I had two separate plumbing issues occur during the night. Messages were sent out to multiple companies. Grateful was the first to respond and promptly arrived. Repair options were given which made things so so nice. Opposed to being told that there's this and it's gonna cost that. With no reservations I commend Grateful Plumber and happily advocate their services.

Eric and Nick arrived on time. They listened to our concerns and briefing. Eric offer a toilet upgrade. We elected not to do it at this time as the toilet being reset is only ten years old. They proceeded to remove the toilet and prepared to do the reset. Eric noted the subfloor has gotten soft around flange from seepage, but solid to allow reset. He proceeded to do so and placed a silicone bead around the base of the toilet. All works as it should and we are pleased with the work. We intend to use LD Plumbing for our future plumbing needs. Plumb Doctor installed a replacement sump pump when ours failed. They were quick to respond. Did a nice job and were pleasant to deal with. I would use them again.

The office staff was very friendly and very helpful i had a leaky faucet and they were able to come out and replace it for a reasonable price. I wasnt pressured into purchasing items I did not need. The plumber was professional and had a positive attitude.

Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

The technician (Hosey) that came out was timely, professional and honest. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the issue and gave a few options to fix the problem. It can be daunting when something doesn’t work and you don’t know the full effect of the issue but after Hosey left, i understand my homes plumbing better…and he fixed the issue.

All of my experiences with Plumb on have been very positive. This visit Tyler replaced one of my outside spigots that was leaking inside my basement. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and got to work. He was able to correct the angle of the piping that lead to the demise of the old spicot and installed a new shut off valve and spicot.

I cannot say enough good things about Plumb on. I've recommended them to all my friends and neighbors who need a honest, reliable plumber who does great work!!

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

Although I have not had need to use the services of Gordon Plumbing, I have seen the way Jerry Gordon treats his employees. Everyone should be so lucky to have such a caring employer as Jerry Gordon. The way his employees are treated certainly amplifies to his customers.

My plumbing failed. The staff was extremely friendly and skilled that punched through my problem and got me temporarily up and running but unfortunately we had to dig up but some of my front yard and fix the problem down by the street got to love them true roots. I highly recommend Mr Plummer by Metzler and hallam they're great team. I was impressed and I'm not easily impressed. Thank you Mr plumber!

My hot water heater was leaking. I called Howald Heating and Air and was greeted by a very nice young lady. She scheduled a repairman and told me he would be at my home within 30 minutes to an hour. The repairman arrived within that time frame. He introduced himself and I showed him the water heater in the basement. He inspected several things on the unit then actually found it leaking and where from. I told him to replace it. He called his supervisor and told him what he needed. The supervisor was at my house within 30 minutes with everything needed. The repairman had the old one out and the new one installed then showed me step by step how to flush the unit. It is recommended to flush them once a year. Both the supervisor (Steve) and the repairman (Ricky) were very efficient and very polite. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.
