Best Water Filtration System Repairs in Indianapolis IN

I just got off the phone with these guys. INCREDIBLY RUDE! All I need is a garbage disposal fix. They refuse to come look at it. He tells me I need to figure out if it needs to be fully replaced before they'll even show up, and commit to a much higher price. Worst customer service ever.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: That's not how the conversation went at all. You desperately need to work on your communication skills. I would have agreed to that pricing if you just gave me a chance. I simply didn't know if it needs to be replaced or not. Because I could not determine that on my own, you refused to come to my house and even look at it. I never once asked for a free estimate. I didn't hang up on you, the conversation simply ended and I told you with the way you behaved that you have lost my business. I heard your final words, but that doesn't mean much with the way you talked down to me, and treated me.

Company was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. They were able to install a new water heater quickly. I was frustrated that they would only quote a flat price. They refused to give me a line-item estimate with the equipment and labor separately, or hourly labor. This allows them to offer the same installation price for any job. Essentially, the easier, simple jobs subsidize the cost of harder jobs that take longer. They also wanted me to pay for an annual maintenance plan in order to receive their “member discount”. After I negotiated to get the member discount without having to sign up for annual maintenance, their price was comparable to other quotes.

Update to my original review above: I just received a promotion in the mail from Mr. Plumber where they advertise: Water Heater + Installation for $1699..... Really? My cost was almost double that! So, I wonder what the difference is? Although they claim that the way they price provides a better experience, I stand by my contention that their pricing is not transparent. You know what your price is up-front but you don't know if it is a fair price for the product or a fair charge for the labor.

Please don’t sign a service agreement with Summers they will not show up once they get your money! It’s a shame that they call twice to confirm your appointment only to call you on the day of the appointment to reschedule! This happened to me twice in the same calendar year! Their technicians take a lot of time off, and are not able to do your scheduled appointment! Also, if you don’t have a service agreement then they will charge you more, and if they need to come back for more service they will charge you more just to come back! This company only takes from customers! Find another HVAC company. Summers is low grade!

B&W provided excellent plumbing service for us when our sump pump system and backup seized working correctly. The receptionist we spoke with early that morning was very helpful and was able to set up our appointment within the hour. Mitchell was the technician sent to our house to diagnose our problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and we were confident with his diagnosis. We hired B&W right away to do the job. Mitchell provided excellent CUSTOMER service and repair / installation. We will definately call B&W in the future for service.

Our sump pump failed and Aqueduct was the only company we could get out the same day even though it was late. Plus we dealt directly with David.
