The technicians that did show up were polite, did the job, however, I believe that reports were falsified to appease American Home Shield so this contractor can keep working with AHS. My plumbing issue HAS NOT been resolved, All Hour’s doesn’t answer the phone for me or AHS for the past 2 weeks!! I have left many many messages with no return call. My plumbing issue has not been resolved/ it is a clog somewhere between washing machine & master bath. I just bought this house do I don’t know what could be the clog, that is why I insisted that AHS be included as part of the closing, but it is not helping resolve the issue. I need this fixed! ?
I purchased the most comprehensive American Home Shield Warranty plan when I moved to FL and purchased a 15 year old home 6 months ago (this is relevant I promise). On Friday, my water heater stopped working. I called the service request number and the service request was created. The plumber was assigned to be through All Hours Emergency Plumber. They should change the name to All Business Hours Only Plumbing. I didn't have hot water all weekend and didn't hear back from them until Monday. When the plumber arrived, he seemed to know more about the fine print of my warranty contract than me. The plumber glanced at my water heater for all of 2 seconds before stating the problem is a power surge that damaged the electrical components of the unit. This also looks new so it seems like this was a faulty unit from the start. It seems like the plumber chose two specific problems that he knew wouldn't be able to be covered by the warranty. And when I looked at the contract and called AHS, I confirmed and was told that those are two reasons where the warranty will not cover the appliance. This tells me that the technicians don't want to have to deal with the warranty and so they'll do whatever they need to do in order to have the customer pay out of pocket. Which defeats the entire purpose of a warranty. If you have a warranty, try to go with another plumber other than All Hours because maybe another company will be more willing to help you as a warranty customer. I also recommend reading the reasons for appliances not being covered and notify the technician you already are on alert for if they're going to try to upsell you because of warranties.
My master bedroom bathroom was stopped up. They came out and fix the problem in less than 10 minutes and gave me tips to avoid this in the future.

Horrible company and scammers. Didn’t return my call for two weeks after initial service call…which didn’t fix the issue. When they called, they told me I had to pay several hundred dollars for my water heater replacement because AHS wouldn’t cover it all. I called AHS and they said to pay them NOTHING! They never even submitted a work order for the replacement to AHS and were just trying to get money out of me. When I asked for a copy of the approval and itemized bill, they stopped talking to me.

Had the cold water pipe going into the water heater break. Trough my Home Warranty Service I was assigned All Hours Emergency Plumbing. Customer service was great. Plumber came out and determined that the water heater needed replacement, which thankfully was covered trough my home warranty. Plumber came in again 2 days later and installed swiftly and professionally the new one. After install and testing, showed me the basic functions. Very professional and attentive. The one, and only complaint I have was the additional non-covered charge of $495 I had to pay for install modifications since the new tank is a bit wider and taller. I feel this charge was extremely excessive and should be part of the actual install. Talking with the office manager he explained all that should have been done and missed and they came out and fix. Pleased with Service.
My plumbing was backed up and they responded quickly, had great service to remove my plumbing stoppage quickly and had wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
Derek did a great job!!! Stayed until he totally resolved my stoppage issue. Made sure EVERHYTHING DRAINED as should. Very nice too! Highly recommend! Note: I had 2-10 warranty in the past. They cover a lot more than AHS, which is what i have now.

Absolute mess of a company. Not sure who between AHS and this company are lying..but a simple garbage disposal issue is not been fixed since a month. Just like other reviews, Warranty company and this company blame each other for not having proper communication. All hours plumbing claim that they submitted a report to AHS and waiting for their approval. But AHS claim they have not received any report from 'All hours'. I made AHS send out an escalation call to 'all hours' - 4 times in the last 1 week..but not resolution yet.I have used AHS for 9-10 service calls so far across multiple properties, but never faced this issue. So I can say that all this mess is because of a 'All Hours' messing up the contract.
Arrived same day and stopped the disposer leak by installing the Kenmore compatible part I purchased in advance all for $187. They don’t bother with electrical so you will need to get your own cord?& DIY! I guess by disconnecting it myself the HARD part was done he was in and out within 30min.
What an absolute mess of a company.IF YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY ASSIGNS THIS CONTRACTOR, IMMEDIATELY ASK FOR ANOTHET COMPANY.I was scheduled for a Tues window of 10-2. My husband took the day off to be present. They never showed - no call, no email. I had to call and inquire and was told they were short on technicians and I was on the schedule for the next day. But nobody called?? My husband couldn't be off the next day.On Wednesday our technician told us around 12 PM that we needed a replacement and he'd notify our home warranty company. As of Friday afternoon, our warranty company had NO report or diagnosis from this plumbing company and our water heater busted a pipe and began gushing water everywhere. Around 12:30 PM a lady answered and said she would call our warranty company personally and make sure they received the report and diagnosis and call me back promptly. Nothing for an hour, so I called repeatedly Friday between 1PM and 6PM and nobody would answer. Jason, the person answering the phones a lot of the time, also told my husband the same thing Friday. It never got taken care of, and we went into a holiday weekend (July 4th).On Tuesday, exactly one week from the day we were supposed to have a plumber out, and 5 days of having no hot water, I finally was updated that the replacement wouldn't be covered but once I agreed to pay that they will get a new one ordered and installed. The next day I called for an update. Jason told me they the new one from Home Depot was on it's way and would be there late today, tomorrow at the latest, and then we can schedule installation. I didn't get a call Thursday or Friday so once again I had to follow up on it myself. I called Friday morning and was told the water heater was there but they didn't have time to install until the following Tuesday. So even though they knew the water heater was on it's way they did not plan or schedule my installation and I'd have to wait until Tuesday. Jason then proceeded to lie and say that he personally called the warranty company and gave the report himself Friday the 1st and I even stayed late at work ... When I pointed out that the technician made the diagnosis on WEDNESDAY afternoon, and calling Friday night late was not acceptable he back pedalled and said it was the 29th that he called himself. Jason changed his tune to rude very quickly to basically tell me this is my fault for using our warranty company instead of just calling the company myself. As if that would have made a difference in their customer service or communication??Overall they seem very disorganized, impossible to reach for claiming to be 24 hours and the customer service is an absolute joke. Dishonest, not punctual, and the furthest from professional.
The message you included was: Thank you so much for such wonderful service. While there were some hiccups dealing with my home warranty All hours emergency plumbing couldn't have been more accommodating. The experience from calling to schedule appointment to completion of the job was a breeze. Amber and Jason are both courteous, warm, and very professional when dealing with them. I had the pleasure of having Christopher and Derek they were respectful of property, friendly, polite, hard working, answered any questions both really put me at ease. As frustrating as it can when things go wrong in the home having excellent customer service, and skilled technicians are a blessing. Thank you so much!

All Hours Emergency Plumber was assigned to me by my Home Warranty company after another plumbing company had originally been dispatched who didn't know how to fix the problem. Derek (the plumber from ALL HOURS) came out to my house to access the situation and supposedly FIX my leaking toilet.I turned on the water supply valve at the base of the toilet (which by the way is a WALL MOUNTED TOILET!), he saw the dripping. He said he had to call American Home Shield to give them the initial diagnosis before he could take the toilet off the way to truly know what's causing the leak. That sounded acceptable, so he went out to his truck and 5 minutes later, drove away. No coming back to say anything...he just left! This is the report he submitted to American Home Shield: Wall mounted toilet with hairline crack in the wall causing toilet to leak. It appears to be leaking for quite some time now. Tile floor and tile wall has mildew. Per tech this is a pre-existing condition that is detectable by visual inspection. Toilet would have to be replaced. How do you know it's a hairline crack in the wall versus a worn out O ring when you didn't even remove the toilet?!? You were paid to fix my toilet leak and you just left after the initial inspection. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS! I recommend using any other plumber in town!!!
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. All hours plumbing is a horrible name for a company that closes at 4:30 pm and isn’t open on the weekends. Had a repair man come out and say that we needed an electrician to check the problem before he would install a new water heater. Electrician came and confirmed there were no issues. Scheduled the plumber to come back, and they did not show up and did not call. It turns out they put the service request in without saying a word to us, making us waste an entire day waiting for them. When they finally received the water heater, we were scheduled for installation and the plumber did not show up, again without calling. Many unanswered phone calls later, we were told that we weren’t on the schedule and they had to reschedule us. We paid for the service. A different plumber called us another day we were scheduled for our service and said he would be coming later that day, but no one ever showed up. He was kind enough to return out phone call the next day, and told us that he was taken off the job. The first plumber that initially never showed up was put back on the service and again, did not show up or call. We asked to speak to the manager many times and were given excuses as to why she could not answer. We were also told she would call us back and she never did. Finally, the second plumber came back and was able to help resolve our problem. The work that we paid for did not need to be done and it took multiple phone calls to get our refund. We only continued working with this company because of our home insurance.
Had tech come out on a home warranty call for a leaky faucet, when the appointment was scheduled they were so patient with me (I forgot what the word for faucet was… ended up calling it the sink water spitty thingy… it was a frazzled moment don’t judge me lol)Anyway… when the tech got here he was actually running AHEAD of schedule.. whoohoo! …Note: if you have a water softener there IS a shut off AT THE SOFTER you don’t have to go to the “water main shut off” by the road and get dirty (yucky!)Got a new faucet put in with little to no issues… only issue was my dog trying to supervise and crawl in the cabinet to “assist”They are wonderfully patient and answered any questions I had / explained what was happening as it was being done to help with calming my plumbing anxiety* down…(* plumbing anxiety because I had tried to do a sink change and ended up almost having a panic attack due to getting stuck under the sink disposal)
Our sinks drains were all backing up and we called Monday to set up service. We rejected multiple other companies in favor of this one because they assured us they would come out same day. They gave us a time frame of 1 to 5 pm. They never showed and never contacted us. I left a voice mail that was not returned. The next day I reached out early and was told we were second on the list. They did not answer why they had not shown the day before. Again we were given a time frame of 1 to 5 pm. I checked in 4 times throughout the day, impressing upon them that it was urgent. I was repeatedly promised that we would be serviced that day, that we were next, and that the plumber was on his way. He never showed, and we were not given an explanation. Another voice-mail went unanswered. On day 3, the plumber finally arrived. At this point we'd gotten a hotel room since we literally couldn't use our drains. When Ken showed up, he was perfectly professional and fixed our issue very well. I have zero complaints on the work provided. Customer service was even very friendly and encouraging. But the fact that they arrived 2 days late to an urgent call and couldn't even be bothered to explain why or return voice-mail was unacceptable. The work was good, but I would never use them again nor would I ever recommend them.
All hours emergency plumber was dispatched to my home by my home warranty company. On the day the technician was to show up (next day service) All Hours called me and stated the tech would be late, this happened twice and the tech was hours past the time they were to originally show up. This was not a big issue, I understand that things happen and my schedule was flexible. The one star review is because the technician did not clear my drain problem. He was barely able to get the toilet to flush and told me that I might just need a new toilet..... Then left. Review of my home warranty shows that a new toilet is one of the things covered under my warranty. So fast forward one day, I take the morning off of work so that I can now fix or replace the toilet and/or drain and 10 minutes with my shop vac later the toilet obstruction is cleared and the toilet flushes like a new toilet. We really do live in a world where people just don't care to do good work, it's not even about going the extra mile it's about fulfilling the basic requirement of your job. Your inability to do your job cost me a $75 deductible and now a half of days work. I highly recommend that look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. Heed the reviews for this company!!

They came to my house after my home warranty company called them. They said they needed to come back out with a camera system. I paid for the upcoming appointment. Said they would be there Monday. Called Monday, Tuesday and again Wednesday. Each day I was told the tech was on his way. By Wednesday afternoon I said I wanted my money back. The owner called and said she would refund my money but wanted to send a manager over immediately to do the camera service anyway. He showed and now a whole month later with multiple emails and phone calls to them I have not been refunded.

If this is the company that you've been paired with through your home warranty company, then buckle up. It will not be a fun ride. My experience with this company was not a pleasant one. Communication is TERRIBLE. They do NOT like to answer their phones. You will find yourself forced to serial dial only to be placed on an indefinite hold once you do get through. The techs are not timely in their arrival windows, and once again communication is very poor as well. Our tech left NO documentation or explanation for charges that our warranty company doesn't cover. Parts were not ordered timely, and we eventually ended up begging our warranty company for a different plumber. If your warranty company pairs you with this plumber, demand to be Cashed Out and choose your own plumber. If this is your plumber by choice, then goodness help you. Make sure your job is complete before you pay in full. I am scared this company is the type to commit fraud and take your money without completing service.

They are the worst company ever. They came through my home insurance company AHS for a blockage in my kitchen sink. The person came for 15 minutes put the snake down the drain it didn't go very far and his assessment was built up grease. We don't put grease down the drain and we also just bought the house just 3 years now. It's an old house build in 1960. The contractor did no other assessment except say it was grease and put some enzymes down the drain. That didn't help as he said it wouldn't and that he would recommend jetting the line. Apparently per them jetting isn't covered under the insurance. However, my insurance company said they would cover it. Fast forward to me calling the contractor to ask where they were to come finish up and being told by them that my insurance won't cover it and should deny it. I told them to call AHS because it was approved and I am confused. Called back AHS who after speaking to the contractor denied the claim. They basically told AHS to deny it and told us we'd need to pay the cost ourselves. Some BS about not due to normal wear and tear. I was so appalled that this company basically said to me that using a sink is not considered normal wear and tear. Fast forward 3 days after the claim was denied and then sewage backed up into the bathroom and washroom. So now I have a house full of sewage and the first issue is still not fixed. If they are referred by your home insurance tell them you want someone else. They are a bunch of frauds.
We had a truly WONDERFUL experience with prompt, courteous service following a disaster with another plumber. Our pipe cracked and then burst behind the shut off valve in December. The warranty company assigned another plumber to fix it. After 4 weeks, the other company finally came only to tell us they would have to take pictures and get further approval. When we never heard back, we called and were told we would have to pay an additional $500 because it was our fault. What?!?! We called the warranty company to tell them what happened and were reassigned a new company.Enter the scene: All Hours Plumbing. They arrived promptly. They immediately repaired the leak, pointed out a pop up valve issue we already knew we had and went ahead and fixed the pop-up issue while they were there. SO grateful for their prompt, courteous service!

My home warranty company contracted them to look at my kitchen sink stoppage. They called me the same day (which I thought was awesome) to set up an appointment and I verified that it was a slow drain in my kitchen sink.Contractor gets here and I walk him over to the sink where I moved out everything from underneath just in case he needs to get under there. He tells me needs to check the claim again... then states that if he was to break out his auger I would have to pay $250. I told him no and that I would speak to my warranty company. He was very polite and even gave me some advice on things I can do to attempt to fix it myself. So without touching or looking at anything else, he leaves.I call my company as soon as he leaves and they say I did the right thing by denying the extra cost. That they have 24 hours to send the diagnosis and from there they can approve any extra costs.48 hours goes by and I don’t hear anything so I call back. They still haven’t received the diagnosis. They attempt to call and no one picks up. So they submit a ticket.I call again the next day, no diagnosis. They call them and are able to get a hold of someone that says they will submit it that day...cool.48 hours I don’t hear anything. I call them again. No diagnosis. Cant get a hold of anyone...I ask for a different contractor and they keep telling me they can’t send someone else until they receive this first diagnosis...Next day... I call again. No diagnosis. Company gets ahold of someone that says they will send it the same day...Basically over two weeks later of this and I have to threaten to cancel my warranty in order for them to send a different company out to fix my stoppage (still, with no diagnosis).
All Hours Emergency Plumber went out of their way to help us. Water heater broke on Monday late night and Tuesday before 10am, Kenny was here to inspect and determine that it could not be repaired but needed replaced. The shop ordered the new water heater and install was going to be the following week based on receiving material and schedule. Once Lea heard our situation, she and her manager worked quickly to have our service the same week on Friday morning. In order to do this, they went to Lowed & purchased a new water heater verse waiting for their supplier to ship to them on the following Monday. THAT IS TRUE SERVICE & CARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! Kenny arrived early and started to work. Being water heater is ABOVE our washer, he needed extra parts & help. His supervisor arrived within 10 minutes and together they had this done in no time. They were so nice and funny. A pure joy to have around. All Hours Emergency Plumbers went above & beyond service and customer service. The ONLY plumbing service we will ever use!!!

Jay got right to work. He figured out the issue and listened to my concerns. My sink is not leaking and is currently usable. He went above and beyond to fix the service issue and address what needs to be done to avoid future issues. I am looking forward to working with him again and trust his judgment and quality of his work. This was the 2nd Company my Home Warranty sent out and having Jay come was really a blessing!
** Update**After speaking with Jason - the manager - several weeks ago, he assured us the issue was fixed. We are currently not at the house, so we took his word for it. Come to find out, we have a photographer there to take pictures and the issue was never fixed, and there is still a hole in the drywall from the first repair attempt! Jason blatantly lied to my wife and I, taking credit for a repair that wasn't completed. We called yesterday and Jason wasn't in, but we were promised a call back. No call back. We had to call back again today and we were told it was a communication issue, with incorrect notes. What kind of company has people write notes that are not just incorrect, but are complete falsehoods? Trust us on this, you do not want Jason or anyone from this company working on your home - you'll regret it!Contracted them through our extended warranty back in February. They did a partial fix, and left a hole in the drywall. Made an appointment to have it redone, technician never showed up. When contacted, technician tried to reschedule. Have attempted to call multiple times, sent straight to voicemail. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else.
While I've seen many negative reviews on this company, I can't agree with them. Our service was completed in a reasonable period of time by a professional technician. The quality of the water heater installed is excellent. I have no issue recommending this company to anyone.
Fraudulent Charges for work not performed (Invoice # 2267)The replacement of my water heater was covered by my home warranty, but according to All Hours Emergency Plumber (AHEP) there were parts not covered by warranty that had to be changed for liability reasons; and they would not start work until those charges were paid.Because my house is only 5 years old and in great shape I doubted they would do the liability work. So, I marked all the piping and shut off valve with the middle two numbers of my SSN and took photosAccording to AHEP these Pipe Modifications were required:1. Cold side piping and shut off valve $155.00.(None of this was replaced or touched. It is exactly as it was before the water heater was replaced.)2. Hot side piping $155.00.(It was not replaced. The only things added were two 3-inch spliced in pieces of pex pipe)3. TPR (Temperature Relief Valve) $100.00(The temperature relief valve comes as part of the water heater. The only work near the valve was adding a 48”-piece of PVC to direct any pressure relief to the drain pan)After the work was complete and I returned from work, I inspected the work. Not only was the area left trashed, the above work was not completed to protect their liability.I have called multiple times, to be put on indefinite hold (I'm on hold now as I type). I have left messages for the times they would not answer (All Hours HA!), never to be returned. I did speak to one lady and explained I wanted a refund on the fraudulent charges and was told a supervisor/owner would call me back...didn't happen.I've sent emails to the email address on the invoice...email address is not valid and it bounced back.I just hung up from a 25-minute hold time and called back, again. I advised them not to put me on hold again. I ran through the issues again with this Lady. She connected me with Jason; who advised me they don't say how much of the work is done on those areas, just that they will have to do some level of work on them. I advised Jason, that I had marked all the plumbing and taken before photos and none of the work charged for, except as noted above was accomplished. Now, Jason tells me he would have to refer me to the owner (Jamie), who was not in the office, yet. I told him I've been told this before, never to be contacted. I let him know I had this review ready to hit send on, and I was reporting them to the BBB and my Home Warranty Company for Fraud. He assured me she would call me today. We will see...I welcome any response from All Hours Emergency Plumbing(Invoice # 2267)Update: They owner never called. Not like I really expected her to call. I had been told she would call me before.AVOID this company.
Don't waste your time. Hired to replace 9 supply lines and valves on a community center rest rooms. They shut off the water at our backflow valve, which broke, it was old and needed replacing, however then proceeded to replace the lines and walk off without telling anyone that the backflow was broken causing the entire facility to be without water for 2 days. After the valve was replaced and water turned back on, there were still leaky lines. Ended up repairing myself instead of dealing with incompetency.

Jay was extremely professional and did a great job! I loved their text letting me know when they were on their way. The text included a link that let you track where the driver was on the way to your home. Very efficient!
Well, I have had a complete runaround with this company. They were assigned to me through my home warranty. Well, I think most home warranty calls are paid up front, at least mine was.The plumber showed up at my door unprepared because he did not get the details what exactly needed repairs. Told me he is going to contact the office and have me rescheduled. I received no call back so I called to have them reschedule.I was rescheduled by Jason, but then my account was closed...without any work completed!FYI, I can't rate the quality of the work because nothing was done.
Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company. They have been dispatched by my warranty company twice. The first time for a leaking pipe behind my dishwasher. the tech cut out my drywall only to say he couldn't fix the problem. No other solution just an I don't know what to tell you. I still have exposed pipes in my dining room, with no solution other than paying someone else to fix the drywall. Had to take care of the leak on my own.Now I have a leaking toilet. First appointment was missed with a window of 12pm-5pm. No one answers the phone and I get a text from the tech at 7pm (2 hours after the window) to say they need to reschedule. NEVER could I get ahold of anyone to reschedule. Today (one week later) I get a text the tech is on the way at 1:49pm. According to the dispatch tracker he also began work at 1:49pm. I wasn't even home! And no, he didn't show up because my daughter was home AND there was no activity on my security cameras. At 1:52pm the job was COMPLETED. Still they do not answer the phone and have reported to the warranty company the job is complete. This company is WORTHLESS!

It’s unfortunate my home warranty provided me with this company. With all the list of complaints I can put, I’ll note the high importance ones that’ll drive customers away immediately. The fact that I had to call and see where my technician was the day THEY SCHEDULED service, very unprofessional. Only for you guys to inform me, right before you close that we’d reschedule another day. When your technician finally does show up two days later, he literally had one job requested from the home warranty. What does he do? Crawls under the house, informs us of the problem we knew about from the previous company the home warranty sent out. (You were sent out to camera our pipe since the previous company that’s actually fixing the job doesn’t do that service) so when I say you had one job. YOU HAD ONE JOB TO DO. Your technician informs us, he will not do that because it could “break his camera” because our leaking pipe under the house is clogged. Then he proceeds to leave without informing us of anything, and leaves the tops off the clean outs. I’d say you deserve a zero star rating but googles nice and made me put 1. Feel privileged you even received that.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. My tankless water heater broke. The warranty company sent the work order to this company they came out in 5 days, submitted a report to the warranty company that it needed to be replaced. The warranty company approved a replacement. They have made three appointments for them to return and replace the water heater. They never showed up or called me to tell me they were not coming. I have called All Hours several time to check on my repair but nothing but lies. I've asked to talk to the owner of the company but she is never there and I was told she would call me. Not holding my breath. I hope I never have to use this company again. Plus they charge an extra $395 for what one says code upgrade but no one knows what they are adding for the code upgrade. I think it is a scam to get more money than the warranty company pays. Do expect much from this company. They only have one technician that covers my area.

My home warranty company sent out this plumbing company and Jasón was so rude & unprofessional. I also caught him in several lies so I no longer trusted this company. After multiple visits without a resolve, I decided to use someone else.
Has to be the worst plumbing company in Central Florida. They sent out a technician that was rude, condescending and very unprofessional.Their technician installed the wrong part in my bathroom and blamed me saying I am the one that purchased the part. A LIE! The tech installed the wrong part and tried to blame me....UNBELIVIABLE!Watch out for these people. They dodged my calls for weeks, putting me on hold for 20 minutes at a time. They would not come out and fix their mistake. They took the cowards way out and passed the job on to another contractor. No integrity, does not stand behind their work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If your home warranty tries to send them to your house, refer them to his review. You will thank me later.

Requested for service to leak into a water leak - was recommended via home warranty. It took a week to get on the schedule. I had to call multiple times to confirm the booking. Was of course put on hold each time for 5+ minutes and ended calling back to say I was left on hold. Day of the work, I had to again call and confirm. Again, put on hold. Then, about an hour before the plumber was supposed to arrive, I get an automated call that my job was pushed to next week due to unforeseen circumstances. Classic move! I DO NOT recommend using these folks. I'm sure they are great to some customers, but we had a really bad experience and no follow up or apology.
When I googled this company I found there are two locations.I am reviewing for the Orange Park location (not the Kissimmee location that appears to service for home warranties only from my reading of reviews) and I must say Orange Park is my plumber for life. I was VERY happy with everything from first contact. The dispatcher was accommodating and arranged for a plumber to come to my home the same day! I was very relieved as I had a leak coming up through my slab home that they were able to locate and make repairs to. While they were at my home I also received a quote for replacing a toilet which they came back and did the following day. Very professional plumber in manners, appearance, and professionalism. Pricing was reasonable and I was a happy customer. I WILL use them again if the need arises.
Thermon was here ahead of time. He was pleasant, friendly and he knew what the problem was right away. He fixed my water heater quickly and I highly recommend him.

All Hours Emergency Plumbing was dispatched through my home warranty for a clogged drain. Very happy with Alex’s level of service, he even called the home warranty company on speaker to verify that the process he needed to take would be covered, and made sure everything was cleaned up the way it was when he found it. In and out in just over an hour for a clog that was pretty stubborn. Very pleased.
It been 3 weeks with out our hot water heater, they were supposed to have the part last Friday and install last Monday. Called the on Tuesday and they were going to check on the part never called back. Called American Home Shield and they are pretty worthless called the plumber and they did not have a answer as to why they did not repair the hot water heater. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had the misfortune of being saddled with All Hours Emergency Plumber, LLC by my homeowners warranty company. They called and I outlined the problems occurring with my toilet (constantly running for over a month, leaking from the base for a little over a week). The plumber came to my home and saw a bleach tablet in the tank, and instead of calling me to ask when the tablet was placed, told my nanny and called the home owners warranty company and said this was the cause of the issue. Claim DENIED in addition to them charging me $100 for their service. It truly makes no good sense from a business perspective to not try to figure out the true cause with the homeowner (the tablet had only been recently placed--so OBVIOUSLY NOT THE CAUSE.) They didn't even quote me anything to fix it or call to see if I'd like to pay for it myself. Seems like some weird kick back scheme from the warranty company. In any case, if you have the option to choose a plumber, look elsewhere.
Couldn't get beyond the initial two calls! Should have checked reviews FIRST. Also, this company has an “F” rating with BBB. Was assigned to this company by American Home Shield. An argumentative rep, Jason, called re appointment. It would not be scheduled until more than 48 hrs later. After we were disconnected, he did not call back so I called back, no answer, then called American Home Shield to let them know. I finally (my call) contacted All Hours again, reached the same man with whom I initially spoke. He went further to express his displeasure that I thought we were disconnected (call was cut-off mid-sentence) stating that he was sorry I expected good-bye at the end of the call. When he continued with his less than professional customer service behavior, it was mutually agreed that I would request a different plumbing company from American Home Shield. I would not recommend this company if that man is representative of their service. I had to tell him, while he continued to aggressively argue with me (the paying customer) to get off his high horse! Enough already! I advised AHS of his name and specific complaints, they reassigned my service call, and the plumber from the different company will be out tomorrow morning (less than 24 hrs later, and with no attitude or arguments). Beware a rude initial encounter. Next time I will check reviews and BBB ratings before American Shield dumps a low rated company on me. Lesson learned!

We've used All Hours three times and have had a really good experience. We found them through our home warranty, but then hired them for work outside of that as well. All projects were related to dealing with slowly draining pipes. Erik has been our technician each time, and he's great. Very responsive, explains things to me clearly, and friendly. Thanks!
Let me start by saying I do write positive reviews -just did one for the company that I hired to do the job this company did not do. This company is not All hours and don't answer phones often or respond to messages. They are simply a warranty plumbing company trying to switch pitch people to use their remediation services. The plumber left all of the dirt and pieces of wall laying in our tub after cutting a whole in the wall to find a potential leak. Once he found out we weren't going to let move forward with anymore services, he was gone. Stay away......

All Emergency Plumbing has serviced my home twice through the home warranty. The first time, they came in after the initial company wanted to charge me $240 to get access to the water heater in order to diagnose the issue. Eric with All Hours Emergency Plumbing moved the washing machine, took out a piece of drywall and diagnosed the issue within minutes. It was not even the water heater that was leaking; it was one of the lines. He also repaired an additional leak that he discovered at no extra cost. The second issue was a leaking toilet which he was able to fix in a timely manner. I would recommend them highly.

This company was assigned through my home warranty. To be honest, I was a little worried because of the mixed reviews. I put in the service request over the weekend. A representative called me first thing Monday morning to schedule the appointment. The appointment was followed up with text and email confirmation. The appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. This company is located in Jacksonville and I live in Tallahassee, so that’s understandable. I think the plumber was Brian. The plumber called 30 min before arriving and arrived at 8am (very prompt). He was cordial and professional. He wore a mask at my request. He identified the problem, explained it and resolved the issue. I’m actually very pleased with his promptness, enthusiasm and professionalism.

This company has been the worst outfit I've ever dealt with as far as customer service, communication, and decency. It's taken hours of phone calls, hours on hold, and so much wasted time with them to only request a copy of the work order they did for us. They still haven't sent or produced a single copy of a work order that we paid for and they did. Their phone system seems to exist to only put you on hold for infinity and those who answer only then drop you into a deeper pit. The work was supbar, but the customer service has been so much less than that. You are who show up to be, and I would steer clear. I am not a fan of leaving a negative review, but I can't find a nugget of positive to leave at this point. I would leave zero stars if that was an option.
Great service. It was the worst feeling to see water leaking from my water heater into my new home but I am grateful for the service that All Hours Emergency Plumber provided. They came to my house same day, stopped the leak from causing any more devistation and came back same day with a new heater. Thank you for your prompt and professional service.
This company gets a NEGATIVE review from me. Submitted a claim with America’s Home Place to have three spigots repaired in my home. This company reported we “Physically damaged” all three spigots ourselves. Why/How would we crack a kitchen sink and why would we break the handles off of our bathroom sink and bathtub? Seriously........let’s break the handles off of them so that we can’t turn our water off and on???? Duhhhhh!!!!!! Not to mention the guy was rude. Don’t bother calling this company!
My water heater broke. AHS contacted All Hours Emergency Plumber, which they came next day to inspect the damage. They schedule the installation and I am very pleased with their job. Jeff was the technician. Excellent Customer Service and timing.
This company is unethical and crooked.Charged me $130 for a permit they didn't even pull. I had to get the competency board involved to make them do what they were supposed to do. They ignored my calls and ignored the warranty company calls.... Only after they were made to contact me by the competency board did they reach out to me.They Charged me over $520 for a water heater install that was supposed to be covered by warranty.... What a crock!Rip off. They tried to dispute my review on another site....but i keep all my paperwork proving they did work at my residence. Oh yeah..they initially didn't want to provide me with an itemized receipt.... Until the competency board made them do that.that's there way of disputing reviews and ripping period off.Charging me for unnecessary so called code compliant upgrades that were not actually necessary.Stay away! Stay away! Stay away! Stay away!

I have a Home Warranty and my tenants in Pensacola needed the water heater serviced. I called several places and received lack luster response on when someone could go out and look at the problem. When I called All Hours Emergency Plumber, I spoke with Leah, who was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to get someone out to look at the problem immediately. I will definitely be calling them again. Thank you everyone!

After a hot water tank issue this company was dispatched by American Home Shield to correct the issue. This company is efficient, on time, well trained service tech Donnie and a pleasure to do business with! i would recommend this company to anyone who has needs for their service. I commend the company for high quality well trained technicians
Without question Joshua from All Hours Emergency Plumber is the best service person I’ve ever had in my home. He arrives on time, has no trouble finding it, and fixes the problem correctly in record time. I was pretty fed up with American Home Shield, but his outstanding service has definitely made me feel better about renewing my contract. I hope you’re fortunate enough to get Joshua for your service call and when I call again, Please, Please send him to my house.

Plumbers that came out were great and knowledgeable but I’ve been waiting for a week to receive the report on my home. At first I was told it was being emailed to me, then I was told someone was going to call me, then it was email, now it’s someone was supposed to call and email. I have not received an email or a phone call. I paid for a service and I would like to receive the report from that service. Also We were told the day before we had the main line cleared that we would have a little bit of time before it clogged again. It clogged again in less than two days.
Called my home warranty company and they dispatched All Hour Emergency Plumbing. I had a four hour window but called in after the first hour to get bumped up and the lady was so kind on the phone. I got a text that the tech would be out 5 min after I spoke with her! The tech was quick and knew what he was doing! All around this company was Professional, Efficient and Knowledgeable! Will call them for any other plumbing services needed on any of our properties.
This company is contracted to complete work for AHS. They told me it would take 30 days to get a hot water heater to be installed. I found one the same day at Ferguson ! They are full of BS. Also they caped and installed a valve on the hot water tank water line and the valve they used is not code and restricted my water flow to the tank. These folks are scary bad!
This company was dispatched to my home on two different occasions with the same poor results! The plumber advised my home insurance company that the failure was due to “miss use/abuse”! Which resulted in denial of claim. After requesting a second opinion the repair will be completed via a new company. The second company was confused as to why the above was stated as it was clear no miss use had happened. The plumber from All hours advised “he didn’t care about client feelings because he was getting paid anyway even if he didn’t fix it”! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

This company should not be in business and it completely blows my mind that they are even classified as a working Certified plumbing contractor. They blame the supply chain, then blame the warranty company and promise they will be at your home first thing when you have an emergency claim in, a family with 2 children under 4 and no hot water now for over 7 days during a pandemic. They are not 24 hours by any stretch of that definition, don’t answer the phone, don’t call back, and are honestly a complete waste of time. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable contractor to do your work.

Bryan did an exceptional job servicing my home. He showed up in PPE and was respectful of my carpet by covering his shoes with disposable covering. He kept me informed of his status before arriving and while in the home, he explained what he was doing. Bryan totally cleaned up after himself and wiped down the sink area after changing out the faucet. I was very impressed with Bryan. I would highly recommend Bryan
The plumber came out which was chosen by our home warranty company. Guy looks at the sink and says I have to call the warranty company and I will be back tomorrow, wait for their call. No call from warranty company nor the plumber. I called the plumbing company and they said said my stoppage was not covered. If they would have called me and told me that I would have had them still come back and fix the issue at my expense. So since the plumber didn't even let me know, I called David Grey plumbing and they came out and took care of the sink stoppage.

I had to pay an additional $395.00 because my insurance was told modifications had to be made that weren’t covered. $100.00 for a temperature relief valve. (The valve came with the hot water heater, what I ended up paying for was 3 feet of PVC pipe). $140.00 for hot side piping. (2 feet of PVC pipe and a PVC elbow joint) 155.00 for cold piping (2 feet of PVC pipe, a PVC elbow and a cheap PVC shut off valve). The only modification from the original was that the new tank is a little taller and the PVC needed to be shorter. I was also told I could not make the appointment unless I paid up front. I was lead to believe that this would be a big job… It took less than a half of an hour from beginning to end. The technician could not have been nicer, the one good thing. He was very sympathetic and understand my frustration.

Horrible. These guys calling regular installation piping modifications to get the lowest cost with home warranties, but make you pay the difference. It's not even trying to be legit, flat $495 in modifications? They didn't get my replacement business after a 60 second service call that cost 75$. Dishonest, avoid, get home warranty company to black list.

Alex came out and was spot on. He is a true professional. I had a kitchen faucet that I needed help installing. It was a real bear. Alex is like a plumbing whisperer. He got the job done quick and efficiently. He also schooled me on several other plumbing questions I had throughout the house. I really can’t say enough about Alex and his professionalism and his skill. I have dealt with several plumbers in my time and no one has instilled the kind of confidence in me like Alex did. He is a true asset to this company. Thanks again Alex! Welcome to Jax FL my man!!
They called shortly after I received confirmation of the assignment. Scheduled appt for next day. Showed up on time and was very friendly and respectful. Fixed my rocking toilet quickly and made sure I was satisfied.
I could not be happier with this company! I had to do a total re-pipe, and the plumbers, Vinnie and Matt, did an outstanding job! Vinnie went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right, the first time, and accomodated me in every way possible. Vinnie is a superb representative of this company, excellent customer service, takes care to clean up each area, and a very hard worker. Matt, Vinnie's assistant, was courteous and hard-working, making sure his areas were cleaned up, and very knowledgeable. They made a great team! I was happy to see how organized, clean and competent the job was performed. I highly recommend Vinnie for any plumbing job! He will always be my plumber!

I called my home warranty company on Thursday 09/17/2020 for a leak in my master bathtub. They dispatched a plumbing company called All Hours Emergency Plumbing. A plumber came to my home Friday and supposedly fixed the problem. Monday 09/21/2020 My reconstructingcompany Kustoms came to my home to start repairing my home from a pipe leak that happened on 08/18/2020. I opened my garage door and there was no hole or crack in my ceiling. I left my home around noon to get lunch and got a video from Kustoms saying that the plumbing problem was not fix and that the overflow pipe to the master bathtubwas still leaking. I called All Emergency Plumbers and explained to them that the issue still needed to be fixed. They called my fiance and told him that a plumber will at the house later on that evening and would waitfor him to arrive at the home. I left my home around three in the afternoon. There still was no hole or crack in my ceiling. My Kustomsteam left at four in the evening. My fiance came home around five thirty in the evening waiting for a plumber to show up, However no one showed up to the home. He searched the home to make sure everything was fixedand he found the hole and the crack in the garage in the ceiling. I called kustoms to ask if the plumber showed up and when they left. Kustoms confirmed that the plumber did show up around three thirty and they left at four. The plumber never called my fiance or myself to let us know he was there. He worked in my home unsupervised for forty minutes. The only thing he has to do was reseal the overflow pipe. My research saysthat should only take fifteen minutes. Tuesday morning I went to my home and called All Hour Emergency Plumbing and they dispatched a Manager named Robert. I explained to him that his plumber, which Ifound out the plumbers name was Derek, came into my home without notifying any of us of him being in the home and that he broke the ceiling in my garage. Robert proceeded to tell me that he didn't think his guy did it but that he would call him and ask. He asked Derek and Derek responded no. Robert told me well my guy didn't do it so its not our responsibility. I asked him to send me Derek's time stamp and he was in my home from three forty three to four twenty three. No one was home to supervise him. I have tried multiple times to call All Hours Emergency and emailed them to get their insurance information. They refuse to answerany of my calls or emails. I hope they can resolve this asap I find it unfair that we didn't even get a call saying the plumber is there and now not only do I have to worry about my wedding on the third and making sure my house is brought together in time but now I have to worry about the damage in the garage I do not feel safe parking my vehicle in the garage. If they would just call me and speak to me we can get it settled and be done with it. But the refuse to give any information.

All hours emergency plumbing LLC is by far the worst company I have ever done business with! I do not recommend anyone ever using them! I called them to repair a small leak in my water line supplying my house. They told me that I would have to pay half up front and the other half when they finished if I agreed to the price and the work that they would be doing, so I agreed to everything and paid them half of what I was quoted. When they got to my house to start the work I had full running water cold and hot water with a small leak in the garage. They told me they needed to pin point the leak and found it’s location and said it would be within 3 feet of the spot they marked. So they then proceeded to bust up the concrete in my garage which lead them to finding nothing. The technician (who’s name was Derek) then proceeded to start busting up the floor in my dining room which is where things went south. At roughly 3:00 pm he stopped working and began loading his tools up and left my house without saying anything at all to me or my wife. WHEN HE LEFT OUR HOUSE WE HAD NO RUNNING WATER WHAT SO EVER!! and we could not reach him again. We have two small children so we had to get a hotel room for the night. We then called the main office and the phone went straight to voicemail which I left a message. I tried calling every number they had listed and was finally able to get ahold of a guy named “Jason” who told me that he would look into the situation and call me back shortly. I didn’t hear back from him until the following morning when I called to find out what was going on! So at this point we still have no running water in our house and our floors are busted up in two spots and STILL have no idea why the technician left our house the way he did. On top of that I can’t get ahold of anyone at their main office or an answer to if they’re going to fix and repair what they have done to our house and finish what they were supposed to do!! Once again I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!! They have the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with and they’re employees do not care at all about the quality of work or weather you have running water or not when they leave your house!!

My home warranty company, 1st American, sent All Hours Emergency Plumbing to my house to service a water heater. Upon inspection the repair man informed me that the water heater needed a new heating element but that the unit was old and corroded and he could not get the cover off to replace it but that my warranty company would replace the water heater. However, All Hours Emergency Plumbing charged a $395 pipe modification fee. Not only could I buy a brand new water heater myself for $350 from home depot, I myself, took a philips head screw driver and unscrewed the cover with no problem whatsoever and replaced the heating element myself. Now I'm not sure which company is to blame for trying to rip me off $395 after paying a $75 service fee but they certainly worked together to do it. If I could add pictures to this review you could see the unit was not in bad condition or that there was corrosion on or around any part or screw that needed to be removed in order to replace the heating element. I am appalled that this company would try to rip off someone probably because they assumed the woman on the other end of the phone was incapable or incompetent to know a little about what she was dealing with.
Have used them twice now for 2 different issues. Jay was the technician and is super nice, friendly and knows his plumbing. He fixed both issues within an hour and did a great job. Highly recommend.
Josh is a awesome plumber. I had been dealing with a leak in my upstairs tub for over a month and one plumber had already came out here and said that my ceiling would need to be cut so he could get to the pipe. Josh came and he re-examined the tub and he fixed it without having to cause any more damage to my house and he saved My house from any more damage. Thank you
The worst company ever!!! It took them 11 days to install a hotwater heater. I had to heat water on the stove for 11 days and the dispatcher could care less. The supervisor didn't care either. I asked to speak to her 3 times and I'm still waiting for a call back!!!I would have rated this company a -10 but that option was not available. All I can say is, at least they were expensive!!!!! (Brevard)
The only professional was the plumber, Denville . I have asked for an invoice for 4 days and they keep promising one by the end of the day both by Lisa and Jason in the office. They say that supposedly the manager Jaime will email it, but Jaime is never available. Every day the same story and nothing resolved. Don't waste your time...you call their warranty phone number and it says the magic jack number has not been assigned.

So I gave 4 stars because they are not 24 hours and don't have an emergency line or service BUT when they did get to me to fix the problem they were magnificent they were very detailed about the situation and did not try to say it was more then what the actual problem was to make extra money . The plumber explained what was wrong wrote it up for me fixed it and even suggested I get water restoration service because possible mold and water damage that had occurred. So after agreeing to look into that he recommended a company that came out while he was still here and the company cleaned up the extra water damage with no out of pocket money from me everything went through my insurance no more leaks for me and I'm a happy customer just wished they were actually 24 hrs

I have a warranty work order open for 88 days now. I have called the warranty line EVERYDAY for the past 3 weeks, and I cannot get through to ANYONE. I have left multiply voicemails with no call back. I have contacted the warranty company which they also have called them but also was not able to reach them. As of today, I figuered I would reach out to their local line to see if maybe they could help, but I also could not get through to anyone there either. If the owner or manager see's this please respond to this review, this is my last resort in getting this addressed. Please respond to this review and I will be happy to leave another review with a better rating once I can get some help with this. Thank you!
Denville was great! Arrived on time , quickly corrected 3 problems and identified necessary part for another problem. Returned early the following day with part that did not work, went to Home Depot for the correct part and returned to complete the repairs on the final problem. Will ask for him next time.
Hot water heater went out. Contacted home warranty service and they use theses folks. After 4 hours they contacted me and told me it would be a week before they could come out. I told them to go pound sand and called the home warranty service back. They are going to drop them. The guy who contacted me was rude and acted as if he didn’t care. There’s too many plumbers out there to waste your time with theses folks. I had to give them one star but hey deserve a zero.
Eddie is my service technician and he is fantastic! He has responded to every question, every concern, and has been very polite each time as well.Eddie was amazing with the Installation process. He installed a sink, dishwasher, and made sure both items looked amazing and worked effectively.I would recommend this coming every time someone asks for recommendations for plumbers. I had previously used Roto Rooter for my basic plumbing needs and was paying astronomical amounts of money with no assurance that their job was going to last! All hours plumbing will be my new plumbing company all because of EDDIE!!!!

All hours Emergency plumber. outstanding service and workmanship. very concerned about the customers needs. had a slight issue with my home warranty people. Leah resolved it and had us up and running in no time, even when they needed to get a part from the warranty people. highly recommend all hours emergency plumber
We want to thank All Hours Emergency Plumber- specifically Jay Brightwell- for their stellar service. Finally, after a month of having our issues shuffled around, Jay was contacted and provided answers to questions that had other technicians, electricians and plumbers scratching their heads. Thanks again, All Hours Emergency Plumber! We can’t recommend you enough.
Used All Hours Emergency Plumber to unclog a drain under a home warranty. Mark T was great; personable and professional and got the job done right. Based on this first encounter, I would recommend this company.
Office customer service was good. Joan is doing her best. My mother felt comfortable with Vinny, however his talk did not match his walk or level of service that was promised. We were without plumbing for almost two months. Vinny was unreliable, argued with my brother about putting up plastic to reduce concrete dust and scheduling was a nightmare. I wish that our replumb had gone better. I will say that the man who came to pour the concrete rocked and did a good job cleaning up his mess. I would not choose to use them again.
Worst experience with a company ever. Technician came to my home and informed me that the repair was not covered under warranty. Stated that he could give me a bid for the job and have someone out the next day between 12 and 5pm to do the work. Stated that he would call me later that evening after he spoke with his supervisor to give me the estimate. Didn't call until the next morning while I was at work and left a message stating that his supervisor would be the one doing the job and that he had all my information and would contact me when he was on his way. 5pm and no call/no show. I called their office and got no answer and their voicemail was full so couldn't leave a message. Texted & called the technician that had initially come out, no answer/response. Called their office the next morning and the receptionist told me the tech and the supervisor were discussing the job and that one of them would call me back. Later the receptionist calls me to inform me that they weren't going to be able to do the job. Like at all!!! I asked why and she stated she didn't know, they just told her to call and let me know. I had all the parts they needed to do the job, just not the know-how and they flaked and then acted cowardly in explaining why they weren't able to do the work they said they were going to do. Worst customer service ever!!
They blow out heater box and box starting leaking. The Plumber left and said it was Electric problem. Electrician visit home stated it was not an Electric problem the Plumber blow out Hot water heat box and box needs to be replaced. I called Plumber back and spoke with representative and supervisor for assistance. Supervisor stated her Plumbers dont make mistakes and nothing they can do about it. Supervisor hung up....They were very rude and I paid my deductible to have a blown out box and not replace. I will definitely will be passing the word around not to use this Plumming Company. Unprofessional and Unacceptable.
Do not trust these guys I'm a customer of American home shield our water heater broke through corrosion. American home shield was all set to cover the new water heater and the labor. these guys tried to charge us $600 to modify pipes that did not need modification. My second opinion plumber did the job without modifying the pipes these guys will try to take you for every penny that they can they will do unnecessary work if you let them.

I will never do business with this company again. I contacted my home warrantee company for a lp leak issue. I was later contacted by All Hours to set up an appointment, which was set for a Friday between 12-4. At 2 I contacted the dispatcher to confirm someone was still coming out and was told they would be there closer to 4. No one ever showed up or called. I called Saturday to re-schedule and was told someone would come out and once again no one showed or called. Worst costumer service ever.
Extremely professional. Chris, the tech came out found my leak quickly fixed it. Although, the fix caused another issue, they came and repaired it at no cost to me. I will certainly use them again.
I wanted to share the reckless behavior I witnessed on the way home from work today by one of your trucks. I just so happened to catch the vehicle number as this guy drove by me (#4) This guy was running people off the road, tailgating very close, and speeding. The aggressive tailgating that I witnessed is what really caught my attention. You would think with the company name and phone number all over the truck this individual would drive in a more courteous and professional manner, but no he's driving just like the other idiots out there. I hope a supervisor see's this before this guy cost's the company $$$

If I could rate them less I would, my god do not use these people. I was given this contractor through my insurance company and was supposed to have them call me to set up an appointment on Friday. After hearing nothing from them I call on my lunch break and was immediately put on hold for 40 minutes! I hang up and call back demanding to have an appointment set up, so I get 8-12 for Saturday. No one shows up Saturday and I had to call multiple numbers they had listed about 14 times before someone picked up saying sorry and they could try to find another employee to come out to my emergency. Never got a call back. Horrible service and now I have to wait until next weekend once I’m off work to handle my problem.

I found them by being a member of AHS I have owned my home since 2004. My problem was a leak in my dining room. I figured slab leakRobert F came out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem. Out of all the years Robert was the best ,most professional contractor I have ever used. All hours Emergency Plumbing will do all my plumbing needs in the future. Out of 5 stars I give Robert F and AHEP a 10+.
Our daughter recently purchased a home in Jacksonville and we called All Hours Emergency Plumber to address a blockage in the sewer line. Jodi at the office was extremely helpful and sent someone quickly to solve the problem. Eddie arrived diagnosed the problem finding some small roots in the line and contacted me with updates on the resolution. Eddie also took time to educate our daughter on troubleshooting some basic plumbing problems and explained everything to a first time homeowner. We also contacted All Hours to install a new water heater two weeks earlier with fast, professional service from Vinny. We are grateful to everyone at All Hours Emergency Plumber for all the help. They will be our new plumber in Jacksonville.

Very happy with James! He got here fast, was pleasant and polite; after inspecting the garbage disposal, he went outside to his truck and returned. After only 15 minutes or so, he came out of the kitchen, then told me he had to replace disposal. I was quite surprised because he did it so quickly. James is a nice guy, knows his stuff, and is efficient & fast. Don’t lose him! S.Reichard.

I have had nothing but great service and prices with All Hour's Plumbing. I called with an issue at my business and they sent Eddie. He was polite, effective and efficient. He did a great job cleaning the area afterwards too. During our conversation Eddie mentioned replacing a hot wayer heater with a tankless unit. The job went and I was so pleased I had him replace the one in my home also.I highly recommend All Hour's and Eddie as your technician. They are reasonably priced and professional.

Impossible to get a hold of. They don't answer their phone or return their calls.
Everything about this business is horrible. Absolutely no communication with office from the plumber or getting pricing back with customer. Required $495 to change the valve to swap out hot water heater. Repair was contracted through American home shield end of August and October 24th still have no hot water! Do not do business with this company.

I called to have a pipe under my bathroom sink replaced, and Dustin came out to do it. It didn't take very long and Dustin was professional, courtious, and knowledgeable. The price seemed reasonable. I would hire them again.

I didn't get a chance to respond to the review link that was sent to me but I wanted to make sure I tell someone how much I appreciate the service received from Chris M. He communicated when he was on his way and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and quote a price once he arrived. He was very helpful and professional.

The tech did a great job of explaining and repairing my garbage disposal. Fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Josh was very courteous, timely and explained everything. He replaced the valve in the shower handle and it works very well. I recommend “All Hours Emergency Plumbing” for home plumbing needs.
looked at my water heater, said it was broken, needed replacing. left, heard nothing for three days. finally called them and they said I have to pay $400 in cold and hot side piping before they can set up installation. SO WHY COULDN'T THE PLUMBER EXPLAIN THIS WHEN HE WAS HERE???? LAME
Beware of this American Home Shield coverage company. They are not honest. Its sad we get stuck with poor companies handling our home warranty. They always find a way to either deny are charge you extra money. Dont waist your money on a service call with these guys.
The technician arrived at my house right when they said he was going to be there. Walk to the closet and pin pointed straight where he was going to make the opening and exposed all the plumbing and exactly where the leak was!! Very impressed on how precise the technician was.

Alan was on time & very professional. He found the problem & repaired it efficiently & quickly. He was very easy to talk to & explained every step. I would highly recommend him & All Hours Emergency Plumbing!
Don't waste your time with these people, they have a habit of never showing up especially if it is Friday, when they do show up they don't repair what they said they repaired and you will keep having to have them back to re-repair what they didn't fix the first time. When you try to call them they put you on hold until you have to finally hang up and then not answer the phone for the rest of the day. I don't imagine they will be in business much longer with the way they do business.

Terrible company. I had a backed up drain line. They came out twice and the problem kept returning. They refused to come out a 3rd time claiming I was abusing the warranty. They were rude and are liars. The dispatcher, Brian, hung up on me. This is the worse plumbing company I've ever encountered.

Erik (2nd visit) and Thurmond (1st visit) were communicative, friendly and got our toilet and bath faucet handle back in working order. Thanks
Through my home warranty company I was contacted by all hours plumbing emergency plumbing for a repair of a leaky toilet that was November 29. They still have not fixed it and I constantly get appointments made with them not showing up leaving me home with no call no show on their part. The second issue was a leaky bathtub they broke it and made it worse and now I’m still waiting for repair it is impossible to get a hold of them they do not return calls they do not care about customer service run away from this company is possible
He came before the scheduled appointment time, was mindful of the noise he made due to me having to work at home. He knew exactly what the problem was in less than 5 minutes it seemed like. He fixed the issue quickly and was on his way.

Plumber didn't show first time. Second appointment left after one hour, third time said he was sick and left early. He didn't complete work, had terrible attitude, was angry and left damage. All the comments about how terrible this company is, was actually being kind

Joel saved the day! After three other plumbing companies responded, this company and Joel were the only ones who cared and did everything in their power to help. Our sink collapsed and Joel was adamant about finding a resolution. He called often and finally temporarily fixed our disaster. He knows what he is doing and cares!

Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly addressed the issue at hand but also answered all of our questions about related work we’ll need to have done in the future. Would highly recommend and do business with him again.
These Crooks work together with other Crooks - American Home Shield and charge folks additional $395 for pipe modification while replacing a water heater. This charge is excessive if at all necessary for your heater. Receptionist on the phone is rude and it is also a sign of a fraudulent business, because it means they do not care and receive many same complaonts. So, the woman just hangs up the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Omg what an amazing experience!! They was out to my house within the hour ,they had to find the leak wich was coming from Jea water valve but my responsibility it was on the street behind my house... They could have over charged me but was ? honest and didn't break the bank.. Highly recommend them for all ur needs...

Absolutely nothing positive to say about this company and my list of grievances is longer than I have the effort to write. They don't deserve any more of my time. All I can say, do not ever work with them. You will regret it.

I needed a Dishwasher installed and I called All Hours Emergency Plumber and Eddie came by and did amazing work. He went above and beyond to get everything right and working properly. I will be using them for my future problems/installations.
Completely unprofessional company. Do not use them unless you want the technicians to behave unprofessional and rude. They didn't even finish the repair and left a big hole in my dinning room roof. The technician didn't even fix the issue, complaint about the work and left the job half done.I called management and reported the incident and basically said our guys is the best it's your issue. They did not take responsibility for the job and now I have to search for another contractor in the warranty to complete the job.So disappointed in management as well. I highly would recommend you DO NOT USE THEM.
Technicians notified me with approximate arrival time. They were punctual and very efficient with the service. Both technicians were friendly and very polite. Outstanding service! Service was under 2-10 Home Warranty, so the price was already set..

I have American home shield and they want to charge them and on top of it charge me 500 dollars for pipe modification which is a total lie because my dad who owns his own plumbing company for 30 years would never do that and said it’s a ploy to get more money. This company is a rip off

These guys have been awesome, professional and helpful during an otherwise incredibly frustrating process. They aren’t afraid to get dirty (our issue was a filthy one) and they've provided nothing but exceptional service. We recommend them to friends and family.

Good fair pricing, very knowledgeable and informative technician who was also polite and cleaned up everything when finished. Did good work, conscientious, called to say when would arrive, explained situation. Excellent service. Will use again.
BEWARE: Avoid this company like the plague. They don't do Anything they say they will do. No leaks were fixed. And then they can't be reached. Now I've checked google reviews on this company and found more than 10 people complained of the same experience.
Expert handling of the situation. Professional and Business oriented with Customer Service highlighted. Faucet installed and then fixed the Toilet. The plumber was efficient and accurate.
He was very nice and quick! They came 2 days after my claim was filed couldn't ask for anything better!

Very bad experience, the customer services (Jason) was disrespectful told me that my warranty company won’t pay for 80 gallons water heater and the warranty company never said that what they want to do is install a 50 gallon and billed the warranty company a 80 gallon one. Don’t thrust this company.
Never showed up . Everytime we call , you are next. he is wrapping up the privious job Should be there before 5pm. All day we hang around and NO show . NO call . Last year I rated them 5*
This company was quick, responsive and professional. I would recommend them again.
These guys have a lot of negative reviews, which made me very nervous.
They were great. Job done. No problems. Fast and reliable.

The company does not answer their phone- or return phone calls. They were chosen through our warranty company- I have had an open work order since JULY and they still have yet to have this completed or respond to anything.
horrible experience, this company misdiagnosed my leak/hot water issue, fixed the wrong problem and has yet to call me back or come back out to correct the problem. I would never use this company again.

I have a tenant in Jacksonville and Lia was so fast with responding to my leak . Thank you All Hours for being so prompt and professional! Forever my new plumber!
Not impressed. A repair man visited our home, took some pictures, took our money, said he’d get back to us in 24/hours, it’s been 5 days.
Timely, Responsive. Showed corroded parts. Joshua is a gentleman and pleasant to work with!

WORTHLESS! They made me wait 3 days, with no running water, to fix a broken pipe. When they got here they couldn't / wouldn't fix it. DON'T DO IT!
I called “All Hours” the other evening but didn’t get an answer. Apparently they don’t answer the phone at “all hours « .I called today and was put on hold for an extended period of time. The lady that answered the phone was very polite but said it would be 89 dollars for someone to look at the problem and give me an estimate.
These people are crooks. They lied to my landlord and said I caused damage to my shower just so they can try and charge more money. Plumber was at my house maybe a total of 5 minutes and didn't even touch the shower.
This company is unbelievable. Not only are they not available 'all hours' but even when they are open they are unattainable. They took my money, did not provide the service I paid for and hang up on me every time I call. Worst customer service ever.
