This was a great experience from beginning to end. I first contacted the ROTO at approx 6pm regarding the bathroom flood. I got a live representative immediately, the plumber Dex had the problem resolved by 715pm.Dex was professional and a great pleasure. He wore a mask indoors, followed cdc rules and most importantly wiped his feet before stepping on the wife’s carpet. Thanks Dex.Price wasn’t too bad considering the fast service. Definitely would recommended in a pinch.

I called my normal septic tank service for a pump out only to find out that they no longer provided that service. I was so stressed that I was going to have to go out and find someone on my own. I went out to the internet and checked the top Septic Tank Co and read their reviews. Duck Duck Rooter was #1 . However sometime that does not always mean everything so I went onto Angie's list and found they came highly recommended. I can see why. I requested a quote within 15 minutes I was contacted by a Lia given a quote which I accepted. She said she could have someone out within the hour because she has someone out in my area. I was thrilled even though it was not an emergency.The 2 gentlemen that came out were very nice did the job . Had a fewrecommendations. Were done within an hour. Very nice understanding company. We had a situation where they had started the job then because of covid months passed before they could finish. They never asked for any money and kept checking in to see how things were going. When they got the green light they worked us in within 2 days. Neat and clean workers who did a great job!

They performed a tub/shower valve replacement for my master bath and everything both works and looks great! They even have a 90 day labor and parts (if supplied by them) warranty. Do not use these company. They are thieves, they told me that coming to quote was $99 and they billed me $299 without telling me anything. In the call I authorized the charge of $99 and they charged me $299 without telling me anything. Then his quote was a technician on the phone who told me a ridiculous number for the job. They are thiefs.

If you want a professional quality plumbing repair then Top of the Line Plumbing is the place to call. Our waste drain line in our ceiling broke and let the water from the upstairs laundry and bath pour out into the ceiling. I called late on Monday night and got a voicemail and I placed a request for a service call. I was called back after hours to make sure it wasn't an emergency and they scheduled a service call to come out the next morning. They showed up on time and quickly found the issue and provided an estimate. I approved the estimate and scheduled the repair for Thursday. Gavin, Ryan and Chris showed up on time and quickly went to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the repair and tested the system before they left. They did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I am trying to reach this company for my plumbing issue because my builder recommended it. But third time I am calling and no one cares to pick up the call. I have lest 2 voice mail and still no response. What's the point of being in business when no one cares to pick up the phone.
