resolved, and then he left at approximately 9:30am.However, he charged me $1,500.00 for the job (a 1 hour job to repair a leak)! Originally he quoted $1,700 but then he reduced it down to $1,500. Due to the nature of the plumbing issue (a leak) and the urgency (and also to minimize inconvenience for my tenants who were already without water for a day, as the water had been shut off at the meter due to the leak), I didn't have much of a choice, and wasn't able to shop for competitive estimates, and ultimately had to accept the high fee.I've been a landlord for over 20 years, and have used the services of many plumbers over the years. Never have I been charged so much for so little time!I will not be using Snyder in the future. Please be aware. Their work is fine and he resolved the leak without any issue, but the amount charged for a 1 hour job was simply unreasonable!

Technicians are very good - including the plumbers. Jake Anderson performed maintenance service on my AC system today; Jake was great - very thorough, detail-oriented, and friendly.

Walter and his trainee Sydney were excellent! Their supervisor George was out with them too and I felt all 3 of them were highly professional and kind. I also appreciated the honesty from them; it makes me feel comfortable keeping my business with Snyder. Great experience!

I received a text that the technician was on his way. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. After he was done, he provided pictures and recommendations that will be in my detailed invoice should I want to have it done. The price quoted is good for 30 days so I have time to discuss with my husband before making a decision. Very nice and personable technician.

Came in and cleaned all the vents as well as the ceiling fans. Very professional two man crew. Respectful of property. Very personable, worked proficiently and it was a pleasant, friendly two hours. They confirmed the ducts were never cleaned since installed in 1989 since it had the original construction dust in it.

Mark with the Snyder electrical division. He did an outstanding job on the installation of 5 ceiling fans. Mark explained to me how all the new ceiling fans work, cleaned up afterwards. Mark was professional and courteous at all times iBottom line outstanding job and I would definitely use Mark for an electrical work.

Our technician, Changus, was very nice, patient, and professional! Snyder came out on the weekend promptly and we ate so greatful!

Our company uses Joe at Synder for all of our HVAC needs. Joe is the best at explaining and solving any problems that arise. We have used several companies previously and all they did was give us the run around. Joe is honest and to the point which is why we always request Joe. This was a follow up service call recommended by their maintenance tech who suspected a leak in my Lennox heat pump system. David came out and did a thorough job in trouble shooting the leak, identified the issue and I will now be scheduling the repair.

Our install team was an absolute class act displaying an abundance of professionalism, technical experience, and efficiency in installing our new unit. All members of the team to include Mr. “G,” Mr. Dana, Mr. Jet, and Ms. Desi provided a service that was on point. Tear down was accomplished at an amazing pace and the new unit was replaced, braised in, and vacuumed in not even half a work day. It was a pleasure to have them as our install techs and wish nothing but the best for them. Hats off to the team at Snyder continuing to be some of the best technicians in the area.

January 4, 2022Paid cash for a brand new AC unit. Installer Rain Nelms and team left trash in our yard upon old AC removal (styrofoam container, snack wrapper and gallon jug of water). Also cracked our drywall while putting the new AC unit in. I could overlook that unprofessionalism, but it continued to get worse. So we ran NEW AC for about 3 hours and unexpectedly water had leaked all over (or should I say UNDER) our laminate plank flooring. I call, they were quick to try to rectify and came out and “fixed” the pvc pipe leaks within an hour FREE. Tech Ryan was great and seemed knowledgeable. The brand new AC we let run while we made dinner and watched tv (approx 3-4 hours). We figured “mistakes happen”… We come down the hallway to go to bed and our laminate floors are literally floating on water. The AC pvc pipes are leaking in 3 different spots and completely ruined our hallway laminate flooring and has now entered our bedroom tile. At this point, I am very upset. I wish I could post pictures/videos so you can see for yourself. We trusted Snyder, that was our mistake. Don’t let it be yours.I called 1 hour 10 minutes ago to let them know the NEW AC is still leaking and I am yet to hear from a technician or manager. Will someone reach out to me NOW?

I researched via google and found this company for a business repair. I called and the operator informed me that what I needed was not something they offered. So, I went back to google, researched and I found that RandR Electric did complete the work, so I called the number from the Google website, which led me back to Snyder (They are partners). I was informed by the lady again that they do not offer that service, so I advised her that Snyder advertises on Google that they do offer the specific service along with RandR offering it. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes, then picked back up and stated she was transferring me to someone else who could assist, then the call disconnected. I called back and it kept going to the automated recording then when someone went to answer it disconnected again. I attempted to call several more times with the same outcome. I then called from my cell phone, and she answered again, no disconnection, I informed her I was disconnected, and she said she was going to transfer me again.... As soon as she placed me on hold it disconnected again. This is a pain to be completely honest. First the employee had no clue of the services you all offer then for it to continually disconnect. This should be fixed; it could cost you a lot of business.

The representative was very professional and told us that our problem was due to an installation error.. We really appreciate his honesty.. Snyder didn’t charge us for the repair because of his honesty..

I called the company that dug the deep well for me on 8/10/2021. It's a new well...only 15 months old... so I'm thinking no problem surely they will come out and I will have water by this afternoon. The well company came out charged me $200.00 and told me it was an electrical issue.Period that's it. The electrical work that was done for the well when the well was installed was done by the electrical company the well drilling company recommended to me. This was the company they got to hook my well up. When I asked to have the same electrical company come out they said they no longer use that company and gave me the name of the comany they currently use. I asked the well guy if he could reach out to this electrical company and explain my situation so I can have water. He gave me some explanation as to why he wasn't able to do that. I tried calling the electrical company # he gave me. No one answered so I Ieft a message explaining my situation. It was around noon on Saturday 11/19/2022 by this time and I have no running water!Sunday 11/20/2022 goes by and still no one calls me back. I don't have any water!!!On Monday 11/21/2022 still no one returned my calls and I still didn't get any answer. That's when I realized I needed to find an electrician on my own .I called Snyder they answered my call immediately and listened as I explained what I needed. They told me they could have someone out tomorrow 11/22/2022.Snyder was on time and fixed the problems the well people kept telling me I had. After Snyder fixed the electric and the plumbing problems the well people said I had. Snyder went above and beyond to help me. Snyder's mater plumber, John even called the well people for me to make sure I had everything I needed and fixed everything the well people said I needed to have done before they could come out to fix my well.I called the well people on their emergency line on 11/23/2022. After several calls back and forth to their emergency line I wasfinally told on 11/26/2022 they weren't able to come out to fix my well issues until 11/28/2022. They said because it was the holiday week (black Friday is a holiday too) they can't help me until Monday. It's a two man job and they only have one man and no one else they can call in for an emergency.Snyder has truly good people working for them. They are a reliable and trustworthy company that genuinely puts their customers first.Call Snyder they do it all and it's not a three ring circus. They don't cut corners to pocket as much money as they can. They don't takeyour money and run. They are skilled professionals that are good people.

On one of the hottest days of the year the AC decided to quit. I called Snyder and they had a technician here in less that 24 hours. The technician was respectful and professional. He explained the problem and identified what was covered by my warranty and what was not. He explained that while the uncovered part was not necessary, it would extend the life of the in unit. He gave me the information without pressuring me . Excellent service and advice. I am very pleased with Snyder.

We personally have used Snyder and would recommend it to our homeowners (we are property managers) for the longest time. Since new ownership, they have increased their rates and VIP service plans. It would be worth it if they would show up and fix the issues. We called them out on Friday morning to a home that paid for their VIP service. Was told they Tied up with FL/GA and couldn't come out (this was hours after waiting for a call back). We called again on Saturday and now told the soonest they could come out was Monday. VIP service is useless, and the lack of customer service is very unprofessional. We changed our personal service provider last year from Snyders to a more reliable company and will be requesting our 50+ homeowners do the same.

Tech very friendly and professional. I had him come out to look at a water softener that came with the house. I had never had one and hadn't touched this one for over 4 years. He answered my questions politely. One company wanted to charge me $110 service fee to look at it, another company $79. They looked at it for free and told me what I need.

I was at work and got a distress call from my wife that our toilet was backed up and overflowing into our living room. I immediately called Snyder for help. They were very pleasant on the phone, and they immediately schedule someone to come fix it. Within an hour, Calvin came to fix our toilet. I had Snyder come out to fix my air as it wasn’t blowing cold. I didn’t realize until afterwards that I got ripped off on the price . I got charged 300 on a 20 dollar part. You live and learn, if you don’t ask the questions on how much parts cost and how much it cost on labor. The man who came out went to sit in the van for awhile after he fixed it and then when I came outside he came right out. I think he was running up the clock. I don’t know much so I didn’t know to ask the right questions and got ripped off. Also on the invoice it was very vague it just mentioned the charge for the part and coming to the home which should cost how much they charged. Then I basically agreed to the deal of them coming back out to check on the system and change the filters because they told me that would be cheaper when that was just a way to justify the extra 150 I was getting charged. I even read another reviewer on here who asked about the break down on how much they were charging and they changed up his price when he asked about labor and parts.So next person I’ll ask how much parts cost and how much they charge an hour and how long the repair cost. If it seems like they are running the clock up advise them you see they are doing that and won’t pay for the time they are trying to make up. Be aware out there. I thought Snyder was cool they seemed like a nice local company but I guess that’s not the case.

A flush-mount ceiling fan had a bad wobble that had progressed into wild swinging (think plane propeller sailing off its shaft). Scary and dangerous! Right above the bed no less! (Needless to say. no using THAT fan despite Florida's hot humidity!)While I've a good working knowledge of ceiling fans, Dustin was most helpful in explaining finer points -- even going as far as to show me a modern fan box that my fan lacks! He was friendly, helpful, disassembled and tightened things up efficiently and skillfully.As for Snyder, they were fantastic to deal with! While there were stressful rescheduling issues, they handled those well by apologizing, keeping me informed at every step and fulfilling the need in a timely manner. And their rate was reasonable! Quality work from a quality company. Highly recommend and would without hesitation use their services again.

Highly recommend!!! Our AC stopped working and they were able to get a service technician (Jason) out the very next day. He was punctual and professional and gave us multiple options to repair the issue. Wound up we chose to replace the entire system and they were able to have an install team the very next morning. Put drop clothes down throughout the whole house, finished the same day. Reasonably priced, couldn’t have been happier!

Alex Ortiz was the guy who determined where the leak came from. I decided on a repipe and he managed to have the job started the next day. The entire crew Alex, Carlos and two other technician worked efficiently and worked with me to manage moving my dog according to where they worked. They answered all my questions, addressed concerns I had with some of the process and helped get me through a stressful time. I can only recommend this company especially their plumbing department. I will look at working with them for other things I may want to address.Update: I had to call them back for a third time to fix a problem. I had a leak from the back of the toilet in the master bathroom. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. Mark was assigned to come out on Sunday, but he took the time to call Saturday night to ask if I needed help that night. I told him I turned off the main. He came out on Sunday and fortunately it was a minor problem, but it was related to the original install. Many of the technicians are very courteous I just implore that all of them do their job right the first time around. Thank you Mark for trying to make up for the previous shortcomings.

This was my first experience with Snyder and I will be using them for all my A/C needs in the future. My technician, Jeremy, was efficient, friendly, and courteous. He immediately diagnosed the problem (a clogged condensate line) and quickly flushed it out. UPDATE: Our water heater had a manufacture error. The company came out and worked to fix the issue before it was determined that the system needed to be replaced. They got the new one installed very quick. This company is the best!!!!This company is awesome! The pricing was very reasonable and they were able to schedule us within a few days. They showed up on time, worked diligently, and finished very well. I am genuinely shocked at the lack of professionalism we’ve experienced with Snyder Electrical. We started with a visit to our house for a quote on a transfer switch for our generator at the beginning of September. When we scheduled our service, the technician arrived and told us the original person who had quoted us had completely wrong parts. He said they would have to order the parts and they’ll reschedule.Several weeks went by with radio silence. We called to ask for an update because a hurricane was coming, and didn’t receive a call back. So we called AGAIN, and once they called us back, they said they hadn’t part hadn’t even shipped yet. We finally got a call when they got the parts and my husband scheduled the service with the associate who called him.Well he waited and waited, no technician called, and no one ever showed up. I called to make sure we didn’t get the date incorrect, despite the repeatedly poor service. They told me that they didn’t have any service scheduled for us. Absolutely unacceptable.At this point, I’m tired of wasting my time and have no confidence that in the off-chance they actually showed up, it would be done correctly. I truly hope that this is a unique situation for me but I would not recommend them at all.

I called to have someone come out and give me an estimate for installing a 240v Outlet in my garage to plug in a Arc Welder. I received a call 15 minutes prior to their arrival which was great, upon arrival the technician inspected the welder and documentation that came with it to make sure they could do the job that I was asking for, not only did he check the specifications of the welder but he also contacted a field supervisor to verify his findings. I look forward to having his team come back to start on my project.

STAY AWAY! This is a long review, but I hope you take the time. Snyder has been around a long time, and we were comfortable having our duct work replaced by them. First, the crew who installed the the duct work used long nails to attach the straps to the underside of our roof and they pushed shingles loose on the roof. This was Sept 27, the day before Hurricane Ian was to pass through. Sloppy work, but ok. They sent someone out immediately to fix the problem, and we were told Snyder would send a roofer to inspect the roof that week. That hasn't happened. After phone calls, i was finally was able to get a receipt from them. However, I can't get them to send the warranty. After several calls to Snyder, Miss Holly was to call me today--why call? Just send it. She neither called nor emailed the warranty. This has turned into a nightmare. Poor workmanship and poor customer service.

We love Snyder BUT they couldn't give us a quote over the phone on replacing our regular doorbell with a smart door bell. The technician shows up, turns on his tablet, and quotes the estimate straight from his tablet!!! $376!!!! We thought the price was steep so we turned down the service. Snyder wants to charge us $75 for a service call when they could have given us the quote over the phone!!! We're waiting for them to call us back.BTW we love their A/C service and have bought 2 A/C units from them in the last 17 years.

JP let me know he was ahead of schedule and was friendly, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable about my needs. He and Dereck picked up a new water heater unit and installed it in a few hours and had me up and running again. The price was a little higher than I had anticipated (but not out of the norm) and JP worked with me on that. They hauled away my old unit. Already washing clothes and looking forward to hot shower tonight. The other companies I contacted for a consultation have not called me back yet. This is why there are 5000 rave reviews for Snyder.

Will Fleming was very personable and professional. He and Chuck Snelgrove installed our new HVAC system in a very short time and were very respectful of our house and maintained a clean work environment throughout. There was an issue with the unit height where is was going to be installed and the installation manager came out to solve the issue. What great service!

WALTER was THE BEST!! I have been using Snyder for many years and have yet to be disappointed! Started with them when I bought my home in 2006. 10/11/2022On 10/6/2022, Snyder replaced my 4-and 2-ton AC systems. On 10/10/2022, I noticed that the air purifier installed on the 4-ton air handler was not functioning. ( The installation crew assured me that all was well before they left on 10/6.). I called the office and they scheduled a tech to arrive between 2pm and 6pm 10/10. Ran Zhao arrived around 4pm. He had been to my home before, and frankly, I was very happy that he had been dispatched. Ran is an extremely straightforward guy (euphemisms need not apply— I appreciate that) with a DRY sense of humor. Most importantly, he really knows his stuff and has an impeccable work ethic. He got right to work, figured the problem out and “[got] ‘er dun’”. There we several challenges upgrading/replacing the 14 year old AC in my condo. It was an old system and poorly designed. Snyder had Carlos come for a plumbing issue. Then Dean came out to solve a problem installing a much larger air handler in the space provided. When all was done, I went from having the worst unit to the best unit in the community. Very happy with Snyder.

I’ve been using Snyder Heating/AC since I bought this house a year ago and I’ve been soooo pleased with their work and their ability to service quickly when my hvac died and I needed a new one. Was pleased to learn of their plumbing services as I’ve needed those several times already! One time Juan and his coworker (I think Alex) came out and dug an entire trench in my front yard in dead of summer sweltering heat to repair and replace a main line water leak SPrOUTiNG up in my yard like a fountain. Lol. Another time my shower and sink stopped up and they were able to squeeze me in SAME day! They are always prompt, knowledgeable, and provide excellent services. I’ve used them for electrical panel replacements, ceiling fan installs, etc - they are my GO TO place to call for any Heating, AC, electric, and plumbing needs. They are all such good guys - polite, respectful of property, quick, and knowledge in many different areas as they cross train- oh I forgot they even helped me install my Ring doorbell which had old wires that broke off when I moved in and tried to replace the old one - they came and bundled it into the other electrical work they were doing. Seriously nice employees all around. Even the receptionist is sweet. You won’t be disappointed if you reach out to them. ? **Edit! We had a massive sewage backup into the kids bathroom and Stephen came out at 10pm, climbed up on our roof and worked on clearing out the clog (wipes! Acckkk - kids apparently haven’t been trashing them properly) for at least an hour. Made sure shower and toilet were in working order b4 he left. Awesome save as my house smelled horrific ?.**

I had a clogged drain pan, Snyder had a service person out the same day. He was professional and courteous, but also fun to talk to. Had a great energy and good attitude. Problem was solved in no time.

Called Snyder because i had a clogged kitchen sink drain. They were at my door within 35 mins and done in an hour. The two gentlemen that provided the service were very helpful, polite, and professional. My kitchen sink is now fully functioning and I will definitely be calling Snyder for any issues in the future.

I had a washing machine installed but the installer advised me the outlet had sparked when he plugged the washer in but it did turn on. Later it would not come on at all. I called Snyder and they sent someone out the same day. He was polite, professional & had the outlet replaced in about an hour at a reasonable price. I was able to do a load of clothes after not having a washer for over a month. The technician also recommended a whole house protector, which I will be getting, since when my condo was built they were allowed to use aluminum wiring. I was very impressed with this company.

I called the plumbing side of Snyder and although hurricane Ian was going to hit us thatnight, they still came to fix my leak. Chris told me the cost upfront, had to run to a supply store to get the part needed that he didnt have, and finally repair my leak. All this btn 3-4p, Wed when hurricane Ian made landfall. Grateful for their service and promise to come through, regardless of the fact that a cat 4 hurricane was coming. Problem was fixed. I am extremely grateful and happy for Snyder and their professionalism. I highly recommend them.

It's kind of difficult to capture everything Snyder has done in one review. We bought an old house that needed a *lot* and they were always responsive, they work fast, and they do what they say they're going to do.First they did a 9-head mini-split HVAC system in a house with no existing A/C. Systems is great, though I would say to try as hard as you can to avoid condensate pumps, they're very loud so try to have the drains run down if at all possible. They also added a whole-house dehumidifier, which has done a fantastic job at keeping it comfortable inside on muggy days. They were priced slightly lower than another quote I got, and I'm confident they were faster to complete the work than the other guys would have been.Plumbing is a whole separate issue. We ended up having to do a complete re-pipe of the entire house and a garage apartment, everything from the meter back out to the sewer. So many people were involved it's hard to keep track, but Chris P was my main point of contact and he was amazing. The guys did a tremendous job (and it was a *massive* job), professional at every turn, quality work, and they went above and beyond to get things just how we wanted.I would enthusiastically recommend Snyder, and in fact already have to some neighbors who have been seeing their trucks outside our house for days. The work was done quickly but not rushed...they will send as many people as necessary to get it done so you're not without water (or HVAC) for extended periods of time.Also shout to John, the plumbing mgr, and Chelsea and Amanda in the office for helping coordinate everything and making sure it was all going smoothly.

Lead tech was knowledgeable. He and an assistant arrived 5 minutes before the closing windows. He broke my working USB and didn’t offer to replace it. Before the $70 assessment fee was discussed, another $288 fee was announced. I’m glad they were upfront but the delivery was a shock.

The Snyder Man is truly a Super Hero. My A/C had been out for 2 months. My Home warranty company had sent two separate A/C service providers, neither one fixed the problem correctly. As matter of fact ended up damaging my system. So I took it upon myself to call the experts. Immediately after opening my air handler unit the tech was able to identify the problem and fix what they had messed up in a timely manner. Very satisfied with Snyder. If you have a Trane System, don't waste your time with service tech that are not trained on their system. Thanks Snyder Man Landon Strike.

Our new AC system (installed in July) stopped working. Snyder AC sent Elmer out within 2 1/2 hours and he found and fixed the problem quickly. He explained the problem to us in detail. Elmer also told us how to maintain the drain so that the problem doesn’t happen again. We appreciate how quickly Snyder AC sends help when there is a problem!

My mother had a new AC unit installed 2020. She heard a weird noise coming from it 2022 while it was still under warranty. Snyder came out and told her it's normal when it's a new AC unit. 7 months later now her AC is not cooling and she was quoted $800 for labor costs for all the issues to be fixed. She shouldn't have to pay nothing being that she contacted Snyder when it was under full warranty. She trusted Snyder because she has been doing business with them for decades.

Jeremy called a couple of times before arriving to let us know his eta. He came in and went right to work. Drain clogged ?. He unclogged the drain and then told us how we can keep it clear so we don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars to have it cleared. In talking while he was wrapping up with billing, etc., it came up that we paid for two maintenance visits last year but only received one. And on top of that, our cc was just auto charged for another year. Jeremy offered to comp the service call tonight for the second maintenance visit since he checked the system except cleaning the coils and outside unit work. We agreed to this. He also said he would get our first maintenance visit of this year set up. He was helpful, courteous, and caring, which was refreshing considering how the service industry has gone to poo recently. Hopefully we won’t need to call back for a service call, but if we do, we’ll ask for Jeremy.

We purchased an AC unit 4 years ago and bought the maintenance agreement. They have been coming over and last time put Freon in the AC. It stopped working 6 weeks later and our AC is not working at all. It will be 3-4 days before anyone can even get a part in. The manager said that the people they sent out to do service were not qualified. Don’t use this business at all. They over promise and under deliver.

I called Snyder first thing and Jay arrived within an hour and a half. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He identified the problem quickly and left to collect a part to replace in our system. He returned quickly, replaced the part and also replaced our very old thermostat. He also gave us a quick lesson on how to use it. I was so happy with the service and also very relieved to have such a knowledgeable gentleman helping us get heat and air back in our home.
