Prompt response to an emergency plumbing issue. Jay W. was at my residence within an hour of my call. Evaluated the problem throughly, explained the problem and in no time resolved the issue with overpricing, even gave military/front line nurse discount that we can all appreciate now. My wife and I have been relying on Roland Reach Plumbing for over 15 years. We have always found them to be reliable, fair and honest as well as professional and skilled at whatever job they have preformed for us.Our most recent experience was with a plumber named Fadi. I was a bit skeptical on first meeting him as he seemed so young. That soon disappeared as I watched and was impressed by his knowledge and skill and pride he put in his work. He explained each step of replacing our faulty shower and I could tell he knew his stuff. This has been the case with every plumber that has worked on various projects for us over the years, My wife and I would Highly recommend Roland and his team without hesitation or reservation! Plumber was rude and extremely unprofessional from the moment I open the door and asked if he wouldn’t mind taking off his shoes. Shows up to fix our shower does not have the part that they need mind you they knew what type of shower we had and did not come with the one main piece to fix any issue with a shower. Called and told them about the experience and never heard anything back.

They came out to pump my septic. The guys were very nice . The company was suppose to.come out and give me an estimate on more work to be performed. Never heard back from them. Called and spoke to them. Said they would have someone contact me. NEVER heard from them again. Very disappointed

We have had work done by Lettow Plumbing & Restoration at both ours and our daughters house. They are quick to respond, communicate well, and have excellent customer service. The guys who have come out, Chris, Baxter, John, Jessie, and Paul, and Anna on the phone, have all been polite, courteous, and professional. From a small job of hooking up a drain, to replumbing our entire house, we have been pleased with the response, speed, and quality of work.

I woke up yesterday and had a river flowing through my garage. I thought a pipe had burst in the wall, so quickly turned off the water and called the first “emergency plumber” listed on google. Fran, who answered my call, was thorough in questioning to identify the problem and reassured me someone would be out in the morning. I received two-three phone calls informing me of when a technician would be available. The plumber (Ernie, I believe) arrived within 90minutes..Once there, he quickly identified my water heater had burst. He was very professional and thorough in his job of replacing it. Highly recommend.

Do not use these company. They are thieves, they told me that coming to quote was $99 and they billed me $299 without telling me anything. In the call I authorized the charge of $99 and they charged me $299 without telling me anything. Then his quote was a technician on the phone who told me a ridiculous number for the job. They are thiefs.

Best. Plumbing. Service. Ever. Seriously. I submitted an Angie's List request for a quote on Sunday evening. They called me right at 8am (or slightly before) Monday morning. Had a flexible slot at 10am immediately. I took it. They showed up 15 min. early (!!) and did superior work -- narrating what needed to be done step by step. Proactive communications. High quality and reasonable price. Can't go wrong with working with this company. Top notch and benchmark service.

The plumber I had was Jessie he was amazing and timely very efficient. He handled the situation with ease and stayed for a sat operational test I will definitely be a forever customer because of this experience.

This place is great. Answer the phone and call you back. Mark has come out to my home a couple times and he is always quick, explains the problem, fixes the problem and explains how to avoid the problem in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Their quotes were the most reasonable of all and they were open about the cost of each item and its pros and consI was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, dedication and attention to detail by the Kingdom Based Plumbing. Jason and his partners responded without hesitation and worked well into the evening hours on 3 separate plumbing issues. At one point, they decided to take it all the way down and reinstalled a complex sink/water line attachment so we will not have any issues. They mopped, swept and left the workplace spotless. Thank you guys for your service and professionalism
