If I could give 10 stars I would. Eric knew exactly what he was doing and fixed my leaky shower fast and for a good price!

The plumber who showed up to do the work quickly diagnosed the issues and completed the work in less than an hour. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because he did not have any options but to charge for a full replacement of the shower faucet when it was really just to fix a bad previous repair. I appreciated the fact that he did not charge for anything beyond that, so it kept my total costs as minimal as possible.

A good solid crew, clearly knowledgeable in all facets of plumbing and problem analysis. Starting the job, the first point done: made a plan and then walked through the house checking the plan against what reality was. The team worked efficiently and VERY cleanly. Walls and ceilings were carefully opened, the cutouts saved to minimize restoration later. As in all re-plumbing jobs, a problem not expected was encountered - they explained where and why a change order would be necessary and kept the additional cost well below what it could have been. Unlike other plumbers, Turner Plumbing restores the walls and ceilings after the job was done.Summary: highly recommended.

I had a water softener installed by Roland Reash Plumbing. After the job was completed and the plumbers left I had resin coming out of all my water lines. This is a brand new home and my lines were all of a sudden block from the resin because they installed it backwards. A second crew came back to fix the problem and also installed the filter on the softener backwards and could not unclog my lines and left at 10:30 PM. The next day another crew came back and replaced all my new sink faucets and toilet bowl parts and cleaned out all my lines the showers,dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator line for the ice. The pipes outside and inside were never wrapped or caulked leaving that for me to do. I never received a courtesy call from the owner to apologize and to see if everything was satisfactory. What a nightmare. I hope down the road this will not cause me a problem or a expense. I hired them because of their 5 star rating. I'm very dissatisfied with Roland Reash Plumbing

Chris did the plumbing on my newly remodeled master bath and guest bathroom. Not only did he do an excellent job he coordinated well with my general contractor for the remodel. He's done other items around my house before the remodel I'm very pleased with him and his team they are always on time and do what they say they're going to do I would definitely hire them again.

JP was the man! He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Very helpful and intelligent about his work. Highly recommend.

D.W.V. Plumbing was great! Very affordable and competitively priced! They were also very polite and had no problem with wearing the booties to prevent tracking up my floors. They performed a tub/shower valve replacement for my master bath and everything both works and looks great! They even have a 90 day labor and parts (if supplied by them) warranty. I will be using them again if I ever need anything done. Thanks David!

Bad company that doesn't care.Made things worse than it was.i wouldn't recommend this company to no one.Bad experience on Friday called to get my oven fixed,but instead made things worse.i could have cook on top range but not in the oven.after they access my oven.They cut a wire and gas was escaping.had to call gas company.Now I can't cook my New year dinner because company mess up the line.This. Company should show a little more concerned.Joe act like he didn't know what he was doing.blamed me that someone else fix my stove when I'm the only tenant that own this house.stove never was broken.very rude and disrespectful!!!! manager was rude also.

Had a tankless hot water heater go out. They came in the next morning and installed a new unit. Professional installation, great service at a fair price. Will use them in the future and have already told some friends about them. I have found over the years the quality of the work is usually dictated by the organization and neatness of the service truck. See attached photographs.

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY *****Where do I begin.....first of all I hired this company to do a total repipe on a rental property of mine. On the day of the job I never heard from them saying it was completed and if there were any issues. The next phone call I got was to ask how I was paying? I asked by email for some of the details, such as did they have to repipe at the meter, or just at the house....and I never got that answer. Let me check with my guys was the reply. So I never spoke with anyone that had first hand knowledge of the work completed. Then 10 days later, my tenants called to say sewage was backing up into the tub and around the toilet. I frantically called Eagerton again, thinking this was their fault. They apparently sent someone out late yesterday and my tenants told them I wanted a phone call to explain the issue. Guess what? No phone call. Certainly they'll call today to ask for payment. Am I expecting too much? Asking for a phone call from the company who completes work at my property to tell me what the issue is/was? I think not. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY.
