Great service overall from the start of working with them. Easy to schedule an appointment, reminder notices of the appointment. Arrived on time and was able to determine what the issue was with our doorbell not working. Fixed the issue for us. Came back a few days later to tweak another issue quickly. Definitely will use them again.

I am extremely pleased that I had Advance Electric work on my home. Before they were here, I experienced inconsistent power issues throughout my house (1960s build - older panels). They recommended I upgrade my panels/breakers and redo the ground connection outside. It sounded like it would help and the estimate seemed very fair. Yesterday they arrived on time and put in a full day to get the job done. They were friendly and they did a fantastic job. The problems I was experiencing (previous to the work being done) have vanished.

I recently used the services of 21 Electric - the repair man was punctual and was a good listener. He replaced 3 smoke detectors with no difficulty and changed out a burned outlet. He was expedient and easily answered any questions I had. I would not hesitate to use 21 Electric in the future.

Patrick was incredibly kind and humble, and did an absolute AWESOME job installing my ceiling fans. He came up with a work around in order to install my ceiling fan in the kitchen. I must say dealing with Noah at Branch Electric has been like a breath of fresh air. He is prompt, professional and eager to please. I had two decorative lights installed on my garage with a motion sensor by Noah. He came when he said both to give the estimate and do the work. Right after installation, the sensor was not working properly and Noah came back very quickly to replace the defective part. His service is all about the customer. I am so excited to have the lights! I would highly recommend Noah and Branch Electric for all of your electrical needs!

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

Here's a thought, hire drivers that don't blatantly cut people off in parking lots.

I had an issue with my house and the company never got back to me. They also did the electrical for my new construction. Our inspectors told us the electrical work was questionable to wrong and was the only concern they had. They also left forgot outlets that were on the design document which our builder had them correct. I would not recommend not use.
