Service Plus responded quickly to my call about a clogged drain that was causing the washing machine drain to back up into the kitchen sink. Technician was very professional and thorough. He ran the drain auger multiple times until we were both satisfied that the issue was resolved. Price was very reasonable and exactly what I was quoted. I would definitely call them again.

We used B&W to fix our faucet and broken shower. They were able to repair our new faucet after other plumbers had only tried to get us to buy another new faucet. They were fast, efficient and honest about the work that needed to happen. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!

I had used Howald for a major sewage line repair/replacement last year and they did well so I went back to them today to replace an exterior hose bibb. Both jobs took place in our crawl space, not the most pleasant working conditions. I requested Arman as he worked on the previous job. He has a great attitude and is meticulous with his work. He installed a high quality, all metal bibb with a new water shut- off valve upstream of the bibb in case it needed work in the future. Job was completed within the estimate given by Steve. This is the performance you expect but don’t always get from contractors. I recommend Howald without reservation.

Judson was extremely helpful and informative in resolving our dryer vent issue. He persisted to determine root cause, and attempted multiple solutions to get ours in working order. We appreciated his feedback and suggestions.

Had a minor issue that took a couple of minutes. Mike was right on time, did the job really quickly and professionally.

Best place ever

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

Adam was on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. He went the extra mile and rinsed off the dust off of both AC units.

Northern Comfort is great! They always do quality work and I like their membership program. Dustin did a great job on our AC today.

This was my first encounter with Williams Comfort Air. I'm very impressed. My tech, Joey, was super friendly, helpful and resourceful. Everyone I spoke to via phone was pleasant and helpful as well. From setting up my appointment to resolving an issue that I created, they were all very responsive and eager to assist.
