I called at 10am with an issue where select lights/outlets in the house stopped working. They had someone at my house by 1pm and fixed by 2pm. They guys that came by could not have been nicer or more professional. They cleaned up after themselves and helped me put stuff back before they left. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how quickly they came to help. I'm getting an estimate from them for more work now too!

I must say dealing with Noah at Branch Electric has been like a breath of fresh air. He is prompt, professional and eager to please. I had two decorative lights installed on my garage with a motion sensor by Noah. He came when he said both to give the estimate and do the work. Right after installation, the sensor was not working properly and Noah came back very quickly to replace the defective part. His service is all about the customer. I am so excited to have the lights! My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird.
